Produkt erworben. Ihr Produkt genügt hohen
Ansprüchen und ist einfach in der Bedienung.
Lesen Sie sich diese Bedienungsanleitung bitte
vor dem ersten Gebrauch sorgfältig durch.
Diese Anleitung gibt Ihnen nützliche Tipps vor,
während und nach dem Gebrauch der
BORA Umlufteinheit. Sie macht Sie mit Ihrem Produkt
vertraut und gibt nützliche Hinweise zur optimalen
Nutzung.
Bitte bewahren Sie diese Anleitung sorgfältig auf.
Wir wünschen Ihnen viel Freude bei der Nutzung Ihrer
Umlufteinheit.
Vor der ersten Benutzung
Bitte beachten Sie folgende Punkte, bevor Sie das
Produkt zum ersten Mal benutzen:
- Packen Sie das Produkt aus und entfernen
Sie alle Verpackungsmaterialien vom
Produkt. Überprüfen Sie das Produkt auf
Beschädigungen.
- Entsorgen Sie die Verpackung bitte
fachgerecht und achten Sie darauf, dass sich
kein Zubehör in der Verpackung befindet!
- Halten Sie die Verpackungsteile von Kindern
fern.
- Lesen Sie die Montage- und
Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch, bevor
Sie das Produkt zum ersten Mal benutzen.
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Produkt
ordnungsgemäß angeschlossen ist.
Verpackungs-Entsorgung
Entsorgen Sie die Transportverpackung möglichst
umweltgerecht. Das Rückführen der Verpackungs-
materialien in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoffe
und verringert das Müllaufkommen.
Entsorgung
Die komplette Umlufteinheit kann nach dem Gebrauch
im Hausmüll entsorgt werden.

Dieses Produkt ist ausschließlich für die Benutzung
von Privatpersonen im Haushalt konzipiert und
entwickelt, und darf nicht zweckentfremdet werden.
Außerdem darf die Einheit nur in Verwendung mit den
entsprechenden BORA Produkten verwendet werden.
Beschädigte Produkte dürfen nicht in Betrieb
genommen werden. Bei Beschädigungen kontaktieren
Sie bitte umgehend Ihren Fachhändler oder den
zuständigen Kundendienst.
Das Produkt darf nur von einem zugelassenen
Fachmann unter Beachtung der örtlich geltenden
Vorschriften angeschlossen werden, selbiges gilt für
die Abluftanschlüsse.
Beachten Sie hierzu das Kapitel Montageanleitung.
Das Absaugen von gefährlichen und/oder explosiven
Stoffen oder Dämpfen ist strengstens untersagt.
Bitte achten Sie darauf, die Wechselintervalle der
Umlufteinheit einzuhalten. Genauere Hinweise finden
Sie im Kapitel Wartung.
Bei Nichtbeachtung besteht infolge von
Fettablagerungen Brandgefahr!
Niemals Dampf- oder Hochdruckreiniger zur Reinigung
des Gerätes benutzen. Siehe hierzu Kapitel Wartung.
Für den fachgerechten Gebrauch sowie den
einwandfreien Zustand des Produktes ist der Benutzer
verantwortlich.
Das Produkt ist nicht dafür bestimmt, durch Personen
(einschließlich Kinder) mit eingeschränkten
physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten
oder mangels Erfahrung und/oder mangels Wissen
benutzt zu werden, es sei denn, sie werden durch eine
für Ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsichtigt
oder erhielten von ihr Anweisung, wie das Produkt zu
benutzen ist.
Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um
sicherzustellen, dass Sie nicht mit dem Produkt

