•Intermediate 2/1 gastronorm reinforced adjustable stainless shelf.
•Oven cavity is insulated with a double skinned ceramic thermal blanket.
•Protuding moulded oven door with compensated spring closure.
•Multi tubular high output steel gas burner.
•Cooking vapours are evacuated indepentantly from the double walled chimney.

2. OPERATIONS
2.1.CONTROLS
ÀPILOT IGNITION
•Press control knob and turn it to V.
•
Ignite pilot with a tape or wand, keeping the control
knob pressed for 15 seconds.
•
Release the knob, the pilot should stay lit if not
repeat the operation keeping the control knob in for
longer.
ÁBURNER IGNITION
•
Turn the control knob to obtain the required setting.
•
The burner of the oven is piloted by a thermostatic
tap, with a high power in 8 setting and a low power in
1 setting (see the indicative table above).
HIGH TEMPERATURE LOW TEMPERATURE
ÂEXTINGUISHING BURNER (returning to pilot)
•Turn the control knob back to V.
ÃEXTINGUISHING PILOT (COMPLETELY OFF)
•Press and turn the control back to the lposition.

3. MAINTENANCE AND AFTER SALES
3.1.TECHNICAL ACCESS
ACCESS TO THE GAS CONTROL ACCESS TO THE BURNER
1- Remove thegas controlknob concerned located on thefacia
panel (Moderne range) or on thecover (Classic range) (see
procedure paragraph 5 in thegeneral instructions).
1- Take out the pilot lover (toaccess to the pilot) and the bottom
plate.
2- Remove thefacia panel (Moderne range) or thecover (Classic
range) which houses theburner controlknobs (see procedure
paragraph 5 in thegeneral instructions).
2- Take out the burner deflector after unscrewing 2 M5 screws
(move the casting to access to the maintening screws).
3- Access to the valve, bypass jet and thermocouple. 3- Access to the injectors (burner and pilot), pilot,
thermocouple, air adjustment.

RA: Air adjustment
The air adjustment must be set to the dmeasurement
specified in the previous panel.
•Unscrew the jamming ring (1).
•Srew or unscrew the venturi (2) to adjust it to the
measurement d.
•Tighten the jamming ring.
•
Seal again the adjustment ring with jamming
varnish.

Remarks:
If flame is weak and yellow : this indicates lack of primary air. In this case, move the venturi closer to the burner
(increase d).
If flame is flickering and spurts : this indicates too much primary air. In this case, move the venturi away from
the burner (decrease d).
