Safe ozone is mixed with water and produces ozone water, to meet needs for the application. Water
With a high ozone concentration can be used for disinfection and sterilisation for food, fruits and vegetables,
kitchenware, can also remove germs, bacterial and residual chlorine in tap water.
Turn on any faucet, laundry or dishwasher that is connected to the Aquazone Ozone Rinse System
400mg/her and water is automatically converted to safe, non-toxic liquid sanitizer. On standby mode, no
ozone gas is generated to prevent toxic ambient air levels.
Please read the instructions in the user manuals carefully and check the packing list to
ensure all items are in the box before installation.

Catering - This is an intelligent ozone water machine designed for the kitchen, unique mini design, easy to
use. Safety ozone is mixed with water and produces ozonated water to meet need for daily life and
restaurants.
●Water with a high ozone concentration can sterilise food and kitchenware, disinfect hands, floors,
walls, tables.
●Use as a cleaning solution for towels and rags.
●Oxidise, decompose bacteria and pesticide from fruits and vegetable surfaces keep food fresh,
neutralise hormones and smell from meat, extend shelf life and make food safe
●Can also remove germs, bacteria and residual chlorine in tap water.
Medical - Add the effectiveness of ozone sterilisation without the need for consumable oxygen and convert

EXTERNAL FEATURES
INSTALLATION
Before installation, check all the accessories;
Working with tap water gas mixer (reference to the below picture and diagram)
● Wall-mount the ozone machine by sticker or screw;
● Install the tap water mixer;
● Connect with silicone tube with the ozone generator;
● Plug in power adaptor, plug in to the ozone machine
● Switch on the power button; the red indicator will be lighting
● Turn on the tap water, the machine will start working. Meanwhile the blue indication will light up..

Working with venturi (gas mixer) for washing machine or shower (see below pic.)
When used for laundry or a shower, The Aquazone Ozone Rinse System needs to work with the venturi to
dissolve the ozone in the water. Pay attention to the installation method of the venturi, and the direction of
the water inlet and outlet should be correct; Meanwhile, make sure of that the ozone outlet is connected to
the venturi correctly;
●Install venturi (gas mixer) first. Water inlet side has a arrow ” “ on the venturi body;
●Connect the silicone hose with venturi, the gas inlet side has a mark “ “ on the
white part of the venturi;
●Plug in power adaptor, plug in to the ozone machine
●Switch on the power button; the red indicator will be lighting;
●Turn on the tap water, the ozone generator will start working. Meanwhile, the blue indicator will be
lighting.

Turn on any faucet, laundry or dishwasher that is connected to the TWO 001 & TWO002 and the water is
automatically converted to safe, non-toxic liquid sanitizer. On standby mode, no ozone gas is generated to
prevent toxic ambient air levels.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If there is no ozone in the water:
●Please check if the power supply is connected.
●Check if all the pipes and the pipe connections are in working order, the tube and the venturi are in
the right direction (important).
●Water pressure is ok or not (water pressure should be over 3 bar to produce ozone water).
●Sometimes, when the operation procedure is incorrect, the machine can not work. Please switch off
the power supply, then turn it on. We call this operation “Reset"; Please turn on the water after
Reset.
●Keep the tube length 50cm at least on the venturi water outlet, make sure the ozone gas sucks into
the water.
NOTE
SERVICE AND WARRANTY
12 Month warranty is provided from the date of purchase against factory defect, however the warranty is
voided by the following;
● The generator was damaged by water / moisture damage.
● Damage caused by unauthorised modification.
● Damage caused by misuse and not following the instructions on the user manual.
● A valid invoice for proof of purchase cannot be provided.
● The serial sticker has been removed from the ozone generator.
● Biozone is not liable for systems failures due to tampering with controls and equipment installed.
