1. Safety regulations
The BODEGA43 is an electrical appliance. When using your BODEGA43, always follow the safety
instructions as described below.
• Never plug your BODEGA43 into a power outlet until you have completed the full setup.
• BODEGA43 is an electrical appliance. Never touch your BODEGA43 with wet hands while
standing on a wet floor or in a layer of water. This is to prevent injury or even death from
electric shock.
• Never use your BODEGA43 outdoors or in a wet environment.
• Do not pull the power cable to disconnect your BODEGA43 from the power supply. Always
grasp the plug at the end of the cable to disconnect your BODEGA43 from the power supply.
• Never pull on the power cable to carry, lift or move your BODEGA43.
• Never place the power cable on or near a heated surface.
• When carrying or moving your BODEGA43, make sure that it is not tilted more than 45
degrees or turned upside down.
• Your BODEGA43 is intended for storing wine bottles. Do not use your BODEGA43 for
storing food or other items.
• Your BODEGA43 is intended for household use only. Any other use will void the warranty.
• When positioning your BODEGA43, make sure that there is always enough room for all-
around air circulation. The ventilation holes on the back must always be given at least 10cm
free space and at least 5cm for the ventilation holes on the sides so that there is enough
room for your BODEGA43 to dissipate excess heat. Insufficient ventilation will reduce
performance and may shorten the lifespan of your BODEGA43.
• Always close the door of your BODEGA43 immediately after storing bottles. This is to
ensure that the temperature of your BODEGA43 does not rise to an undesired level.
• Never use heavy-duty cleaning products to clean your BODEGA43. Use only mild detergents
or glass cleaner.
• Flush the connection to the water drain thoroughly if your BODEGA43 is not new or has not
been used for a long time.

2. Installing your new BODEGA43
Please consult the following instructions for quick installation of your new BODEGA43. This
BODEGA43 is only suitable for installation when sufficient ventilation space is provided as outlined
below.
1. Place your BODEGA43 in a place where it is not exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures
and is free from direct sunlight. Bear in mind that there should be enough space around your
BODEGA43 to fully open the door.
2. Make sure that the chosen location has a solid, stable surface.
3. Keep at least 10cm of space at the back and at least 5cm on either side of your BODEGA43 so
that the warm air it produces can be easily recirculated.
4. Check that the power supply which you intend to connect to your BODEGA43 provides 220-
240V AC / 50Hz.
5. Connect your BODEGA43 to the mains by inserting the plug into the wall socket. Your
BODEGA43 will start working as soon as you plug in the power cable.
6. Give your BODEGA43 time to reach the desired temperature. Under normal conditions, it will
take 1 to 2 hours before your empty BODEGA43 has reached the desired temperature.
7. Store your wine bottles in your new BODEGA43. It can take between several hours and a day
or two for the bottles to reach the desired temperature.

3. The temperature range of your BODEGA43
Under normal conditions, at an ambient temperature below 25°C, the BODEGA43-12 has a
temperature range of 6°C - 18°C, where the lower section can be set between 6°C - 18°C and the
upper section from 12°C - 18°C. The BODEGA43-18 and the BODEGA43-24S have a temperature
range of 8°C - 18°C at an ambient temperature below 25°C, with the lower section having a range of
8°C - 18°C and the upper section a range of 12°C - 18°C.
It is important to note that different factors influence the temperatures which are practically achievable
in both sections of your BODEGA43. These include the model, the ambient temperature, exposure to
light, how much of your BODEGA43’s capacity is used, whether or not the door is open, the
temperature difference between the two sections and the placement relative to the walls at the back
and sides so that there is sufficient ventilation to remove warm air.
The highest temperature that the warmest section can reach is 5°C below ambient temperature. The
B4312, B4318 and B4324S have no heating function.
The above factors will also influence the time required to reach the set temperature. The time can vary
from a few hours to 2 days.

The buttons on the panel are soft-touch and respond when you gently press the desired button with
your finger.
The blue LED display shows the current temperature in each section of your BODEGA43.

5. Cleaning your BODEGA43
Disconnect the plug from the power supply before cleaning.
Avoid intensive cleaning products such as abrasive cleaners, heavy-duty cleaners and solvents on any
surface.
Dust filters at the rear
There are 2 dust filters at the back of your
BODEGA43. Clean them 6 times a year by removing
them and rinsing them under the tap. Dry them well
before replacing the dust filters. If your BODEGA43 is
in a particularly dusty room, more frequent cleaning
may be required.
Magnetic strips on the door
Wash with warm water and gentle soap.
The inside of the BODEGA43
Wash the shelves and loose parts with a cloth with
warm water and gentle soap. Dry immediately after
cleaning. Use a soda solution on the rest of the
interior. Mix 3 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda
with about 1 litre of warm water. Use this to clean the
inside of your BODEGA43 and dry again immediately
after cleaning.

