Inhalt Dieses Anleitung beschreibt die Montage des Zwischenblechs bei Gas-Brennwert-
kesseln der Serien SGB, SGB 2, SGB C und SGB D.
Bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung
Das Zwischenblech dient zur Abdichtung der Wärmetauschers gegen Abgasaustritt
bei Rissen im Bereich des Brennerflansches.
Hinweis: Nach Einbau des Zwischenblechs sind neue Feuerraumisolierungen einzu-
setzen.

Stromschlaggefahr! Lebensgefahr durch spannungsführende Bauteile!
Vor der Durchführung von Montagearbeiten ist der Kessel spannungslos zu schalten
und gegen Wiedereinschalten zu sichen!
Einbau und Einstellung 1. Kesselvorderwand entfernen

Feuerraumisolierung entfernen
4. Wärmetauscher ggf. im Rissbereich richten

Rechte Kante des Zwischenblechs ansetzen
Zwischenblech von rechts nach links über die Steh-
bolzen (Kreise) schieben und andrücken
7. Zwischenblech nach links schieben (1) und andrü-
cken (2), so dass es vollflächig am Wärmetauscher
anliegt

Hinweis: Zwischenblech im Rahmen der Wartung nicht entfernen.
8. Mit einem Bohrer Ø = 3 mm durch die Bohrungen
im Zwischenblech in die Wärmetauscheröffnung
bohren (Bereich wählen, in dem sich kein Riss befin-
det)

Zwischenblech mit den beiliegenden Schrauben in
den zuvor gebohrten Löchern an der Wärmetau-
scheröffnung befestigen

Contents This supplementary sheet describes the installation of intermediate panel for gas
condensing boilers of series SGB, SGB 2, SGB C and SGB D.
Intended use The intermediate panel is used for sealing the heat exchanger from exhaust gas es-
caping from cracks in the area of the burner flange.
Note: After installation of the intermediate panel new burner room insulation must
be installed.

Safety instruction
Danger of electric shock! Danger to life due to live components!Prior to commenc-
ing any installation work, isolate the boiler from the power supply and safeguard
against unintentional reconnection!
Installation and adjustment 1. Remove the boiler front panel

Remove the boiler front panel

of the boiler)
Remove the burner room insulation
4. Set up heat exchanger if necessary in the crack area
5.
6.
Place right edge of the intermediate panel
Slide the intermediate panel from right to left over
the studs (circle) and press down
7. Push the intermediate panel to the left (1) and press
down (2), so that it lies completely on the heat ex-
changer.

Note: Do not remove the intermediate panel during servicing.
8. With a drill Ø = 3 mm drill through the holes in the
intermediate panel into the heat exchanger open-
ing (choose an area in which there is no crack)

Fasten the intermediate panel with the enclosed
bolts in the previously drilled holes on the heat ex-
changer opening
Attach the new burner room insulation:

Install gas burner (see the Installation Manual of
the boiler)
Install front panel of the boiler

Sommaire Cette feuille annexe décrit le montage de la tôle intermédiaire sur les chaudières de
condensation au gaz des séries SGB, SGB 2, SGB C et SGB D.
Utilisation conforme aux fins
prévues
La tôle intermédiaire sert à assurer l'étanchéité de l'échangeur thermique contre un
échappement de gaz de fumée en cas de fissures dans la zone de la bride du brûleur.
Remarque: Des nouvelles isolations du foyer de combustion doivent être mises en
place après le montage de la tôle intermédiaire.

Consigne de sécurité
Risque de décharge électrique! Danger de mort en raison de composants conduc-
teurs de tension !Avant d'effectuer des travaux de montage, la chaudière doit être
mise hors tension et sécurisée contre une remise en service!
Montage et réglage 1. Retirer la paroi avant de la chaudière

Retirer l'isolation du foyer de combustion
4. Ajuster le cas échéant l'échangeur thermique dans
la zone fissurée

Mettre en place le bord droit de la tôle intermédiair-

Pousser la tôle intermédiaire de droite à gauche au-
dessus des boulons d'entretoisement (cercles) et
l'enfoncer
7. Pousser la tôle intermédiaire sur la gauche (1) et
l'enfoncer (2), de manière qu'elle vienne s'appuyer
sur toute sa surface contre l'échangeur thermique

Remarque: Ne pas retirer la tôle intermédiaire dans le cadre de l'entretien.
8. Avec un foret Ø = 3 mm , percer à travers les orifices
de la tôle intermédiaire dans l'ouverture de
l'échangeur thermique (choisir la zone ne présen-
tant pas de fissure)

Fixer la tôle intermédiaire avec les vis fournies dans
les trous auparavant percés sur l'ouverture de
l'échangeur thermique
Mettre en place la nouvelle isolation du foyer :

Contenuto Questa scheda tecnica descrive il montaggio della lamiera intermedia nelle caldaie
a condensazione a gas della serie SGB, SGB 2, SGB C e SGB D.
Utilizzo appropriato La lamiera intermedia serve per chiudere a tenuta lo scambiatore di calore evitando
che fuoriesca gas se si producono fessure nella zona della flangia del bruciatore.
Avvertenza: Dopo il montaggio della lamiera intermedia si devono utilizzare isola-
menti della camera di combustione nuovi.

