PLACING A CALL
SYSTEM SPEED DIAL
To access a speed dial number stored in the System Memory
External 1 Lift handset or press Sp-Phone
1 Lift the Handset or press Sp-Phone 2 Press the

followed by the phone number 3 Dial the phone number memory position, e.g. 025
The number stored at system position 025 will be dialed for you

b) Press Key Once for each letter available in Upper Case 7 Hang up the handset
Letter Available options cycle from Upper case to Lower case Divert – Busy No Answer
Example
Your phone will ring four times or if you are currently on a call
To type C in upper case press No 2 key (ABC) Three times 1 Lift handset
To type O in lower case press No 6 key (MNO) Six times 2 Press