Reparaturen am Produkt dürfen nur von einem

Die Umluftvariante bietet sich dann an, wenn die Abluftvariante aus baulichen Gründen nicht realisierbar ist oder
aus energetischen Gründen – z.B. bei einem Niedrigenergiehaus – nicht eingesetzt werden kann. Die
abgesaugten Kochdünste werden hier in eine Umlufteinheit transportiert, über die Aktivkohlematte gereinigt und
wieder ausgeblasen. Die Effektivität der Reinigung bei diesem System ist geringer als bei einer Abluftführung
nach draußen.
Um die BORA Umlufteinheit ideal einbauen und nutzen zu können, sollten bereits in der Planungsphase
grundlegende Dinge berücksichtigt werden.
Position der Umlufteinheit:
Die Umlufteinheit kann an unterschiedlichen Positionen in der Küche oder in Nebenräumen platziert werden. Die
Position der Umlufteinheit mit zugehörigem Lüfterbaustein sollte bereits in der Planung festgelegt werden.
Hier einige Einbaubeispiele:
Beispiel 1:
- Der Sockellüfter liegt im Sockelbereich
der Küche.
- Die Umlufteinheit ist direkt am
Ventilator angeschlossen und
befindet sich unterhalb eines
Küchenschrankes.
- Wartungsarbeiten werden über den
Sockelbereich durchgeführt.

Beispiel 2:
- Der Sockellüfter liegt im Sockelbereich
der Küche.
- Die Umlufteinheit ist an einem
Flachkanal angeschlossen und
befindet sich unterhalb eines
Küchenschrankes.
- Wartungsarbeiten werden über den
Sockelbereich durchgeführt.
Beispiel 3 :
- Der Sockellüfter liegt im Sockelbereich der
Küche.
- Die Umlufteinheit ist hinter einem
tiefengekürzten Küchenschrank angebracht.
- Wartungsarbeiten der Einheit werden über
eine reversible Schrankrückwand
durchgeführt.
Ausströmen der gereinigten Luft:
Wenn die Umlufteinheit im Küchenblock liegt und die gereinigte Luft über den Sockel zurückgeführt wird, sollte
eine Möglichkeit für das Ausströmen der Luft bereits in der Planungsphase berücksichtigt werden.
Das Ausströmen kann durch einen höhengekürzten Sockel oder durch einen Lamellensockel gewährleistet
werden. Die Ausströmöffnung sollte eine Gesamtfläche von mindestens 500 cm² aufweisen.
Hinweis:
Wird die Umlufteinheit nahe der Sockelblende installiert, so kann es in diesem Bereich des Sockels zu einer
erhöhten Ausblasgeschwindigkeit kommen. Dies kann aber durch zusätzlich angebrachte Bauteile zur
Luftführung umgangen werden.

Das Produkt darf nur von einem zugelassenen Fachmann unter Beachtung der örtlich geltenden Vorschriften
angeschlossen werden, gleiches gilt für die Abluftanschlüsse.
Der Installateur ist für die einwandfreie Funktion am Aufstellort verantwortlich!
Es sollte immer das zur Luftführung empfohlene und mit dem Kochfeldabzug kompatible‚
Compair Flow 150 −System von Naber eingesetzt werden.
Die Nennweite der Umluftrohre darf 150 mm nicht unterschreiten.
Folgende Punkte sind bei der Luftführung unbedingt zu beachten:
- Luftführungswege so kurz wie möglich halten
- Wenn möglich spitze Winkel vermeiden und die Rohre in Bögen verlegen
- Rohrdurchmesser nie kleiner als 150 mm wählen
- 50 cm vor dem Lüfterbaustein dürfen keine Bögen/Winkel verlegt werden
- Zwischen zwei Winkeln/Bögen immer ein gerades Stück von ca. 50 cm einsetzen
- Achten Sie bei der Installation darauf, dass die Umlufteinheit auch nach Fertigstellung der
Küchenmontage zugänglich bleibt. So müssen gegebenenfalls Sockelfüße der Küchenschränke versetzt
werden.
- Achten Sie darauf, dass über der Aktivkohle-Matte ausreichend Abstand zu angrenzende Bauteilen
eingehalten wird. Bei Nichtbeachtung, kann es zu einem Rückstau der ausströmenden Luft kommen.
Dies hat eine erhebliche Verringerung der Absaugleistung des gesamten Kochfeldabzugsystems zur
Folge.
- Die lichte Sockelhöhe von 100 mm darf nicht unterschritten werden.
- Bei bestimmungsgemäßem, privatem Gebrauch tritt aufgrund des geringen Nutzungsgrades keine
Kondensatbildung auf.
Montage der Umlufteinheit:
1. Beachten Sie beim Montieren der Küchenschränke dass die Umlufteinheit auch nach dem Einbau leicht
zugänglich sein muss. Gegebenenfalls müssen Sockelfüße entfernen bzw. versetzen werden.
2. Installieren Sie den Kochfeldabzug von BORA mit dem zugehörigen Lüfterbaustein.
3. Am Anschlussstutzen der Umlufteinheit ist ein Kompriband
vorinstalliert.

