you get the most out of your exercise bike, please read the following
manual carefully before you start using the sports equipment.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Safety is our top priority here at Bluefin Fitness. Please read the
following safety precautions and keep the manual to ensure that you
are always using the Tour SP Pro correctly.
Kindly note the following precautions before assembling or operating
the Tour SP Pro:
1. Keep children and animals away from the exercise bike at all times.
DO NOT leave unattended children in the same room with the machine.
2. Disabled persons should not use the exercise bike without a qualified health
professional or physician present.
3. Should any dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or other abnormal symptoms occur
during exercise, STOP the workout immediately and consult your GP.
4. Ensure there are not any objects within a 2 metre radius of the exercise bike when
in use. NEVER place any sharp objects close to the machine.
5. Position the exercise bike on a hard, level surface, away from any water and
moisture. Place a mat under the exercise bike to keep the machine stable and
protect the floor from any damage.
6. Only use the exercise bike as described in this manual. DO NOT use any other
accessories or use it for purposes not recommended by the manufacturer.
7. Assemble the machine exactly as described within this manual.
8. Ensure that all nuts and bolts are fully secured before using the machine.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
9. Hold a routine inspection of the exercise bike, paying particular attention to
elements that could wear out over time, i.e. connection points and wheels.
The safety level of this equipment can only be maintained by replacing defective
parts immediately. Please do not use the exercise equipment unless all elements
are in perfect condition.
10. NEVER operate the exercise bike if it is not functioning correctly.
11. One person should only use this machine at any one time.
12. Do not use abrasive cleaning products to clean the machine.
Always wipe down the machine after use to maintain the exercise bike’s condition.
13. Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising.
Trainers or equivalent footwear is also required.
14. Always stretch before starting any exercise to reduce the chance of injury.
15. Use the adjustable knob on the exercise bike to increase or decrease the speed
and resistance level when working out.
16. If you are over 45 years old, have pre-existing health or medical issues, or this is
your first time exercising in over 12 months, please consult your GP before use.
17. Maximum user weight 150Kg.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preparation
Before assembling the Tour SP Pro exercise bike, make sure that you have enough space to use the
tools provided in the assembly kit. Please also check whether all of the listed parts are included.
Step 1.
Attach the Front Stabilizer (15) to the Main Frame (16) using x2 sets of Ø10
Flat Washers (5) and Bolt 1 (3).
Attach the Rear Stabilizer (4) to the Main Frame (16) using x2 sets of Ø10
Flat Washers (5) and Bolt 1 (3)

Step 2.
Slide the Vertical Seat Post (10) into the seat post housing on the Main Frame (16). Then slide the
Seat Post (12) into the Vertical Seat Post (10), securing it in place with a Flat Washer 1 (25) and
L-Shaped Knob (26). You will have to slacken the knurled section of the Height Adjust Knob (23),
pull the knob back and then choose the desired height. Then release the knob and retighten the
knurled section.
Now fix the Seat (13) to the Seat Post (12) as shown, and tighten the bolts around the screws under
the seat.

Step 3.
Connect the Connection Wire A3 to A4.
Slide the Handlebar Post (17) into the handlebar post
housing on the Main Frame (16). You will have to
slacken the knurled section of the Height Adjust Knob (24),
pull the knob back and select the desired height.
Then release the knob and retighten the knurled portion.
Now fix the Handlebar (18) with a Flat Washer 1 (25)
and L-Shaped Knob (26).
Connect connection line A1 to A2 and B1 to B2.
Fix the Console (66) on to the Console Bracket (18)
with Four Screws (67).
NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU FIX THE
HANDLEBAR TIGHTLY

Step 4.
The Pedals (x1 L & x1 R) are marked ‘L’ and ‘R’ - Left and Right.
Connect them to their appropriate crank arms. The right crank arm is on the right-hand side of the
cycle as you sit on it.
NOTE: THE RIGHT PEDAL SHOULD BE THREADED ON CLOCKWISE
AND THE LEFT PEDAL ANTICLOCKWISE.

Step 5.
Once the Tour SP Pro is assembled and power turned on, the console can adjust the workout
resistance.

