User guide inclusive of text, images, logos, product names is either the property of, or used with

There are maybe some differences between user guide and actual function of device
User guide can be adjusted by ATID CO.LTD without consent of user discretionally.
User guide is written for users who want to use and maintain the AT870N. Please read and
understand these instruction prior to operating this unit.

Please read and follow all warnings and cautions for user`s safety in this document before you handle
and operate ATID equipment

Chapter 1. Caution when using AT911N
Please aware of the manual contents in advance, before you handle and operate your AT911N and
other ATID Products.
1. How to use the battery correctly
case of that you dropped the main body or battery in water, please do not put into the stove or
heater for drying. Just keep it in natural drying or contact purchase place
Please note that the battery terminal doesn’t have to be contacted to metallic object
If you do not use the battery for a long time, please keep it at room temperature after charging
Operating time of battery can be shorter than usual in accordance with loss of battery and using
period. In this case, please contact us.
You have to use provided adaptor when charging the device.
2. Caution when using AT911N
User careless or products repair would damage the stored data. Manufacturer is not
responsible for this damage, so please do back-up the important data separately
If you have a problem on product, do not try to repair or disassemble it by yourself, please
contact our customer service center.
Do not use your product at the specific places such as hospital, plane and so on where
electromagnetic wave or the risk may occur
Please note that using the device in environment of high temperature and humidity for long
hours can make a malfunction of device.
In case of that noise, smoke and odor occur at the device while using product, please
disconnect the charger with device and off the power immediately, then please contact our
customer service center

Chapter 2. Product Composition
AT911N is based upon Android OS and as the state of the art product.
it is equipped with barcode scanner, RFID Tag reader, MSR card reader, printer, smart card reader,
MODEM, Camera and so on and it can be applied to Industry, Enterprise, Logistics and so on, can
be used extensively in many fields due to this kind of various functions

3. Name and Function of Each Part
NAME
FUNCTION
1D/2DScanner(Optional)
Please be careful not to get the damage or the foreign substances at the Window
emitted the laser beam Warning! Do not look at the laser beam directly
UHF Connecting port
It is connector to equip the UHF 900Mhz tag reader module
Internal NFC(Optional)
It is location where NFC internal module is equipped
Reset Button
Reset the device
Microphone
It is used for telephone conversation.
WLAN(Optional) LED
It displays whether the wireless WLAN power gets supply
Battery Latch
You can attach and detach by moving it from side to side
Main Battery
It attaches on body for receiving power
Scan Button
You can scan the barcode or RFID tag by this buttons
Speaker
It is equipped for playing sound and various sound effects internally
Sync Cable Connector
It makes device transmit and receive the data with computer in connection with USB
sync cable.
Earphone Jack
It is used for connecting the earphone with device.
LED
It will be changed with red color in charging state / with green color in full
Adapter Jack
Please do connect it with provided adapter when charging the device
Camera Flash(Optional)
It functions in case of using camera
Camera(Optional)
It makes image capture and save
Touch Screen
You can implement and terminate the program to touch the screen
Hand strap hole
Please attach hand strap and stylus pen with device for your convenience when using it
for a long time.

Chapter3. Basic Functions
1. Power and Battery
Main battery for AT911N supplies the power to the system and RAM which could keep the data.
Main Battery: 3.7V 2,200mA Lithium - Ion
1.1 Attaching and Detaching the Main Battery
Detaching the Battery
Below images are shown the bottom of device. Please undo the battery latch and then, lift up the
main battery to detach it after grapping the lever at the bottom.
Attaching the Battery
Please put the top of the battery into the above gap of device and then, push the bottom of battery
into the below gap of device and then, make the battery latch originally.

1.2 Charging Battery
You have to charge it through dedicated adapter which is provided when you bought
Red light is lit on LED when it starts charging. It will be changed with green light in case of full
Connecting the adapter
1. Connect the adapter plug with 220V (or appropriate socket)
2. Connect adapter DC cable with “Power Connecting Jack”
3. LED will be changed when the red light is lit on the LED
1.3 Low-Power Mode(Sleep-mode)
In case of that user doesn`t use the system when another program is implemented or main screen is
shown up as below, user can move into the state of low-power mode(Sleep-mode) by pushing
<Power> Button. If user wants to use the device once again, please push the <Power> button and
then wait until the main screen is shown up the device.
Use the Low-Power Mode (Sleep Mode) by using <Power> button
Move into the Low-Power Mode(Sleep-Mode):
1. Device can move into the Low-Power Mode if user
pushes the <Power> button in state of power-on.
Cancel the Low-Power Mode (Sleep Mode):
1. Power will be turned on when user pushes the
<Power> button in state of power-off
Caution:
User must use provided adapter with device. Otherwise your device might be damaged