4. Schieben Sie den Anschlussstutzen mit Kompriband auf die Ausblaßöffnung des Sockellüfters oder auf
einen vorinstallierten Abluftkanal des Naber-Systems „Compair Flow 150 oval“.
5. Entfernen Sie nun die Schutzfolie des angebrachten
Klettverschlusses an der Unterseite der hinteren
Gehäuseschale. Fixieren Sie nun diesen auf einem
angrenzenden Bauteil (z.B. Fussboden,
Küchenschrank, …), so dass die Umlufteinheit in ihrer
Position gesichert ist.
6. Nehmen Sie nun den Kochfeldabzug in Betrieb und überprüfen Sie die Dichtheit des Anschlussstutzens.
Austausch der Umlufteinheit:
1. Es wird empfohlen, die Umlufteinheit in einem Intervall von ca. 12 Monaten zu wechseln. Die Standzeit
der Filterkomponenten hängt stark vom Nutzungsgrad der Einheit ab.
2. Öffnen Sie hierzu die Revisionsmöglichkeit (z.B. Sockelblende, Korpusrückwand), um einen Austausch
der Umlufteinheit durchführen zu können.
3. Falls das Gehäuse der Umlufteinheit an einem angrenzenden Bauteil fixiert sein sollte (z.B. mit
Klebeband), so ist diese vor dem Entfernen zu lösen. Ziehen Sie den Anschlussstutzen der Einheit vom
Kanalstück / Sockellüfter.
4. Bringen Sie die neue Umlufteinheit in gleicher Art und Weise (siehe Kapitel Montageanleitung) wieder
am Luftkanal an.
5. Die alte Umlufteinheit kann fachgerecht im Hausmüll entsorgt werden.

hints for optimum use.

Before initial use
Please observe the following points before using the
product for the first time:
- Unpack the product and remove all packaging
material from the product. Check the product
for damage.
- Dispose of the packaging properly and make
sure that no accessories remain in the
packaging!
- Keep the packaging parts away from children.
- Read through the mounting and operating
instructions carefully before using the product
for the first time.
- Make sure that the product is properly
connected.
Packaging Disposal
Dispose of the transport packaging using
environmentally friendly means as far as possible. The
recycling of the packaging materials in the material
circuit saves on raw materials and reduces the
accumulation of waste.
Disposal
The entire recirculation unit can be disposed of in the
domestic waste after use.

This product is designed and developed only for use in
private households and may not be used for another
purpose.
Moreover, the unit can only be used in conjunction with
the relevant BORA products.
Damaged products may not be operated. In case of
damage, contact your dealer or responsible customer
service immediately.
The product may only be connected by a certified
electrician under consideration of the local regulations;
the same applies to the exhaust air connections.

The extraction of hazardous and/or explosive materials
or fumes is strictly prohibited.
Please ensure that you observe the recirculation unit

Never use a steam or high-pressure cleaner to clean
the device. For more information, see the

The user is responsible for proper use and the perfect
state of the product.
The product is not intended to be used by people
(including children) with physical, sensor, or mental
limitations, lack of experience, and/or knowledge,
unless they are supervised by a person responsible for
their safety or obtain instructions on how to use the
product.
Children should be supervised to make sure they do
not play with the product.
Repairs on the product may only be performed by a
certified electrician or the responsible customer
service.
The manufacturer refuses all liability or warranty claims
for damage arising through the non-observance of
these instructions.