ADJUSTING THE TOUR SP PRO
To adjust the seat height
Loosen the Height Adjust Knob (1) on the vertical post stem, found on the main frame and pull
back the knob. Position the vertical seat post to your desired height, ensuring that all holes are
aligned, then release the Height Adjust Knob (1) and retighten it.
To move the seat forward in the direction of the handlebar
or backwards away from it
Loosen the Adjusting Handle (2), and pull the handle down. Slide the seat horizontally into the
desired position. Align the holes and then retighten the Adjusting Handle (2).
To adjust the handlebar height
Loosen the Height Adjust Knob (3) on the front of the Tour SP, and pull back the knob. Position
the vertical stem post to your desired height, ensuring that all holes are aligned, then release the
Height Adjust Knob (3) and retighten it.
To move the handlebar away from you or towards you
Loosen the Adjusting Handle (4), and pull the handle down. Slide the handlebar horizontally into
the desired position. Align the holes and then retighten the Adjusting Handle (4).

ADJUSTING THE TOUR SP PRO
Correcting your posture
1. Ensure your elbows are slightly bent.
2. The handlebar should be positioned approx. one forearm’s distance from the seat,
and at an appropriate height (generally in-line or slightly below the seat height).
Ensure the positioning of the handlebar is comfortable and minimises any back
strain.
3. To choose the appropriate seat height, the user should stand next to the Tour SP
Pro and position the seat at their hip level.
4. Make sure that your feet fit comfortably on the pedals, with the balls of your feet
securely placed on the centre of each pedal. Consider adjusting the seat height to
keep your knees directly above the centre of the pedals when they are level with
each other.
5. Your knees should remain slightly bent throughout cycling, between a 25 to 35
degree angle at the bottom of every pedal stroke.
6. Your core should remain engaged, keeping your back straight and lengthened at
all times.

MOTOR FUNCTIONS OPERATION

The system automatically adjusts your
resistance level depending on your heart
rate value.
VIRTUAL SCENE
There are six virtual scenes to choose
to cycle through for real-time exercise.
Use the Control Dial (C) on the Key Plate to select, press to confirm and enter.

Press the Media Key (E) on the Key Plate
and then use the Control Dial (C) to
select the desired icon (Music or Video),
press to confirm and enter. Use the
Control Dial (C) on the Key Plate to select
your music or video choice then press to
confirm and enter.

Insert a USB drive and the screen icon

1. QUICK START
Quick Start
Press the Start Key (F) to enter the
manual mode of the exercise bike.
The display interface will look like this:
The resistance control can be accessed by
clicking the
Resistance Keys (G) and (I) on the key
panel.
Press the Stop Key (J) to stop the bike.
The display interface will look like this
(this step applies to all motion functions).

2. TARGET MODES
Target Modes (Time/Distance/Calories)
Select the Target Distance icon using the
Control Dial (A) to select and press to
enter. The display interface will look like
this:
Adjust to your desired parameters using
the Control Dial (A).
Press the Start Key (F) to start the bike.
Target Time:
Time adjustment range is 0:10:00 -
10 hours, the default time is 0:30:00
Target Distance:
Distance adjustment range 1.0 - 200
km, default distance is 5 km
Target Calories:
Calories adjustment range is
10-2000 kcal. The default calorie
target is 50 kcal.
• After starting, the bike will run
automatically, according to the settings
inputted by the user.
• After the countdown, the bike will
stop automatically.
• The resistance level can be adjusted by
pressing the Resistance Keys (G)
and (I) on the key panel whilst cycling.
• You can also press the Stop Key (J) on
the console to stop the bike at any time.

3. USER PROGRAM
User Program
Preset up to 6 of your preferred bike
settings in the customisable User
Program.
Select the User Program icon using the
Control Dial (A) and press to enter.
The display interface will look like this:
Select the User Program you wish to set-
up using the Control Dial (A)
and press to enter. The custom setting
interface will look like this:
Select the settings you wish to use using
the Control Dial (A), press to save the
data and move onto the next section of
settings.
Select to save your settings within the
console.
Press the Start Key (F) to start the bike.
