Headlamp is intended for installation and operation
in a vehicle with 12V vehicle system voltage and can
be used in headlights with H4 halogen lamps.
Ensure headlamp does not have defects before
installation.
Keep the headlamp away from children.
Keep the headlamp away from ammable areas
or liquids.
The headlamp should be stored in dry and low
humidity place.
Avoid skin contact with the high temperature/
working headlamp when replacing headlamp. Allow
headlamp to drop to room temperature before
replacing the headlight.
Do not modify product, or expose product to dust,
grease stains, or scratch the surface of the headlamp.
Do not look directly at the operating headlamp, it
may cause eye damage.
After installation, ensure below are working correctly
1. Correct light/beam pattern
2. Indicators are working
3. Wiring are connected correctly
4. Covers are installed back to the car correctly

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problems
One of the headlamp
doesn’t work
Both headlamps doesn’t
work
Dim Headlight
Causes
The headlamp has burned-out.
Fuse has blown.
Incorrect wiring connections.
No power to the circuit, bad
ground or failed switch.
Broken alternator or power
supply problem.
Weak car battery.
Solutions
Replace with a new headlamp.
Replace with a new fuse.
Examine if positive and negative power connectors
are connected correctly.
Examine if wiring for power, ground or switch are
connected correctly.
Examine if power supply voltage is correct.
Recharge the weak car battery or replace with a
new car battery.

Open the hood of the vehicle.
Find the installed location of the original
halogen bulb.
Remove the halogen bulb from headlight
housing.
Install the headlamp into headlight
housing and turn clockwise to secure it.
Connect the headlamp cable to vehicle
wiring hardness.

Warning cancellar adaptor may be needed in
case warning signal light up after installation.
Remove bulb, turn it 180° & reinstall in case bulb
does not light up.
Fit for 12V vehicle only.