The air recirculation variant is a good idea when the exhaust air variant cannot be realised due to structural or
energetic reasons, such as a low energy house. It is here where the extracted cooking vapours are transported in
a recirculation unit, cleaned via the activated carbon mat and then released again. In this system, the
effectiveness of the cleaning is lower than that of exhaust air conductance to the outside.
To be able to install and use the BORA air recirculating unit ideally, some basic things must already be taken into
consideration in the planning phase.
Position of the air recirculation unit:
The air recirculation unit can be placed in various positions in the kitchen or adjoining rooms. The position of the
air recirculation unit and its respective fan component should already be determined during the planning phase.

Example 1:
- The base fan lies in the base area of
the kitchen.
- The recirculation unit is connected
directly to the fan and is located
underneath a kitchen cupboard.
- Maintenance work is performed over
the base area.

Example 2:
- The base fan lies in the base area of

- The recirculation unit is connected to
a flat duct and located underneath a
kitchen cupboard.
- Maintenance work is performed over
the base area.
Example 3:
- The base fan lies in the base area of the
kitchen.
- The recirculation unit is installed behind a
kitchen cupboard cut to length.
- Unit maintenance work is performed via a
reversible cupboard rear wall.
Outgoing air flow of the cleaned air:
If the air recirculation lies in the kitchen block and the cleaned air is returned through the base, a possibility should
be provided for the outgoing flow of air in the planning phase already.
The outgoing air flow can be guaranteed by a vertically shortened base or finned based. The outgoing air flow
opening should have a total area of at least 500 cm².
Note:
if the recirculation unit is installed in the vicinity of the base opening, there may be an increased exhaust speed in
this area. This can, however, be resolved by additionally attached components in the air circulation.

The product may only be connected by a certified electrician under consideration of the local regulations; the
same applies to the exhaust air connections.
The installer is responsible for perfect function at the installation site!
Only the Compair Flow 150 system of Naber recommended for air circulation and compatible with the cooktop
extractor fan may be used.
The nominal diameter of the recirculation ducts may not exceed 150 mm.
The following points absolutely must be observed in regard to air circulation:
- Keep the air circulation paths as short as possible.
- If possible, avoid sharp angles and lay the ducts in bends.
- Never select a duct diameter smaller than 150 mm.
- No bends/angles may be laid 50 cm in front of the fan component.
- Always lay a straight piece of about 50 cm between two angles/bends.
- During the installation, ensure that the recirculation unit is still accessible after completion of the kitchen
assembly. As such, it may be necessary to displace the base feet of the kitchen cupboards.
- Ensure that above the activated carbon mat that there is sufficient distance to adjacent components. If
this is not taken into account, this could lead to congestion in the exhaust air. This results in a
considerable reduction in the extraction performance of the entire cooktop extraction system.
- The clear base height must not be less than 100 mm.
- During intended, private use there is no condensation formation due to the low frequency of use.
Mounting the Recirculation Unit:
1. During installation of the kitchen cupboards ensure that the recirculation unit is also easily accessible
after installation. As such, it may be necessary to remove or displace the base feet.
2. Install the BORA cooktop extractor unit with the respective fan component.
3. A sealing tape is preinstalled on the recirculation unit
connection fitting.

4. Push the connection fitting with sealing tape onto the outflow opening of the base fan or onto a
preinstalled exhaust duct of the Naber System "Compair Flow 150 oval".
5. Now remove the protective film from the attached Velcro
fastening on the underside of the rear housing shell.
Attach this to an adjacent component (e.g. floor, kitchen
cupboard, etc.) to ensure that the recirculation unit is
secured in position.
6. Start the cooktop extractor unit and check the sealing on the connection fitting.
Replacement of the Recirculation Unit:
1. We recommend that you exchange the recirculation unit at an interval of about 12 months. The useful life
of the filter components is highly dependent on the frequency of use of the unit.
2. In this respect, open the access panel (e.g. base opening, the back wall of the cabinet frame) to replace
the recirculation unit.
3. In the event that the recirculation unit housing is attached to an adjacent component (e.g. with adhesive
tape) loosen it prior to removal. Now pull the unit connection fittings from the duct piece / base fan.
4. Proceed to reattach the new recirculation unit in the same way (see Chapter with the Mounting
Instructions) to the air duct.
5. The old recirculation unit can be properly disposed of in the domestic waste.

