Note: This unit is equipped with fuse protection. If at some point your inflator fails to
operate, check the spade fuse built in to the 12 Volt DC power cord, (Image #1).
Remove fuse housing cover to expose the fuse,
(Image #2). Remove fuse from the
housing,
(Image #3) . Examine the fuse, if the metal link inside the fuse is separated
(or broken) the fuse needs to be replaced,
(Image #4) .
To replace, use only a Standard Size Automotive – ATO 15 Amp Spade Fuse,
press it firmly in place into the fuse housing. Put the housing cover back over the
fuse to protect it.

• Use 12 Volt DC only. Make sure that your vehicle 12 Volt power outlet is free of any ash
residue or debris. A dirty 12 Volt power outlet can cause the inflator and power cord to
overheat. Overheating can cause damage to your inflator/vehicle and could cause bodily
harm or injury. Disconnect power when not in use.
• Make sure the connection between the 12 Volt plug and the 12 Volt power outlet is
secure. A loose connection can cause the 12 Volt power outlet to arc and or spark
which can cause damage to your inflator and the 12 Volt power outlet. If this occurs, it
is also possible that the fuse in your inflator 12 Volt plug can be damaged or blown if the
connection is poor.
• This inflator is designed to inflate vehicle tires, bicycle tires, ATV tires, sports equipment,
air mattresses, beach toys and other inflatables. Do not use for any purpose other than
inflating.
• Allow inflator to cool down for 10 minutes after each 10 minutes of continuous operation.
• After using inflator be sure to turn off power.
• The inflator is not a toy. Keep away from children at all times.
• Do not carry inflator by the air hose or power cord as damage may occur.
• Do not leave the inflator unattended while in operation.
• Do not over-inflate the item you are inflating. Please follow the manufacturer’s
instructions for the item you are inflating.
• Keep the inflator away from flammable areas/liquids at all times.
• Do not operate the inflator in wet or damp areas.
• Operate the inflator only with the accessories and or attachments that are included.
• If available it is recommended that safety glasses be used when operating the inflator.
• When operating your inflator it is recommended that your vehicle engine be turned on
and running. This allows your vehicle battery to maintain a full charge and therefore your
inflator will operate at maximum power and efficiency. It is ok to operate your inflator
when your vehicle engine is turned off and not running, but if your vehicle battery is not
fully charged your inflator will operate slower and also could possibly drain your battery
of 12 Volt current.

NOT INSIDE A CONFINED CLOSED AREA SUCH AS A GARAGE. ALWAYS
ALLOW FOR PROPER VENTILATION IF YOU ARE RUNNING YOUR VEHICLE
ENGINE. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS, BODILY HARM OR

To inflate vehicle and bicycle tires:
1. Remove 12 Volt Inflator from carrying bag.
2. Connect the 12 Volt power cord into DC 12 Volt power outlet. (Please see Image #5 below).
3. Connect the Quick Connect Valve Adaptor to tire air valve by pushing the valve lever down
until it is securely attached to the tire air valve.
4. Move the On/Off switch to “I” position and the inflator will begin to operate. Monitor the
PSI on the gauge to fill your item to desired pressure. Once you have reached the desired
air pressure, move the On/Off switch back to the “O” position.
5. If you over-inflate – press the Air Release Valve (D) to slowly release some of the air from
the item until you reach the desired pressure.
6. Remove the air hose from the tire by lifting up on the valve lever. You will then easily lift the
valve lever upward and it will easily release from the valve you were inflating.
7. Remove the 12 Volt power cord from the DC 12 Volt power outlet.
8. Allow unit to cool.
9. Return 12 Volt Inflator to the carrying bag. Store inflator attachments in the carrying bag.
To inflate sports ball, air mattress, pool toys, etc.:
1. Remove 12 Volt Inflator from carrying bag.
2. Connect the 12 Volt power cord into DC 12 Volt power outlet. (Please see Image #5 below).
3. Select the appropriate inflation accessory and insert onto end of the Quick Connect Valve
Adaptor. (Please see Image #6 below).
4. Insert the inflation accessory into desired item you are inflating.
5. Move the On/Off switch to “I” position and the inflator will begin to operate. Inflate your
desired item to the correct pressure and move the On/Off switch back to the “O” position.
6. If you over-inflate – press the Air Release Valve (D) to slowly release some of the air from
the item until you reach the desired pressure.
7. Remove inflation accessory from Quick Connect Valve Adaptor.
8. Remove the 12 Volt power cord from the DC 12 Volt power outlet.
9. Allow unit to cool.
10. Return 12 Volt Inflator to the carrying bag. Store your attachments in the carrying bag.

