1. Grasp chair and pull upward to detach
the gas lift from mechanism.
2. Remove gas lift from base by grasping
the gas lift and pulling out from base.

Detach the
headrest from
the aluminum
alloy handle by
unscrewing.

Remo Disassembly Instructions
5. Back frame and seat mechanism will
now detach.
3. Grasp and pull to remove casters from
base.
6. Remove Bolts A from mechanism and
back frame.
4. Remove Bolts B to detach seat and
mechanism.