Avant la première utilisation

Elimination de l'emballage
Dans la mesure du possible, éliminez l'emballage de

recyclage des matériaux d'emballage dans le circuit

Après usage, l'ensemble de l'unité de recyclage d'air
peut être jeté avec les ordures ménagères.

pour un usage domestique et ne doit pas être détourné
de cet usage.
En outre, l'unité ne doit être utilisée qu'avec les
produits BORA appropriés.
Les produits endommagés ne doivent pas être mis en
service. En cas de dommages, contactez immédiatement
votre revendeur ou le service après-vente.
Le produit ne doit être raccordé que par un
professionnel agréé, dans le respect des prescriptions
locales en vigueur. Le même principe s'applique aux
branchements d'évacuation d'air.

Il est strictement interdit d'aspirer des matières ou
vapeurs dangereuses et/ou explosives.
Veillez à respecter la fréquence de remplacement de
l'unité de recyclage d'air. Des informations plus

en raison des dépôts de graisse !
N'utilisez jamais un nettoyeur vapeur ou un nettoyeur
haute pression pour nettoyer l'appareil. Se reporter

Cette variante de recyclage d'air s'impose lorsque la variante d'évacuation d'air n'est pas réalisable pour des
raisons de construction, ou ne peut pas être mise en œuvre pour des raisons énergétiques, par ex. dans le cas
d'une maison basse énergie. Ici, les émanations de cuisine aspirées sont transportées dans une unité de
recyclage d'air, nettoyées au moyen d'un matelas filtrant au charbon actif, puis de nouveau évacuées par
soufflage. L'efficacité du nettoyage est plus faible avec ce système qu'avec un guidage de l'air vicié vers
l'extérieur.
Pour pouvoir installer et utiliser l'unité de recyclage d'air de manière optimale, il faut tenir compte de certains
éléments fondamentaux dès la phase de planification.
Position de l'unité de recyclage d'air :
L'unité de recyclage d'air peut être placée dans différentes positions dans la cuisine ou dans des pièces
adjacentes. La position de l'unité de recyclage d'air et du module de ventilation correspondant doit être définie
dès la phase de planification.
Quelques exemples de montage :
Exemple 1 :
- Le ventilateur est intégré dans la
plinthe de la cuisine.
- L'unité de recyclage d'air est
raccordée directement au
ventilateur et se trouve au-dessous
d'un placard de cuisine.
- Les travaux de maintenance
s'effectuent au niveau de la plinthe.

Exemple 2 :

la cuisine.
- L'unité de recyclage d'air est installée
derrière un placard de cuisine découpé en
profondeur.
- Les travaux de maintenance de l'unité
s'effectuent par le biais d'une cloison arrière
réversible du placard.
Evacuation de l'air nettoyé :
Si l'unité de recyclage d'air se trouve dans le bloc-cuisine et si l'air nettoyé est réacheminé via la plinthe, il faut
prévoir une possibilité d'évacuation de l'air dès la phase de planification.
L'évacuation peut être garantie par une plinthe découpée en hauteur ou par une plinthe à lamelles. L'orifice
d'évacuation doit présenter une surface totale minimale de 500 cm².
Remarque :
Si l'unité de recyclage d'air est installée à proximité du cache intégré dans la plinthe, il peut se produire une
accélération de la vitesse d'évacuation par soufflage dans la zone de la plinthe. Mais ceci peut être traité avec
l'installation de composants supplémentaires pour le guidage de l'air.