Norme di sicurezza
Pericolo di scosse elettriche! Pericolo di morte in caso di contatto con i componenti
sotto tensione! Prima di eseguire i lavori di montaggio, togliere la tensione dalla
caldaia e assicurarla contro riaccensioni!
Montaggio e regolazione 1. Togliere il pannello anteriore della caldaia

Togliere l'isolamento della camera di combustione
4. Ev. raddrizzare lo scambiatore di calore nella zona
della fessura

Accostare il bordo destro della lamiera intermedia
Spingere e premere la lamiera intermedia da destra
a sinistra mediante i tiranti a vite (cerchi)
7. Spingere (1) e premere (2) la lamiera intermedia a
sinistra, in modo che essa aderisca su tutta la super-
ficie allo scambiatore di calore

Avvertenza: Durante la manutenzione non rimuovere la lamiera intermedia.
8. Con una punta con Ø = 3 mm forare attraverso i fori
nella lamiera intermedia nell'apertura dello scam-
biatore di calore (sciegliere un punto in cui non ci
sono fessure)

Fissare la lamiera intermedia con le viti accluse nei
fori precedentemente effettuati sull'apertura dello
scambiatore di calore
Montare il nuovo isolamento della camera di com-
bustione:

Contenido Esta hoja adjunta describe el montaje de la chapa intermedia en las calderas de con-
densación a gas de las series SGB, SGB 2, SGB C y SGB D.
Uso previsto La chapa intermedia sirve para estanqueizar el intercambiador térmico contra la sa-
lida de humos en caso de grietas en la zona de la brida del quemador.
Nota: Tras el montaje de la chapa intermedia, deben instalarse aislamientos de la
cámara de combustión nuevos.

Instrucciones de seguridad
¡Peligro de electrocución! Peligro de muerte por piezas sometidas a tensiónAntes de
realizar operaciones de montaje, debe desconectarse la alimentación de tensión de
la caldera y asegurarse contra la reconexión.
Montaje y configuración 1. Retirar la parte frontal de la caldera.
2. Desmontar el quemador de gas

Retirar la parte frontal de la caldera.
Desmontar el quemador de gas (véase el Manual de
instalación de la caldera)
Retirar el aislamiento de la cámara de combustión.
4. En caso necesario, enderezar el intercambiador
térmico en la zona de las grietas

Colocar el borde derecho de la chapa intermedia
Empujar la chapa intermedia de derecha a izquier-
da sobre los espárragos (círculos) y apretarla
7. Empujar la chapa intermedia hacia la izquierda (1)
y apretarla (2), de modo que se ajuste en toda la su-
perficie al intercambiador térmico

Nota: No retirar la chapa intermedia al realizar el mantenimiento.
8. Con una broca de Ø = 3 mm taladrar a través de los
orificios de la chapa intermedia en el orificio del
intercambiador térmico (elegir una zona sin grie-
tas)

Atornillar la chapa intermedia con los tornillos su-
ministrados en los taladros practicados en el orifi-
cio del intercambiador térmico
Instalar el nuevo aislamiento de la cámara de com-
bustión:

Montar del quemador de gas (véase el Manual de
instalación de la caldera).
Montar la parte frontal de la caldera.

Doelmatig gebruik De tussenplaat dient voor de afdichting van de warmtewisselaar tegen ontsnap-
pend uitlaatgas bij scheurvorming bij de branderflens.
Opmerking: Na inbouw van de tussenplaat moet de stookruimte opnieuw geïsol-
eerd worden.

Veiligheidsaanwijzing
Gevaar voor elektrische schokken! Levensgevaar door spanningsvoerende compo-
nenten! Voor het uitvoeren van montagewerkzaamheden moet de ketel spannings-
loos gemaakt worden en tegen weer inschakelen beveiligd worden!

senplaat in de warmtewisselaaropening boren (de
plaats kiezen waarin zich geen scheur bevindt)
