Electrolysis
Electrolysis is a process of decomposing water through an electrochemical
redox reaction by applying electricity to the process.
The effect of electrolysed water
- Deodorising effect on food waste, animals smells and toilet odour
- It has been suggested to remove pesticide from fruits and veggies
- Sanitisation effects by reducing bacteria
Electrolysed water
Electrolysed water is water that has gone through
the electrolysis process. It contains hypochlorous
acid (HOCL).

Only use the spoon provided and only use a level spoon each time.
Adding the accelerant will increase the solution concentration of HOCL.
Don't add extra amounts of accelerant.
Electrolyse just once and test solution on the surface.
Higher concentrations of sanitised water can be achieved by
elecetrolysing the water more than once. Don't exceed more than 3
times.
Only use the accelerant we provided.
Don't use other chemical accelerant.
4. The sprayer bottle fits onto the top of the base.
5. Pressing the Power Button (middle button) will activate the base unit.
Two settings, either press the low or high button.
■Low : 1 min run time / generating standard electrolysed water.
■High : 2 min run time / generating strong electrolyzed water.
6. When the electrolysis process is done, the base will beep.
■ Only use tap water (Don't use groundwater,
contaminated water, rain water and purified water).
■ When generating electrolysed water, it is normal to smell a
light disinfectant (chlorine) smell, this is normal.

07 Maintenance
The electrolysed water in the device will neutralise after about 3-5 days.
When the device is not in use for a long period of time (weeks), tip out the
water and allow the device to dry. Place in a dry space out of direct sunlight.
Don't store in a fridge as it may degrade the device’s performance and
cause it to stop working.
Wipe the exterior of the device with a dry cloth. Don't use any chemicals
and general cleaning detergents. Be careful not to get water into the
electrical terminals on the base or on the electrical contacts on the
underside of the sprayer bottle. Do not use excessive force on the terminals
or contacts. If there is moisture, remove it completely and let everything
dry out.
This device has a reverse electrolysed electrode cleaning system, so
generally it only needs a scale clean every 6-12 months unless white scale
can be seen on the electrodes.
If water is left in the device for a long period of time, scale will build up on
the electrodes and the device will not work properly. It is recommended to
remove the water if the device isn't going to be used for a week or two.
Periodically check to see if there is any scale build up either on the
electrodes or on the inside of the bottle or jug.
To clean, mix together 200ml of warm tap water and 1.0g of citric acid (stir
until dissolved). Add solution to the bottle/jug and leave for 2 hours. Pour
out and discard the solution. Rand rinse thoroughly with clean tap water,
rinse at least twice.
The white scale material is a mineral build up of calcium and magnesium
from the tap water.

Condition Check Action
LED light off Is the power connected
properly?
Try again after connecting the power
properly. Press the power on button.
LED light on. However
air bubbles have not
occured.
Is the sprayer bottle
properly connected with
the base?
Refer to page 5. Properly combine the
sprayer bottle with the base and then try
again. If it does not work, please contact
customer service.
Air bubbles seem weak. Did you use purified or
bottled water instead of
tap water?
Please use tap water. More air bubbles
are generated when an accelerant is
added than when only tap water is used.
Device doesn't work
when accelerator is
added.
Is the amount of
accelerant correct for
adding?
Only add one level spoon full (0.5g) from
the supplied spoon then operate.
Sprayer doesn't spray. Did you use hard water?
Hard water is water
that has high mineral
content (calcium and
magnesium).
01. If the tap water is hard then scale may
have built up on the electrodes. Also the
spray nozzle may become clogged. If it
does not work, immerse the nozzle into a
diluted solution of a 1:1 ratio of detergent
and water. If it still doesn't work, contact
our customer service on 1800 268 469.
02. Due to the nature of the semi-
automatic spraying nozzle, the spraying
action may not work if the nozzle is filled
with air. If it still does not work after
attempting at least 5 pumps on the
trigger then contact our customer service
on 1800 268 469.