Le produit ne doit être raccordé que par un professionnel agréé dans le respect des prescriptions locales en
vigueur. Le même principe s'applique aux branchements d'évacuation d'air.
L'installateur est responsable du fonctionnement adéquat sur le lieu d'installation !
Il convient de toujours employer le système « Compair Flow 150 » de Naber qui est recommandé pour le
guidage de l'air et compatible avec le dispositif aspirant.
Le diamètre nominal des conduites de recyclage d'air ne doit pas être inférieur à 150 mm.
Observez les points suivants concernant les canalisations d'air :
- Maintenir les conduites de guidage d'air aussi courtes que possible
- Si possible, éviter les angles aigus et la pose des conduites en coude
- Toujours choisir des tubes de diamètre supérieur à 150 mm
- Il convient de ne poser aucun coude, ni aucune pièce coudée 50 cm avant le module de ventilation.
- Installer toujours une section droite d'environ 50 cm entre deux coudes / pièces coudées
- Lors de l'installation, veiller à ce que l'unité de recyclage d'air reste accessible une fois la cuisine
montée. Ainsi, les pieds des éléments de cuisine doivent également pouvoir être déplacés le cas
échéant.
- Veillez à respecter une distance suffisante avec les éléments adjacents grâce au matelas filtrant au
charbon actif. En cas de non-respect de cette consigne, il peut se produire une retenue de l'air à
évacuer. Ceci a pour conséquence une diminution considérable de la puissance d'aspiration de
l'ensemble du système aspirant.
- La hauteur libre de la plinthe ne doit pas être inférieure à 100 mm.
- Dans le cadre d'un usage privé règlementaire, il ne se produit aucune formation de condensation en
raison du faible degré d'utilisation.
Montage de l'unité de recyclage d'air :
1. Lors du montage des éléments de cuisine, veillez à ce que l'unité de recyclage d'air soit aisément
accessible après l'installation. Le cas échéant, il faut retirer ou déplacer les pieds de la plinthe.
2. Installez le dispositif aspirant BORA avec le module de ventilation correspondant.
3. Un ruban d'étanchéité est pré-installé sur la tubulure de
raccordement de l'unité de recyclage d'air.

4. Faites coulisser la tubulure de raccordement avec le ruban d'étanchéité sur l'ouverture d'évacuation du
ventilateur intégré dans la plinthe ou sur une gaine d'évacuation d'air pré-installée du système Naber
« Compair Flow 150 oval ».
5. Retirez le film de protection de la fermeture à velcro
apposée sur la face inférieure de la coque arrière du
boîtier. Fixez ensuite celle-ci sur un élément adjacent
(par ex. plancher, élément de cuisine, …) de façon à
bloquer l'unité de recyclage d'air en position.
6. Mettez le dispositif aspirant en marche et vérifiez l'étanchéité de la tubulure de raccordement.
Remplacement de l'unité de recyclage d'air :
1. Il est recommandé de remplacer l'unité de recyclage d'air tous les 12 mois environ. La durée de vie des
éléments de filtration dépend fortement du degré d'utilisation de l'unité.
2. Pour cela, aménagez une possibilité de visite (par ex. cache dans la plinthe, cloison arrière du caisson)
afin de pouvoir procéder au remplacement de l'unité de recyclage d'air.
3. Si le boîtier de l'unité de recyclage d'air doit être fixé sur un élément adjacent (par ex. avec du ruban
adhésif), il faut défaire cette fixation avant le retrait. Sortez la tubulure de raccordement de l'unité de la
gaine / du ventilateur intégré dans la plinthe.
4. Raccordez la nouvelle unité de recyclage d'air de même type (voir chapitre Notice de montage) sur la
gaine d'air.
5. L'ancienne unité de recyclage d'air peut être jetée avec les ordures ménagères.

Vóór het eerste gebruik
Neem, vóór het eerste gebruik, de volgende punten in
acht:
- Pak het product uit en verwijder alle
verpakkingsmateriaal van het product.
Controleer het product op beschadigingen.
- Verwijder de verpakking conform de regels en
let erop dat er geen onderdelen meer in de
verpakking zitten!
- Houd verpakkingen buiten handbereik van
kinderen.
- Lees, vóór het eerste gebruik van het product,
de montage- en gebruikershandleiding
zorgvuldig door.
- Zorg ervoor dat het product reglementair is
aangesloten.
Verpakking verwijderen
Verwijder de transportverpakking zo milieuvriendelijk
mogelijk. Het recyclen van verpakkingen spaart
grondstoffen en zorgt voor minder afval.
Verwijdering
De gehele circulatieluchtunit kan na gebruik via het
huisvuil worden afgevoerd.