Transporting and handling:
1. When transporting the inflator always hold it by the carrying handle. Do not pull, lift or
carry the inflator by power cord or air hose as damage may occur.
2. When using (or storing) the inflator be sure to protect the power cord from being cut or
damaged by sharp objects. Use carrying bag for best protection when not in use.
3. After each use, completely power down the inflator by moving the On/Off power switch
to the “O” position and then removing the 12 Volt plug from the power outlet.
4. Never remove the power plug by pulling on the power cord – pull by the plug only.
5. The weight of one inflator is: 3.6 lbs.
USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Before and after use:
1. When not in use always clean and store the inflator correctly to protect for future use.
2. Dirt or moisture could cause the inflator to malfunction.
3. Do not clean (or store) the inflator when it is attached to a power supply.
4. Allow the inflator to cool completely before cleaning or storing.
5. Wipe exterior surfaces clean using mild soap and warm water. Do not get moisture
(or water) into the interior of the inflator or in and around the On/Off power switch.
6. After cleaning, store the inflator in the carrying bag (with attachments).
7. Always store the inflator in a clean and dry environment.
8. Always inspect the inflator for damage before use. Do not use if damaged.

3. Reemplace el f usible de 15 A.

a continuación).

Nota: esta unidad está equipada con protección por fusible. Si en algún momento el inflador
no funciona, verifique el fusible tipo cuchilla integrado en el cable de alimentación de CC de 12
voltios (Imagen n.° 1). Levante la tapa del alojamiento del fusible para que este quede expuesto
(Imagen n.° 2). Retire el fusible del alojamiento (Imagen n.° 3) Examine el fusible. Si el filamento
metálico del interior está separado (o roto), es necesario sustituir el fusible (Imagen n.° 4).
Para reemplazarlo, utilice solo fusibles tipo cuchilla de 15 amperios de tamaño
estándar para automóviles, serie ATO, Colóquelo en su lugar presionándolo con
firmeza. Luego coloque la tapa sobre el fusible para protegerlo.

• Utilice solo CC de 12 voltios. Asegúrese de que el tomacorriente de 12 voltios de su vehículo
no tenga residuos de ceniza ni desechos. Un tomacorriente de 12 voltios sucio puede
hacer que el inflador y el cable de alimentación se sobrecalienten. El sobrecalentamiento
puede causar daños al inflador/vehículo y puede causarle lesiones o daños físicos a usted.
Desconecte el cable de alimentación cuando la unidad no esté en uso.
• Asegúrese de que la conexión entre el enchufe de 12 voltios y el tomacorriente de 12 voltios
sea segura. Una conexión floja puede hacer que el tomacorriente de 12 voltios genere un arco
o chispas, y dañe el inflador y el tomacorriente de 12 voltios. Si esto ocurre, también es posible
que el fusible del enchufe de 12 voltios del inflador se dañe o estalle si la conexión es mala.
• Este inflador está diseñado para inflar neumáticos de vehículos, neumáticos de bicicletas,
neumáticos de ATV, equipos deportivos, colchones inflables, juguetes de playa y otros artículos
inflables. No lo utilice con otro fin que no sea inflar un artículo.
• Deje que el inflador se enfríe durante 10 minutos después de 10 minutos de
funcionamiento continuo.
• Después de usar el inflador, asegúrese de apagarlo.
• El inflador no es un juguete. Manténgalo alejado de los niños en todo momento.
• No transporte el inflador tomándolo de la manguera de aire o el cable de alimentación, ya que

• Cuando utiliza el inflador, se recomienda encender el motor del vehículo y dejarlo en marcha.
Esto permite que la batería del vehículo se cargue por completo y, por lo tanto, el inflador
funcionará con la máxima potencia y eficiencia. Es posible utilizar el inflador cuando el motor
del vehículo está apagado, pero si la batería del vehículo no está completamente cargada, el
inflador funcionará más lentamente y podría drenar la corriente de 12 voltios de la batería.

