1. WHO SHOULD USE FEMOMETER 2. HOW TO USE FEMOMETER
This product should be used by women to
measure basal body temperature. Search “Femometer” on Apple Store or Google play to
download.

Step 1: Remove the cap from
Femometer.
Step 2: Turn on your phone’s
Bluetooth.
Step 3: Follow the prompts on
your phone.
Pair Femometer with your smartphone

Step 1: Set a reminder on your
phone to wake up and take your
temperature each morning.
Step 2: Upon waking, remove
Femometer from its case, place it
under your tongue and hold it there for
1-3 minutes, until you hear 3 beeps,
indicating temperature has been taken.
Step 3: Open the application, the
data will be transmitted
automatically.

Replace the Battery4
Step1: insert the stainless steel
tool into the crevice at the base
of femometer, gently pry open
the battery tray.
Step2: Step2: place the CR1632
battery into the battery tray.
Step3: close the tray from the
base of the Femometer.

Step 1: Once your temperature
has been taken, your phone’s
Bluetooth must be on, the data
can be transmitted from the
Femometer to your phone.
When you remove the
Femometer from the case, a
single beep indicates that it is
on.
When you close the case, a
single beep indicates that the
Femometer is off.
When taking your
temperature，3 consecutive
beeps indicate that the
measurement is complete.

A beep lasting longer than 2
seconds indicates an error.
Please close the case and
reopen the Femometer until
the measurement is complete.

Step 2: The data from the
Femometer will sync
automatically to the Femometer
app. If the data does not sync,
remove the cap from the
Femometer, and tap the scale
ring in the Femometer app to
transmit the data.

4. TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptoms Solutions
I never heard the end
tone while the
Femometer is under my
tongue.
The data did not sync to
the app after my
measurement.
There is no sound when
opening the Femometer.
Keep measuring for more than 10 seconds.
Replace the button battery.
Open the Bluetooth on the phone.
Put the phone close to the Femometer.
Replace the button battery and if the
Femometer still makes no sound, the
Femometer is broken.
Close the cover and reopen it to restart the Femometer.
Possible resons
Femometer is off.
Button battery has run out.
The Bluetooth is not open.
The phone is too far to sync.
Button battery has run out
or the Femometer is broken.
Measurement time is too short.

batteries according to local

75% rubbing alcohol and 25%
water before and after every
use.
Do not use cleaning agents
other than alcohol and water
to clean the device as it may
damage or decrease the
lifetime of the product and/or
present safety risks.
