scribed that you have not selec-
ted. Equally, country-specific de-
viations to the motorcycle shown
are also possible.
If your motorcycle has equipment
that is not described, you will find
the relevant description in a sep-
arate manual.

standard DIN (Deutsches Institut
für Normung e. V.) and comply
with its specified tolerances.

HP style variant
The HP style variant highlights
the sporty character of the
R 1250 GS Adventure HP. The
racing blue metallic and light
white uni colour scheme, the
gold anodised cross-spoked
wheels and, in particular, the
powder-coated frame in light
white uni and black matt visually
reflect the character of the
sportiest series-produced
R 1250 GS Adventure of all time.
The equipment of the
R 1250 GS Adventure HP was
designed consistently with
the aim of increasing off-road
performance.
The HP style variant consists
of:
Rallye motorcycle seat with
exclusive HP colour scheme,
optimum ergonomic design for
maximum freedom of move-
ment and good comfort, even
when two people are riding.
Sport windscreen, cut low
for an unrestricted view of the
rough terrain ahead and for
freedom of movement when
riding in a standing position.
Cross-spoked wheels, with
lugged tyres upon request.
Accompanying frame guard
protects the frame against hard
boots.
Accompanying cover caps
ensure a sporty, sleek rear end
when the luggage carrier is re-
moved.

A small and a large angle screw-
driver is supplied with the vehicle
for adjusting the mirror arm.
Turn the mirror 1to the correct
position.
Adjusting mirror arm
NOTICE
A small and a large angle screw-

for adjusting the mirror arm.
Remove bolt 1and cover 2.
Loosen adjusting screw 3and
turn the mirror arm 4to the
desired position.
Tighten adjusting screw 3,
while holding the mirror arm.
Attach cover 2and fit bolt 1.

Fit new bolt1.

The footrest is adjusted on the
right and left in the same way.
The position of the footrest
must be set identically on the
right and on the left.

Remove bolt 2.
Remove clamping block 1.
Install clamping block 1in re-
quired position Aor Band
tighten bolt 2.

Remove and refit the footrest
on the other side in the same
