Bogen's AMBSQ1and AMBSL1speakers feature an all-steel surface-mounted enclosure with an 8" cone loud-
speaker, built-in 1W amplifier, and volume control.The AMBSQ1is suitable for ceiling or wall mounting.The
AMBSL1is designed primarily for wall mounting and its face is angled downward by 12.5 degrees.A detach-
able volume control knob on the grille allows individual adjustment of paging level at each speaker location.

The speaker shall be a Bogen Model _____ (specify
AMBSQ1or AMBSL1) amplified loudspeaker, or
equivalent, utilizing an 8" cone and a built-in amplifier
with volume control.The frequency response shall be
110 Hz to 15 kHz.
For all models sensitivity shall be 125 mV and input
impedance shall be 2000 ohms.The loudspeaker shall
be powered by a suitable 24V DC power supply and
shall consume 1CU (50 mA) at typical operational
levels. Sound pressure level, measured 1meter on
axis with 1W output shall be at least 92 dB.
The speaker enclosure shall be full steel construction
and allow for surface mounting. The enclosure shall
be painted off-white and measure ___ (specify 11-
5/8" W X 11-5/8" H X 4-1/4" D for AMBSQ1or 11-
5/8" W X 11-5/8" H X 5-3/8" D [top] and 11 -5/8" W
X 11-5/8" H X 3-1/8" D [bottom] for AMBSL1).