NOTE:
Data located in RAM will be preserved in the state of power-off, if the battery remains and program will be recovered
when the device is turned on once again. When main battery discharges perfectly, data saved in RAM will be
disappear. In that case, system will be restarted after energizing the power.
Use of Automatic Low-Power Mode (Sleep mode)
If the user doesn’t use the device for setting time, system enters into the low power mode (sleep
mode) automatically. User also can change the setting time in control panel and power management
as below. Using proper time-out setting prevents the system is on a long time without the user and
extends hours of battery use.
[Menu] -> [Application] -> [Setting] -> [Display] ->[Sleep]
Enter the screen as above in case of that User double clicks the <Display> Icon
The system will be turned on by pushing <Power> button even if system moves into the Low-Power Mode in
accordance with automatic low-power mode.
Turn Off the battery in case of discharging
System will be automatically entered into the Low-Power mode(Sleep-mode) when the main
battery discharges. At this point, system doesn`t work even if user pushes the <Power>
button. In that case, user can turn on the device after charging the main battery or
connecting the device with charger jack.
1.4 Check the Battery Level
NOTE:
Using time of battery is influenced by using method, surrounding environment. In
general, user can use the device for 6 or 12 hours after charging the main battery at full

Caution for battery shortage
Caution for low battery shortage will show up at the screen when the main battery level is too
low to execute In that case, please turn off the device by pushing the <Power> button as
soon as possible and then, charge the device.
1.5 Battery Replacement
Please buy a new battery, if existing battery has been damaged and its life has ended
CAUTION!
Discard the dead battery to assigned place

2. System Reset (Restart)
Please restart the system by using reset function when the system makes no response and
application program doesn`t work completely.
4.1 Hard Reset (Cold Reset)
In need of Hard Reset,
Hard reset which is called cold reset can be used for initializing the hardware completely.
Registry value, copied file and installed program will be originally remained in spite of hard
reset
[Hard Reset Procedure]
Please push the <Power> Button and <Reset> Button with stylus pen simultaneously and then,
unhand those buttons
Please push the <Reset> Button in short
[Hard Reset Result]
System will restart.
Operating System will start after loading the device.

3. Use of Micro SD, SIM, SAM Card
Below images show the back side of device when separating the main battery from device There are
1EA SIM Card Slot, 1EA SAM Card Slot and 1EA Micro SD Card Slot inside of battery.
3.1 Micro SD Card installation

Lift the slot cover up
Put the SD memory on the
slot and then, shut the cover

Micro SD memory card.
3.2 SIM card Installation

4. System Configuration
4.1 Screen Brightness Settings
Brightness of the screen is mostly effects on the power consumption, so brightness can set by user`s
taste
[Brightness Settings Method]
1. [Menu] -> [Application] -> [Settings] -> [Display] ->[Brightness]
Brightness: Adjust the degree of screen brightness
Wallpaper: Select the Wallpaper
Auto-rotate screen: Adjust the Auto-rotate screen function
Sleep: Adjust the setting time for sleep mode
Font Size: Adjust the font size
4.2 Sound Volume Settings
Volume is set to around 80% at the first. User can adjust the sound
attributes by doing
[Menu] -> [Application] -> [Settings] -> [Sound]

5. Use of Keypad
Keypad is an input method editor that inputs numbers or alphabetic characters easily.
5.1 Use of Keypad
Please follow the below steps for changing the input language
[Menu] -> [Application] -> [Settings] -> [Language & Input]
Or it can be changed at the selection screen for input method

6. Connection with PC
User can work such as installation, copy, movement, deletion by connecting PC with Device after
synchronizing the data one another.

Connect PC with device after downloading the below program

7. Firmware Upgrade
Please click the firmware update application by choosing [Menu] -> [Application] as occasion when
user needs firmware upgrade of AT911N.
Please proceed with the Firmware image update through manufacturer or supplier
separately
