TYour Bio-Net Air PurifierTM has been carefully packed to avoid
damageduring shipment. Removeall packingmaterial from theunit
and locate the four castors in the packing material, these castors
needto be placed underthe unit foreasy gliding.(See Instructions)
Save all packing and shipping material in case of a service issue.

TPlease inspect the unit to insure that you receive the product free
of any visible sign of damage. Do not operate this unit with a damaged
cord or plug. If you detect any damage to your unit, call our Service
Dept. immediately (within 5 days of receipt of unit) at
1-800-444-3563 for damage claim procedures.

TSelect a desired location to place the unit, near an electrical outlet.
Place the unit at least 6 inches away from the wall and face the unit
towards the room for maximum air exchange. For best air cleaning run
the unit 24 hours/day.
Warning: Thisairpurifier must beplugged intoa 120Volt,ACearth groundedoutlet.
Do not use this air purifier with a wall outlet adapter. Do not operate this air purifier
with an extension cord. To prevent fire or shock, do not expose unit to rain or
moisture.
1. Plug the unit DIRECTLY into an earth grounded standard 120 volt,
AC electrical outlet. The plug is a polarized line plug (one blade is
wider than the other) and can only be inserted one way as a safety
feature.
2. Place the unit on a flat and level surface to allow continuous
airflow to the bottom intake and out the top outlet grill.
3. Always unplug the air purifier before moving it, opening the top lid,
changing the main filter or before cleaning. (Clean only with a dry,
non-static cloth.) Do not operate this unit with an extension cord.
4. Do not place any foreign objects inside the unit because electric
shock and injury could result.
5. Do not operate the unit if any part is missing or damaged.
6. Do not run the power cord under carpeting or near heaters,
registers, radiators, stoves or fireplaces. To avoid a tripping
hazard, keep the power cord away from traffic areas.
7. Never operate the air purifier in an area where combustible gases
or vapors are present or any other flammable materials.
8. Never immerse the unit in water or other liquids. Do not spray the
air purifier with liquids or clean the air purifier under running water.
9. This unit is designed for indoor use only. This unit is designed for resi-
dential or light commerical use. Do not use in heavy commercial applications.
Limited Warranty:
This Limited 5-Year Warranty applies only to the repair or replacement of any
manufactured or supplied part of this product which, upon inspection by a
HealthWayDauthorized service center (CWR), proves to have failed in nor-
mal use due to defects in material or workmanship. The sole responsibility of
HealthWayD(CWR) under this Limited Warranty is, in its sole discretion, to
either repair or replace a duly registered product (or defective part thereof)
with the same or a comparable model within a reasonable period of time,
subject to the following exclusions, limitations, statutory rights, and warranty
claimprocedures.This LimitedWarrantyis exclusive,and HealthWayD(CWR)
expressly disclaims all other or additional warranties, whether written or oral,
expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantabil-
ity, workmanship, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Exclusions:
A. This Limited Warranty does not apply, or is void, as to any product or part
damagedby(1) accident, misuse,abuse,or lack ofreasonablecare or normal
maintenance, including not replacing filters according to Replacement Sched-
ule;(2) installationor operationunder conditionsotherthanthoserecommended
by HealthWayD(CWR); (3) subjecting the product to any but the specified
voltage;(4) servicing ordisassembly by unauthorized personnel;(5) removing
or defacing the serial number; or (6) modifying the original factory-assembled
unit in any way.
B. This Limited Warranty does not apply to shipping charges (customer will
be responsible for shipping charges) for product shipped to or from the
factory or designated service center in connection with warranty claims nor
does it apply to any damages occurring during such shipment.
C.This Limited Warrantydoes not apply toinstallation, removal, reinstallation,
and/or related expenses. This Limited Warranty does not apply to replaceable
filters.
Limitations:
HealthWayD(CWR) shall not be liable for property, incidental, and/or conse-
quential damages of any kind and, unless otherwise prescribed by applicable
state law, HealthWayDshall not be liable for personal injury resulting from
malfunctions, defects, misuse, improper operation or installation, or alteration
of a HealthWayD (CWR) product or any part thereof. The exclusive remedy
for a breach of this Limited Warranty is the repair or replacement of the defec-
tive product. In no case, shall liability under any other remedy prescribed by
law exceed the purchase price of the product.
Statutory Rights:
This Limited Warranty, subject to the above exclusions and limitations, gives
you specific legal rights in addition to statutory rights you may have under
applicable state law. Some states, however, do not permit the limitation or
exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so such limitation may not
apply to you. To the extent that any provision of this Limited Warranty is incon-
sistent with applicable law, such provision shall be deemed void or amended,
as necessary, to comply with such law.

