Use the charger supplied by our company to charge
the product, and pay attention to electrical safety.
Cut off power supply immediately in case of
any abnormality during use. Do not attempt to
disassemble or repair the product.
Models with moxibustion function will have a
heated surface. Persons who insensitive to heat
must caution for potential injury when using the
appliance.
Use alcohol cotton to clean the external appearance;
avoid using water for cleaning.
Do not use any sharp objects to scratch or stab the

Children under six years of age are forbidden to
use the product; children between 6-12 years of

※About use frequency
Use as needed, 10-30min each time. A proper interval is
suggested before reuse.
Overuse may result in physical discomfort, or neck or skin

possible.

Charging method
1 Open the external silicone plug in the port.
2 Insert the Micro USB connector on the USB connecting
cable to the Micro USB port on the main unit.
3 Insert the power adapter to the power outlet.
The main unit produces the "beep" sound; then the
charging light on the control panel 󽗊ickers.
After charging, the charging light remains on.
※During charging, it is normal that the main unit and the
power adapter get heated slightly.
Charging time
1 It takes about 3.5 hours to fully charge the battery.
2 Upon full charging, the product can be used 10 times if it is
used for 10 min (MODE 1, MODE 2) or 30min (MODE 3) every
time.

Wearing method
1 Press the button in the middle of the pull strap buckles to
separate the buckles

2 Hold the two ends of the main unit by both hands; pass
from the top to the rear of your head to wear the product at
your neck
After wearing, the operation panel may be on your left or
right side
You can distinguish the button positions and types by touch.
Both the Power and Mode buttons use concave design; dot
bulge exists beside the Power button.

Correct usage
The product should not be used while charging. After
charging, unplug the power adapter before using the
product.
1 Long press the Power On/Off button to power on the
product.
The main unit produces a "beep" sound; then the light indicator
on the control panel comes on; MODE 1 is activated by default,
and the Hot Compress function is enabled
2 As per your own need, you can select your favorite massage
mode by pressing the Power On/O and Mode buttons.
Upon startup, short press the Power On/Off button to
separately disable or enable the Hot Compress function
Upon startup, short press the Mode button to select among
the following three modes
MODE 1 The total time is 10min;
massage is enabled; the massage rotation direction is
changed at a xed time.
MODE 2 The total time is 10min;
massage is enabled; the massage head is retrieved at a xed
EN time and is extended again for massage after a short interval.
The total time is 30min;
massage is disabled; the massage head is retrieved.
3 Wear the product at your neck. When using the product,
please relax your neck and shoulders, lean back in the chair
and totally relax your body. Or pull down the pull strap
buckles to control the pressure exerted by the massage head
on the neck.
4 A long "beep" sound will be heard after use for 15min or
30min; then the light indicator on the control panel goes out,
and power supply is cut o automatically.
5 How to manually cut o power supply:
Long press the Power On/O button for over 2s; when a long
"beep" sound is heard, power supply is cut o automatically.
6 After use
Press the button in the middle of the pull strap buckles to
separate the buckles; hold the two ends of the main unit by
both hands to remove the main unit.
※2. Please observe the neck and skin changes when the
product is used for the rst time or by those with sensitive skin

Operation steps for battery removal:
1 Cut o the external power supply, and remove the product
housing;
2 Disconnect the power supply to the battery;
3 Remove the battery;
4 Place the waste battery at a xed recycling station;
5 Please observe local environmental protection laws and
waste disposal guidelines and protect the environment.
Notes:
- Remove the battery out of the appliance before scrapping the
appliance;
- The appliance must be disconnected from power supply
before removing the battery;
- The battery should be disposed of safely.

Storage
When the storage period exceeds 3 months, unpack the
product, and check and recharge it before use. Do not place
the product tightly close to oor, wall and ceiling. The indoor
environment should be well-ventilated; keep away from strong

Transport
The product package is provided with simple shockproof
measures, therefore is suitable for transport by air, rail, road
and sea. Keep away from rain and snow, and avoid inversion
and collision.
Check of power supply
Check the power supply; do not power on the product if the
supply voltage is beyond the specied range.
Maintenance
Take measures to resist moisture, rats and pollution. Cleaning

After use, put the device in a safe place; do not place any
heavy objects on the device. In case of any failure, please
ask a professional technician to repair it. Do not attempt to

充电方法
1 打开插孔外硅胶塞。
2 将USB 连线上的 Micro USB 插头插入主机的 Micro USB 插口。
3 将电源适配器插入插座。
主机发出“嘀”的提示音，随后控制面板上的充电灯闪烁。
充电完成以后，充电灯长亮。
※ 充电当中主机和电源适配器稍稍发热属于正常现象。
充电时间
1 充满电需要大约 3.5 个小时。
2 在充满电时，每次使用 10 分钟（模式一、模式二）或 30 分钟（模
式 三 ）的 情 况 下 ，可 以 使 用 1 0 次 。

2 双手握在主机两端，从头顶绕到脑后，将本产品佩戴在颈部
佩戴后操作面板可能在左边或右边，
可以通过触摸分辨出按键位置及种类。
开机键和模式键均为凹陷设计，开机键旁有点状凸起。

正确的使用方法
本产品不能在充电的同时使用。请在充电结束之后，将电源适
配器拔下后使用。
1 长按开关键，就可以打开电源。
主机发出“嘀”的声音，随后控制面板上点亮，默认进入模式一

2 根据自己的需求，按开关键和模式键调整自己最喜欢的按摩
方式
开机后，短按开关键可以单独关闭或打开热敷功能
开机后，短按模式键可以从如下的三种模式中进行选择
模式 1
总定时 10 分钟，按摩开启，定时转换按摩旋转方向。
模式 2
总定时 10 分钟，按摩开启，定时回收按摩头短暂间歇再伸出
按摩。
模式 3
总 定 时 3 0 分 钟 ，按 摩 关 闭 ，按 摩 头 收 回 。
