1) - Temperature: Required temperature settled temp.value (°C)
2) - Waiting time:Waiting time in required settled temperature (min.)
3) - Cooling set:Required cooling settled temp.value (°C)
4) - Pre-heat set: Temperature when machine is on. (°C), but not functioned.
5) - Pressure set:Adjustment of max.pressure required (Bar)
Recommended pressure between 150-200 bars depending on sample. (Max. applicable pressure is 250 Bars)

3 Operation
Remove the mold locking system by turning the mold locking lever in the clockwise direction.
3.1 Placement of Sample and Bakelite Powder
Press the button and lift up the hydraulic cylinder manually and place the sample on the upper surface
of the piston by squeezing the separator. Manually by pressing the button down slightly depending on
the size of the sample.

Put the bakalite powder in the appropriate amount to the sample size and lock the mold system.

Then press START / STOP icon. Molding process will start and end automatically. (Make sure
to enter the parameters correctly before starting this process.) You can stop the process by pressing the key
when prompted.
3.2 . Removing the Sample

At the end of the process, remove the mold lock lever by rotating the mold lock arm counterclockwise.
IMPORTANT: After sampling, you must clean the bakelite powder residues in the mold and hydraulic piston
bearings before starting the new process. Otherwise, it may be difficult to lower the cylinder.
4 Selecting Parameters on the Digital Display

PRESS SETTING ICON THAN PRESS
TEMPERATURE SETTINGS TO OPEN
CLICK TO CHOOSE THE REQUESTED TEMPERATURE THAN INTRODUCE
TEMPERATURE VALUE (EXAMPLE: 150) AND CONFIRM WITH ENTER
RETURN TO SETTINGS PRESS OR PRESS ICON.
(THE SYSTEM WILL WARN YOU WITHIN THE AUDIENCE WHEN TEMPERATURE
IS ON REQUIRED TEMPERATURE).
