VERWENDUNGSZWECK
Dieser Werkzeugsatz dient zur Reparatur von Steckverbindern mit Junior Power Timer (JPT)
Steckkontakten, wie z.B. Stecker an der Verkabelung von Einspritzventilen, Radios,
Kompressorkupplungen, Temperatursensoren etc.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
•Halten Sie Kinder und andere unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.
•Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit dem Werkzeug oder dessen Verpackung spielen
•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nur für den vorgesehenen Verwendungszweck.
•Stellen Sie vor der Arbeit sicher, dass das Kabel spannungsfrei ist, um einen Kurzschluss zu
vermeiden.
•Achten Sie darauf, dass das Kabel eine gute elektrische Verbindung und einen festen im
Steckkontakt hat (gute Zugentlastung).
UMWELTSCHUTZ
Recyceln Sie unerwünschte Stoffe, anstatt sie als Abfall zu entsorgen. Alle
Verpackungsmaterialien sind zu sortieren, einer Wertstoffsammelstelle zuzuführen und

1. Das passendes Entriegelungswerkzeug, gegenüber der Kabelseite quer zum Steckkontakt (2), in
die zwei Werkzeugkanäle (4) im Gehäuse einführen, gegen die Verriegelungslaschen (3)
drücken, um den Steckkontakt zu entriegeln.
2. Steckkontakt vorsichtig am Kabel aus dem Steckkontaktgehäuse herausziehen.

Crimping and Release Tool Set
ATTENTION

product. Use the product correctly, with caution and only for the purpose for which it is intended.

these instructions in a safe, dry place for future reference. Include the operating instructions if you

INTENDED USE
This tool set is used to repair connectors with Junior Power Timer (JPT) plug contacts, such as plugs
on the wiring of injection valves, radios, compressor couplings, temperature sensors, etc.
SAFETY INFORMATIONS
•Keep children and other unauthorized persons out of the work area.
•Do not let children play with the tool or its packaging
•Use the tool only for its intended purpose.
•Before starting work, make sure that the cable is de-energized to avoid a short circuit.
•
Make sure that the cable has a good electrical connection and a good strain relief.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of throwing them away as waste. All packaging
materials are to be sorted, taken to a recycling center and disposed of in an
environmentally friendly manner. Check with your local waste authority about recycling
measures. At the end of its service life, dispose of this product in an environmentally
friendly manner.

1. Insert the appropriate release tool into the two tool channels (4) in the housing opposite the cable
side across the contact (2), press against the locking tabs (3) to unlock the contact.
2. Carefully pull on the cable to pull-out the contact out of the contact housing.

UTILISATION PRÉVUE
Ce jeu d’outils sert à réparer des connecteurs enfichables avec Junior Power Timer (JPT) avec
contacts enfichables, par ex. une fiche sur les câbles de soupapes d’injection, radios, instruments
combinés, accouplements de compresseur, capteurs de température, etc.
CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
•Maintenez à l’écart les enfants et toutes les autres personnes non autorisées de la zone de
travail.
•Ne permettez jamais que des enfants jouent avec l’outil ou avec son emballage
•N’utilisez l’outil qu’aux objectifs prévues.
•Assurez-vous, avant de commencer le travail que le câble n’est pas sous tension, afin d’éviter
un court-circuit.
•Le câble doit avoir une bonne connexion électrique, et il doit être fermement inséré dans le
contact enfichable (une bonne déchargement de la traction).

1. Appliquer l’outil de déblocage assorti en face du câble et transversalement au contact enfichable
(2) dans les deux canaux d’outil (4) dans le boîtier, le pousser contre les languettes de blocage
(3) pour débloquer le contact enfichable.
2. Retirer le contact enfichable prudemment par le câble pour le sortir du boîtier du contact
enfichable.

USO PREVISTO
Este juego de herramientas sirve para reparar conectores con contactos de enchufes Junior Timer
(JPT), como conectores en el cableado de inyectores de combustible, radios, grupos de
instrumentos, acoplamientos de compresores, sensores de temperatura, etc.
INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD

1. Introduzca la herramienta de apertura adecuada en los dos canales de la herramienta (4) en la