Wipe away dirt with a damp cloth. Dry immediately
after cleaning.
For stubborn dirt or periodic waxing, you can use
silicone wax.
Preparation for future use
After cleaning, replace all parts in the designated
places. Then, reset the temperature as desired
following instructions in this manual.

strip seals the door properly. Make sure not to
open the door too frequently or for long periods
of time.
Remove the dust filters and rinse them under the
tap. Dry the dust filters well before refitting them.

1. Veiligheidsvoorschriften
Deze BODEGA43 is een elektrisch apparaat. Wanneer je jouw BODEGA43 gebruikt, volg dan altijd de
veiligheidsvoorschriften zoals hieronder beschreven.
• Steek nooit de stekker van jouw BODEGA43 in het stopcontact voordat je de volledige
installatie hebt voltooid.
• BODEGA43 is een elektrisch apparaat. Raak je BODEGA43 nooit aan met natte handen,
terwijl je op een natte vloer staat of in een laagje water. Dit om een blessure of zelfs sterfte
door een elektrische shock te voorkomen.
• Gebruik je BODEGA43 nooit buiten of in een natte omgeving.
• Trek niet aan de stroomkabel om je BODEGA43 los te maken van het stroomnet. Pak altijd de
stekker vast aan het uiteinde van de kabel om je BODEGA43 los te koppelen van het
stroomnet.
• Trek nooit aan de stroomkabel om je BODEGA43 te dragen, te tillen of te verplaatsen.
• Plaats de stroomkabel nooit op of in de buurt van een verwarmd oppervlak.
• Zorg ervoor dat tijdens het dragen of verplaatsen van je BODEGA43 jouw BODEGA43 niet
meer dan 45 graden gedraaid wordt of ondersteboven staat.
• Jouw BODEGA43 is bedoeld voor het opslaan van wijnflessen. Gebruik je BODEGA43 niet
voor het bewaren van voedsel of andere spullen.
• Jouw BODEGA43 is bedoeld voor huishoudelijk gebruik. Elk ander gebruik zal de garantie
schenden.
• Zorg bij het plaatsen van jouw BODEGA43 dat er altijd genoeg ruimte is voor luchtcirculatie
rondom. De ventilatiegaten aan de achterzijde moeten altijd minimaal 10cm vrij ruimte
hebben en de ventilatiegaten aan de zijkanten minimaal 5cm, zodat er genoeg ruimte is
zodat jouw BODEGA43 overtollige warmte van de koeling kan afvoeren. Bij onvoldoende
ventilatie zijn de prestaties lager en kan de levensduur van jouw BODEGA43 worden verkort.
• Sluit de deur van jouw BODEGA43 altijd direct na het plaatsen van flessen. Dit zorgt ervoor
dat de temperatuur in je BODEGA43 niet naar een ongewenst niveau oploopt.
• Gebruik nooit zware reinigingsproducten om jouw BODEGA43 schoon te maken. Gebruik
alleen milde reinigingsmiddelen of glasreiniger.
• Spoel de verbinding naar de waterafvoer goed door als jouw BODEGA43 niet nieuw is en
langere tijd niet is gebruikt.

2. Het installeren van je nieuwe BODEGA43
Volg voor een snelle installatie van je nieuwe BODEGA43 de volgende instructies. Deze BODEGA43 is
niet geschikt voor inbouw, tenzij voldoende ventilatieruimte wordt vrij gehouden zoals hieronder
omschreven.
1. Plaats jouw BODEGA43 op een plaats waar deze niet wordt blootgesteld aan extreme hitte
of kou en vrij van direct zonlicht. Houd in gedachten dat er voldoende ruimte rondom je
BODEGA43 is om de deur volledig te kunnen openen.
2. Zorg ervoor dat de gekozen plaats een stevige stabiele ondergrond heeft.
3. Houd aan de achterzijde ten minste 10cm en naast je BODEGA43 ten minste 5cm ruimte
zodat de ontwikkelde warme lucht makkelijk kan worden afgevoerd.
4. Controleer of de stroomtoevoer waaraan je jouw BODEGA43 gaat koppelen 220-240V AC /
50Hz is.
5. Verbind jouw BODEGA43 met het stroomnet door de stekker in het stopcontact te steken.
Zodra je de stekker in het stopcontact steekt begint je BODEGA43 te werken.
6. Geef je BODEGA43 de tijd om de gewenste temperatuur te bereiken. Onder normale
omstandigheden duurt 1 à 2 uur voordat jouw lege BODEGA43 de gewenste temperatuur
heeft bereikt.
7. Plaats daarna de wijnflessen in je nieuwe BODEGA43. Het kan enkele uren tot een dag of
twee duren voordat de flessen de gewenste temperatuur bereiken.

