1 Sicherheit
1.1 Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Vorsicht!
Bei der Installation des Zubehörs besteht die
Gefahr erheblicher Sachschäden. Deshalb darf
das Zubehör nur durch Fachunternehmen
montiert und durch Sachkundige der
Erstellerfirmen erstmalig in Betrieb genommen
werden! Verwendetes Zubehör muss den
Technischen Regeln entsprechen und vom
Hersteller in Verbindung mit diesem Zubehör
zugelassen sein.
Vorsicht!
Es dürfen nur Original-Ersatzteile verwendet
werden.
Gefahr!
Lebensgefahr durch Umbauten am Kessel!
Eigenmächtige Umbauten und Veränderungen
am Kessel sind nicht gestattet, da sie Menschen
gefährden und zu Schäden an dem Kessel führen
können. Bei Nichtbeachtung erlischt die
Zulassung des Kessels!
1.2 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Sicherheitssets SIS 1 SGB und SIS 2 SGB dienen
zur Absicherung von Heizungsanlagen mit Heizkesseln
der Serien SGB 125 - 170 (SIS 1 SGB) und SGB 215 -
300 (SIS 2 SGB).
Wichtig:
Der Abblasedruck ist werkseitig auf 3 bar
voreingestellt und gegen Verstellen gesichert.
Das Sicherheitsset SIS 3 SGB dient zur Absicherung
von Heizungsanlagen mit Gas-Brennwertkesseln der
Serien SGB 400-610 gegen Überdruck bei einer
Kesselleistung über 300 kW entsprechend DIN 12828.

5 Installation
5.1 Mounting the SIS 1/2 SGB
Bei der Montage sind folgende Punkte zu beachten:
das Membran-Sicherheitsventil muss am höchsten Punkt des
Wärmeerzeugers oder in unmittelbarer Nähe des Wärmeerzeugers
angebracht werden.
zwischen Membran-Sicherheitsventil und Wärmeerzeuger darf eine
höchstens 1 m lange und gerade Verbindungsleitung in Größe des
Eintrittsquerschnitts eingebaut werden.
die Abblaseleitung muss mit Gefälle verlegt werden.
der Leitungsquerschnitt der Abblaseleitung muss gleich dem
Austrittsquerschnitt des Membran-Sicherheitsventils sein (siehe
Abschnitt Technische Daten ).
die Abbblaseleitung soll höchstens 2 Bögen aufweisen und eine Länge
von 2 m nicht überschreiten.
die Abblaseleitung muss so ausgeführt werden, daß keine
Drucksteigerung beim Ansprechen des Sicherheitsventils möglich ist.
die Abblaseleitung darf nicht ins Freie geführt werden, die Mündung
muss frei und beobachtbar sein.
eventuell austretendes Heizungswasser muss gefahrlos abgeführt
werden.
mündet die Abblaseleitung in einem Ablauftrichter, muss der Ablauf des
Trichters den doppelten Durchmesser des Ventileintritts aufweisen.

1 Safety
1.1 General safety instructions
Caution
There is a risk of significant material damage
when installing the accessories. Accessories
must therefore only be installed by trained
contractors and commissioned by a competent
person appointed by the system installer.
Accessories used must correspond to the
technical regulations and be approved by the
manufacturer in combination with these
accessories.
Caution
Only genuine spare parts may be used.
Danger
Risk of death due to modifications to the boiler!
Unauthorised conversions and modifications to
the boiler are not permitted, as these can put
people at risk and cause damage to the boiler.
Failure to comply with these instructions renders
the approval for the boiler void.
1.2 Recommendations
The safety sets SIS 1 SGB and SIS 2 SGB are used to
secure heating systems with boilers of the series
Eurocondense 125 kW - 170 kW (SIS 1 SGB)
Eurocondense 215 kW - 300 kW (SIS 2 SGB).
Important
The blow-off pressure is preset at the factory to 3
bar and secured against adjustment.
The safety set SIS 3 SGB is used to secure heating
systems with gas condensing boilers of the series
Eurocondense 400 kW - 610 kW against overpressure
with a boiler output over 300 kW corresponding to DIN
12828.

5 Installation
5.1 Mounting the SIS 1/2 SGB
The following points must be observed during assembly:
the membrane safety valve must be installed at the highest point of the
heat generator or in the immediate vicinity of the heat generator.
between the membrane safety valve and the heat generator, a straight,
maximum 1 m long connecting pipe the size of the inlet cross-section
may be installed.
the blow-off line must be laid with a downward slope.
the cross-section of the blow-off line must be the same as the cross-
section of the membrane safety valve (see section
Technical data ).
the blow-off line should have a maximum of 2 bends and should not
exceed a length of 2 m.
the blow-off line must be designed in such a way that the pressure does
not increase when the safety valve responds.
the blow-off line must not be routed to the outside, the opening must be
clear and observable.
any heating water that may possibly escape should be safely drained
off.
if the blow-off line leads into a outlet funnel, the drain of the funnel must
have twice the diameter of the valve inlet.

1 Безопасность
1.1 Общие правила техники безопасности
Внимание
При установке аксессуаров существует риск
значительного материального ущерба.
Поэтому установка аксессуаров должна
выполняться только квалифицированными
подрядчиками, а ввод в эксплуатацию –
компетентным лицом, назначенным
специалистом по установке системы.
Используемые аксессуары должны
соответствовать техническим требованиям и
иметь разрешение производителя на
применение с этим котлом.
Внимание
Должны использоваться только заводские
запасные части.
Опасность
Опасность смертельных травм при внесении
изменений в конструкцию котла!
Запрещается вносить несогласованные
изменения и модификации в конструкцию
котла, так как это чревато причинением травм
и повреждением котла. Несоблюдение этих
правил отменяет сертификацию котла.
1.2 Рекомендации
RU: Блоки безопасности SIS 1 SGB и SIS 2 SGB
используются для защиты систем отопления с
котлами серий Power HT 1.130 - 1.180 (SIS 1 SGB) и
Power HT 1.230 - 1.320 (SIS 2 SGB).
