2. The weight of the cargo must not exceed the maximum weight limit of 165 lbs(75kg).
3. Check the cross bar mounting bolts frequently for security, re-tighten it if necessary.
4. Place a towel or mat before installation to prevent damage to the car roof.
5. For your safety, we recommend driving not exceed 120km/h (75mph).

KIT CONTENTS:
a) The round side of the bar faces to the front, and the pointy
side faces to the rear (with arrow label)
b) Be extremely careful not to damage the roof and other
finished surfaces of the body when installing the roof racks

Step 1:
Remove the roof molding on each side a) Remove stud bolt cover and then stud bolt

Pre-set bolt
Step 4:
Install the base with the bar( Pay attention to the
"R/L" direction under the base)
Note:
Please don't fully tighten the base (Adjustable)
Step 5:
a) With mounting brackets still loosened, make adjust-
ments to allow mounting brackets to fit the pre-set
screws in the vehicle roof
b) Tighten the bolt with the hex nut
Step 6:
a) Tighten the bolt on the base
b) Check all bases are tight for security
Step 7:
Put the cover back and lock it

Step 2:
Install the M8 coupler bolt to the pre-set screws
Step 3:
Use the key to unlock the base lock and remove the cover
b) Remove the roof molding from the roof molding
cover, and find the pre-set bolts
Only one bolt will be used for each mounting bracket
c) Trim the molding as shown below
Note:
Do not cut the molding more than 1'' from the
pre-set bolt. Failure doing it will result in gap once
the sealing covers are installed after cross bar
removal
