A review of calls logged with Gas Agents Service has identified that the majority of calls relate to
2 types of problems.

2. connectivity iss e
This self help g ide has been p t together to give yo a bit more knowledge that may help yo
to resolve device or connectivity iss es as they occ r and not have to send yo r scanner back
to BOC thro gh the repair and replace program.
However, where the g ide does not help solve the fa lt, then it will be necessary to
report the fa lt thro gh to Gas Agents Service.
Gas Agents Service will then either:
solve with over-the-phone tro bleshooting
arrange replacement scanner
