in an active subwoofer. Using a proprietary Reactance Canceling
Design™ with dual 10-inch, long-throw Kevlar™ woofers, the 210i
adds a sense of weight and depth that will make even the finest
systems more engaging. The dual woofers, which are mechanically
coupled via a rigid cylindrical housing, are electrically connected
in phase and mounted with their cones facing in opposing directions.
This causes the reactive forces of each woofer to effectively cancel
one another and allow for the degree of tight, detailed bass notes that
are found only in the world’s leading designs.