Para inflar neumáticos de vehículos y bicicletas:
1. Retire el inflador de 12 voltios de la bolsa de transporte.
2. Conecte el cable de alimentación de 12 voltios a un tomacorriente de 12 voltios de CC.
(Consulte la imagen n.° 5 a continuación).
3. Conecte el adaptador de la válvula de conexión rápida a la válvula de aire del neumático empujando hacia abajo
la palanca de la válvula hasta que quede bien sujeta a la válvula de aire del neumático.
4. Coloque el interruptor de encendido/apagado en la posición “I” y el inflador comenzará a funcionar. Controle
el nivel de PSI en el indicador de presión para inflar el artículo con la presión deseada. Una vez que haya
alcanzado la presión de aire deseada, vuelva a colocar el interruptor de encendido/apagado en la posición “O”.
5. En caso de un exceso de inflado- presione la Válvula de liberación de aire (D) para liberar lentamente parte del
aire del
artículo , hasta alcanzar la presión deseada.
6. Retire la manguera de aire del neumático levantando la palanca de la válvula. Ahora podrá levantar fácilmente la
palanca de la válvula que se liberará sin dificultades de la válvula a la que estaba conectada.
7. Retire el cable de alimentación de 12 voltios del tomacorriente de 12 voltios de CC.
8. Deje que la unidad se enfríe.
9. Coloque nuevamente el inflador de 12 voltios en la bolsa de transporte. Guarde los accesorios del inflador en
la
bolsa de transporte.
Para inflar una pelota, un colchón inflable, juguetes para la piscina, etc.:
1. Retire el inflador de 12 voltios de la bolsa de transporte.
2. Conecte el cable de alimentación de 12 voltios a un tomacorriente de 12 voltios de CC.
(Consulte la Imagen n.° 5 a continuación).
3. Seleccione el accesorio adecuado de inflado e insértelo en el extremo del adaptador de válvula de conexión
rápida. (Consulte la Imagen n.° 6 a continuación).
4. Inserte el accesorio de inflado en el artículo que desee inflar.
5. Coloque el interruptor de encendido/apagado en la posición “I” y el inflador comenzará a funcionar. Infle el
artículo deseado con la presión de aire correcta y vuelva a colocar el interruptor de encendido/apagado en
la posición “O”.
6. En caso de un exceso de inflado- presione la Válvula de liberación de aire (D) para liberar lentamente parte del
aire del
artículo , hasta alcanzar la presión deseada.
7. Retire el accesorio de inflado del adaptador de válvula de conexión rápida.
8. Retire el cable de alimentación de 12 voltios del tomacorriente de 12 voltios de CC.
9. Deje que la unidad se enfríe.
10. Coloque nuevamente el inflador de 12 voltios en la bolsa de transporte. Guarde los accesorios en la bolsa
de transporte.

Transporte y manipulación:
1. Cuando cargue el inflador, sosténgalo siempre por el asa de transporte. No tire, levante
ni cargue el inflador usando el cable de alimentación o la manguera de aire, ya que
podría dañarse.
2. Cuando utilice (o guarde) el inflador, asegúrese de proteger el cable de alimentación
para que ningún elemento afilado pueda cortarlo o dañarlo. Cuando no utilice la unidad,
guárdela en la bolsa de transporte para una mayor protección.
3. Después de cada uso, apague por completo el inflador colocando el interruptor de
encendido/apagado en la posición “O” y luego retire del tomacorriente el enchufe de
12 voltios.
4. Nunca tire del cable de alimentación para desenchufar; tire únicamente del enchufe.
5. El peso de un inflador es: 3.6 lb. (1.63 kg)
INSTRUCCIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO DEL USUARIO
Antes y después del uso:
1. Cuando la unidad no esté en uso, siempre limpie y guarde el inflador correctamente para
protegerlo y poder utilizarlo en el futuro.
2. La presencia de suciedad o humedad puede hacer que el inflador funcione mal.
3. No limpie (ni guarde) el inflador cuando esté conectado a una fuente de alimentación.
4. Deje que el inflador se enfríe por completo antes de limpiarlo o guardarlo.
5. Limpie las superficies externas con agua tibia y jabón suave. No deje que ingrese
humedad (ni agua) en el interior del inflador ni sobre el interruptor de encendido/
apagado o alrededor de este.
6. Después de la limpieza, guarde el inflador en la bolsa de transporte (junto con
sus accesorios).
7. Siempre guarde el inflador en un lugar limpio y seco.
8. Siempre verifique que el inflador no esté dañado antes de usarlo. No lo utilice si
está dañado.
9. Este inflador no tiene piezas que el usuario pueda reparar. Si tiene preguntas o
