All our products had been subjected to strict quality control before they were shipped.
Should you experience problems with your device, you may contact our customer
service at the following:
This device is entitled to 2 years off-site warranty against manufacturing defects from
the date of purchase, with the original invoice/receipt as proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damages or defects arising from accident, misuse,
mishandling, improper installation, any manner of tampering, usage of wrong electrical
supply/voltage, corrosion/fungus, rusting or stains, any unauthorized repair or modifica-
tion to the product, act of god, fire, civil unrest and consequential damages.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
This warranty shall be null and void in the event that the serial number (if applicable) on
the product has been altered or removed.

This device emits very weak electrical and magnetic fields. For pregnant women, please
consult your physician on the suitability of usage. For people with cardiac pacemakers,
please consult your physician and the manufacturer of your pacemaker before using this
device.
This device is not intended for medical use; for household use only.
This device may be used by people aged 16 and above, and by people who have
reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities, or inadequate experience and/or knowl-
edge, provided they are supervised or have been instructed on how to use the device
safely and have understood the resulting dangers.
Do not use on a person incapable of movement, a baby, a person insensitive to heat, or
animals.
Keep the device out of reach of children below the age of 16 years old. If application on
children is necessary, it should be done under strict adult supervision.
Extensive application at a high temperature setting can result in skin burns. If the device
is likely to be used for an extended period, i.e. by the user falling asleep, the tempera-
ture setting should be adjusted to a low value.
If you use the device for several hours at the highest temperature setting, the device
could overheat. Allow the device to cool down for 10 minutes before turning it on for the
next cycle.
Never use the device without the fabric cover.
This device shall only be used together with the controller provided in this purchase.
Before usage, check if the voltage of the power supply is compatible with the require-
ments of this device.
Do not use the device when the power cord or power plug is damaged.
Do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself. Bring it to the nearest service
center for a diagnosis.
Do not use accessories that are not recommended or sold by the manufacturer, as they
may cause fires, electrical shock or other injuries.
Unplug the device when it is not in use, before assembling or disassembling any parts,
and before cleaning the device.

Press the button to switch on the device. “1” will appear on the digital display. After
a few minutes you will be able to feel the heating pad getting noticeably warmer. If you
require a higher temperature setting, press the button repeatedly and the tempera-
ture setting will circulate from settings “1” to “6”. Temperature setting of “6” is the hottest
(up to 70oC*).
*Actual temperature may be lower depending on ambient conditions.
The device will switch off automatically after 90 minutes. The auto-off indicator light will
illuminate.
To turn off the device manually during usage, press the button.
Unplug the device from the electrical mains after you have finished using it.
Insert the power plug into your electrical mains.
The auto-off indicator light will illuminate shortly and
“8” will appear for an instance on the digital display.
Fasten the device at your desired body location with
the aid of the elastic securing straps (and the centre
velcro strip if securing on knee). See page 8 - 9 for details.

Never unplug by pulling the power cord. Instead, turn off the controller and unplug the
device by grasping the power plug.
Never place this device near another heat source, such as an electric stove or hot water
bottles.
Never immerse the device, the power cord or the power plug in water or any other liquid.
Never touch the device with wet or moist hands.
Do not use pins, brooches, safety pins or sharp objects on the device because these will
damage the electrical wirings.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problems Solutions
The device does not work.
The device stopped working during usage.
The device is not hot enough.
“F” flashes on the digital display.
- After 90 minutes, the device switches off
automatically. Allow the device to cool down
for 10 minutes and switch it on again.
- The device may have overheated. Let the
device cool down for 10 minutes and switch
it on again.
- Make sure the power cord has been
connected firmly and correctly to the heating
pad first, before inserting the power plug into
the electrical mains.
- After about 15minutes, the device should
have heated up to the corresponding
temperature setting. Increase the tempera-
ture setting if necessary. Temperature
setting of “6” is the hottest at up to 70oC*.
Actual temperature may be lower depending
on ambient conditions.
- Make sure the power cord has been
connected firmly and correctly to the heating
pad. Then insert the power plug into the
electrical mains again and switch it on.
- Try using another power socket.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning the device, unplug the power plug from the electrical mains and allow the
device to cool down completely.
Unzip the fabric cover and remove it from the heating wrap. The fabric cover can then be
washed by hand (or in a washing machine) at maximum 30°C. Washing too frequently
can lead to colour changes or abrasion. Thus only wash the fabric cover when neces-
sary. Lay the fabric cover flat and air dry.
Clean the heating wrap with soft damp cloth, lay it flat and air dry.
For storage, keep the device in a dry place. Make sure it is folded properly. Do not place
heavy objects on it to prevent buckling of the heating elements.

HOW TO WEAR
Back Position
Step 1: Lay the heating pad flat.
Step 2: Wrap the heating pad around your back.
Step 3: Extend the elastic securing straps around your
abdomen and securing them with the velcro pads.

HOW TO WEAR
Knee Position
Step 1: Ensure the centre velcro strip is facing outside.
Step 2: Wrap the heating wrap around your knee.
Step 3: Extending one of the elastic securing strap with the velcro pad (male),
and securing it to the centre velcro strip (female).