Bio-Net Air PurifierTM Operation:
Plug the unit into a standard 120 volt earth groundedAC circuit and depress the
speed button to Low, Med or High. The control panel lights should be illuminated
as follows:
EGF Main Filter - green light is ON (Functioning)
EGF Bio Monitor - green light is ON (Functioning)
When the unit is operating properly, both indicator lights will be "green".
EGF Main Filter Service Light:
When the Green/Function light goes OFF and the Red/Service light goes on, this
is your indication to "replace"the Main EGF Filter. The maximum life expectancy
of the Main EGF Filter is 24 months. See Main EGF Filter replacement instruc-
tions.
The Reversible Multi-Stage Filtration contains Carbon/Zeolite Media plus Dual 10
micron Pre-filters which can be vacuumed, reversed and then reinserted in be-
tween filter changes to prolong the life of the filter. However, the Reversible Multi-
Stage Filtration System needs to be replaced at least every 12 months. **
EGF Bio Monitor Light:
Green light ON indicates that airborne microorganisms are continuously being
destroyed in the EGF Filtration Grid System. If the light goes OFF, microorgan-
ism destruction has been interrupted. Immediately turn off the unit and unplug it
from the outlet.
Cleaning the Unit: (Periodically you should clean the Pre-filter).
Before cleaning the unit, shut the air purifier OFF and unplug it from the outlet.
Clean exterior surfaces only with a soft cloth dampened with water. Do not use
abrasive cleansers. Do not spray the unit with any liquid cleaner. Wipe the intake
grill weekly with a clean, dry non-static cloth. To clean the Pre-filter, see next
page. If you hear a loud crackling sound then the grid needs to be cleaned, (see
trouble shooting guide).
***NOTE: People with chemical and environmental (MCS) sensitivities will
detect contaminants at lower levels and will have to change their filters sooner.
1.Turn the air purifier off and unplug from power outlet.
2.To access EGF Main Filter, place fingertips under side
recesses of black cover, gently pull outward and lift cover
up to remove. Separate cover from the air purifier.

To Change Reversible Multi-Stage Filtration:
4.To remove EGF Main Filter, lift fil-
ter from the internal chamber. (Fig.
C). Before installing the new EGF
Main Filter, make sure the black fil-
ter seal "O"ring is seated properly
in the "O"ring channel (Fig.D). The
EGF Filter is labeled with "FRONT"
this must be positioned to the front
of the unit. (Fig.C)

3. To release EGF Main Filter, move
both black handles 900toward front
of air purifier. (Fig.B). Do not force
the handles.
To Change EGF Main Filter:

1. Turn the air purifier off and unplug from power outlet. To change/vacuum Carbon Filter, Open
back panel (Fig.F) remove panel and set it down. Pull out Carbon Tray (Fig.G) and replace
every 12 months. If your have high levels of particulates in your home and/or animal hair you
can easily vacuum the Pre-Filters, between filter changes, which are located on the underside
of the Carbon Tray, see (Fig.H). Simply vacuum the Carbon Tray Pre-filter. Then turn the tray
over and reinsert into filter drawer. This procedure can be repeated as necessary, however, it is
highly recommended that this entire filter be replaced annually.
2. Reattach back panel. Your unit is now ready for use.

6.To replace the cover, align the vertical tab, on the inside of the cover, with the slot in the top of
the machine behind the front panel. Push down gently and snap shut. Plug air purifier into power
outlet and turn on. (Fig . A) Note: The unit will not run with top attached improperly.
5.To load EGF Filter, align hole in filter tab with brass contact (Fig.E). Press filter down.
To lock filter in place, move both black handles in 90otoward the center of the filter.
CAUTION: Do not force handles, they should move freely, if not, realign filter.