3. De temperatuurgrenzen van je BODEGA43
Onder normale omstandigheden, bij een omgevingstemperatuur onder de 25°C, heeft de BODEGA43-
12 een temperatuurbereik van 6°C - 18°C, waarbij je de onderste zone kunt instellen van 6°C - 18°C en
de bovenste zone van 12°C - 18°C. De BODEGA43-18 en de BODEGA43-24S hebben, bij een
omgevingstemperatuur onder de 25°C, een temperatuurbereik van 8°C - 18°C, waarbij de onderste
zone een bereik heeft van 8°C - 18°C en de bovenste zone een bereik van 12°C - 18°C.
Belangrijk is om je te realiseren dat verschillende factoren van invloed zijn op de temperaturen die in
de praktijk haalbaar zijn in de beide zones van jouw BODEGA43. Denk hierbij o.a. aan het model, de
omgevingstemperatuur, de lichtinval, de vulling van je BODEGA43, het wel of niet openen van de deur,
het temperatuurverschil tussen beide zones en de plaatsing ten opzichte van de wanden achter en
aan de zijkanten zodat er voldoende ventilatie is om warme lucht af te voeren.
De hoogste temperatuur die de warmste zone kan bereiken ligt 5°C onder de omgevingstemperatuur.
De B4312, B4318 en B4324S hebben geen verwarmingsfunctie.
De tijd die nodig is om de ingestelde temperatuur te bereiken is mede afhankelijk van bovengenoemde
factoren. De tijd kan variëren van enkele uren tot 2 dagen.

De knoppen op het paneel zijn soft touch en reageren als je met je vinger zachtjes op de gewenste
knop drukt.
Het display met blauwe LED’s geeft de werkelijke temperatuur in de zone van je BODEGA43 aan.

5. Het schoonmaken van jouw BODEGA43
Trek voor het reinigen de stekker uit het stopcontact.
Vermijd reinigingsmaterialen zoals harde schurende reinigingsmiddelen, zware schoonmaakmiddelen
en oplosmiddelen op elk oppervlak.
Stoffilters aan de achterzijde
Aan de achterzijde van jouw BODEGA43 bevinden
zich 2 stoffilters. Reinig deze 6 keer per jaar door ze
los te halen en af te spoelen onder de kraan. Droog
ze goed voordat je de stoffilters terug plaatst.
Wanneer jouw BODEGA43 in een stoffige ruimte staat
kan vaker reinigen nodig zijn
De magneetstrips in de deur
Was met warm water en een lichte zeep.
De binnenkant van de BODEGA43
Was de schappen en loszittende onderdelen af met
een doekje met warm water en lichte zeep. Droog
direct af na het reinigen.
Gebruik voor de rest van de binnenkant een soda
oplossing. Meng 3 eetlepels soda met ongeveer 1
liter warm water. Reinig hiermee de binnenzijde van
je BODEGA43 en droog wederom direct na het
reinigen.
De buitenkant van de BODEGA43
Veeg met een vochtige doek het vuil af. Droog direct
na het reinigen.
Voor moeilijk te verwijderen vuil of het periodiek
waxen kun je gebruik maken van siliconen wax.
Gereed maken voor verder gebruik
Plaats alle onderdelen na het reinigen terug op de
daarvoor bestemde plekken. Stel vervolgens weer de
temperatuur naar wens in zoals eerder beschreven in
deze handleiding.

6. Problemen met het gebruik van je BODEGA43?

Plaats jouw BODEGA43 in een omgeving met
ruimte voor luchtcirculatie en waar ook niks de
ventilator in de weg zit.
Sluit de deur en zorg ervoor dat de magneetstrip
de deur goed dichttrekt. Zorg er vervolgens voor
dat je de deur niet te frequent of voor lange tijd
opent.
Haal de stoffilters los en spoel ze af onder de
kraan. Droog de stoffilters goed voordat je ze
terug plaatst.
Er vormt zich ijs in
mijn BODEGA43
Is er in de omgeving van je
BODEGA43 sprake van
hoge luchtvochtigheid of
een koude temperatuur?
Ontkoppel je BODEGA43 van de stroomtoevoer
om te ontdooien. Nadat de ijsvorming weg is
kan je je BODEGA43 weer aan sluiten zoals
eerder beschreven in deze handleiding.

Dit teken onderstreept dat dit product niet mag worden weggegooid bij het
restafval uit een huishouden. Dit geldt voor heel de EU. Om mogelijke
schade aan het milieu of menselijke gezondheid door ongecontroleerde
afvalverwerking te voorkomen, dient dit product op een verantwoorde
manier gerecycled te worden om zo het gebruik van duurzame materialen
te promoten. Om je gebruikte apparaat in te leveren dien je gebruik te
maken van de retour- en inzamelsystemen of contact op te nemen met de
detailhandelaar van wie het product gekocht is. Zij kunnen dit product
innemen om een milieuvriendelijke recycling te verzorgen.
