Tips for the Preparation of the best possible Juice
• A homemade juice from healthy and fresh ingredients contains almost 100% of the vitamins, trace elements and minerals of
the used fruit or vegetables. These enter your bloodstream within a short time and your body can optimally absorb them.
• Fresh juice is also ideally suited for the elder or those who are ill, due to the optimum absorption of vitamins, trace
elements and minerals.
• To prevent the loss of vitamins, we recommend consuming your juice directly after juicing.
• Please always use fresh fruit and vegetables, and wash them thoroughly before juicing them.
• Please remove hard or large seeds from the fruit before juicing them.
• Please remove the skin of fruits whose skins are inedible, e.g. bananas or pineapple. Please remove the skins of citrus
fruits, even if they are t for consumption.
• Please juice starchy fruit e.g. bananas together with watery fruit e.g. grapes or oranges, for an optimum result.
• Experiment as you like with different combinations of fruit and vegetables. Soon you will have your favourite creation
keep thinking of new ideas.
• You can either compost the pomace or use it again. Apple pomace for example tastes excellent in porridge. There are
no limits to your imagination. If you like, you can dry the pomace of your favourite fruit. In that case please remove also
small pits, e.g. apple seeds and the core, before juicing.
• A recipe where only pomace is used can be found in the recipe section.
