Cuocipappa VIVALAPAPPA è un cuocipappa multifunzione che cuoce a vapore carne,
pesce, frutta, verdura, riso e tutti gli ingredienti ideali per la pappa del tuo bambino.
È ideale per lo svezzamento dei bambini perché, grazie alla cottura a vapore, permette di
conservare l’apporto proteico e vitaminico degli alimenti.
Per te e per il tuo bambino abbiamo preparato, con il contributo di pediatri specialisti nella
nutrizione, un ricettario ricco di proposte tra cui potrai scegliere di volta in volta.

AVVERTENZE
1. Leggete attentamente le istruzioni prima di usare Cuocipappa multifunzione
VIVALAPAPPA Brevi
2. Prima di inserire la spina della corrente verificate che la tensione sia di 230 volt
3. Verificate che l’impianto elettrico sia provvisto di collegamento a terra
4. Usate l’apparecchio solo per le funzioni per cui è stato progettato.
Ogni altro uso è da considerarsi improprio e quindi pericoloso.
Questo apparecchio è destinato ad un utilizzo esclusivamente domestico
5. Collegate l’apparecchio ad una presa di corrente facilmente accessibile
6. Posizionate l’apparecchio su superfici piane e stabili
7. Non appoggiare mai l’apparecchio sopra o vicino a superfici calde, cucine a gas o pia-
stre elettriche
8. Tenete lontano dalla portata dei bambini
9. Quando il bollitore è in funzione l’acqua all’interno è bollente e dall’apertura per il
vapore posta sul coperchio esce vapore che potrebbe essere causa di scottature.
La caldaia, il contenitore e tutte le parti a contatto con il vapore diventano molto calde:
portare sempre la massima attenzione e cautela. Si consiglia di posizionare
l’apparecchio lontano dai neonati
10. Non fate funzionare l’apparecchio senza acqua
11. Non immergete mai l’apparecchio in acqua o in altro liquido
12. Non utilizzate l’apparecchio nel caso si verificassero dei danneggiamenti
13. Non spostate l’apparecchio o aprite il coperchio durante il funzionamento
14. Non lasciate l’apparecchio esposto ad agenti atmosferici (acqua, sole, ecc.)
15. Non lasciate mai la spina inserita nella presa di corrente quando non si usa l’apparecchio
16. Non toccate mai l’apparecchio con mani bagnate o umide
17. Per eventuali riparazioni si consiglia di contattare un tecnico
18. In caso di guasto e/o cattivo funzionamento dell’apparecchio, spegnerlo e staccare la
spina della presa di corrente, non tentare di manometterlo ma rivolgersi al rivenditore
19. Staccate la spina di corrente dopo l’utilizzo, senza tirare il cavo di alimentazione o
l’apparecchio stesso
20. Non lasciare mai l’apparecchio incustodito mentre è in funzione
21. Non lasciare alla portata dei bambini l’apparecchio i suoi accessori e gli elementi del-
l’imballaggio (scatola, sacchetti in plastica, ecc.), in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo.

PULIZIA
- La pulizia di Cuocipappa VIVALAPAPPA va effettuata quando l’apparecchio è tornato a
temperatura ambiente
- L’apparecchio deve essere staccato dalla presa di corrente
- La caldaia del bollitore va pulita con un panno umido
ATTENZIONE: non immergete mai il cuocipappa multifunzione Brevi in acqua o altri
liquidi e non ponetelo sotto l’acqua corrente. Non mettetelo in lavastoviglie
- Per pulire il bollitore (si ricorda che è fondamentale che sia tornato a temperatura ambiente)
togliete il coperchio di protezione e, con un panno umido, pulite il riscaldatore.
Può essere usato dell’aceto (un paio di cucchiai) per togliere più facilmente deposito di
calcare e quindi risciacquate bene (ATTENZIONE: non inserire il prodotto sotto acqua
corrente)
- Rimettete il coperchio di protezione dopo la pulizia
N.B Non è necessario eseguire la pulizia del bollitore dopo ogni ciclo: la frequenza
dipende dal numero di utilizzi dell’apparecchio e dalla durezza dell’acqua.
- Si consiglia la pulizia del bollitore ogni 20 cicli
- Gli accessori in plastica (cestello per la cottura degli alimenti, cestello per la raccolta liquido,
coperchio, cucchiaino, vasetto per omogeneizzati, contenitore frullatore) possono essere
lavati a mano o in lavastoviglie. Possono essere utilizzati comuni detergenti per stoviglie (non
prodotti abrasivi)
- Per pulire il gruppo lame del frullatore e ridurre il rischio di ossidazione delle lame si consi-
glia di lavare e asciugare il gruppo lame subito dopo ogni utilizzo. Utilizzate acqua, sapone
o detersivi neutri. Non utilizzate detersivi aggressivi come candeggina o varechina o
detersivi che contengano cloro o suoi composti. Si sconsiglia di lavare in lavastoviglie.
Brevi raccomanda la massima precauzione nel pulire e nel maneggiare il gruppo lame
in quanto oggetto tagliente.
COME SI RISCALDA
Cuocipappa VIVALAPAPPA consente di riscaldare pappe preparate in precedenza.
- L’apparecchio deve essere staccato dalla rete elettrica
- Rimuovete il coperchio del bollitore
- Togliete il contenitore porta alimenti e il contenitore raccolta liquido dal bollitore
- Versate nel bollitore circa 60 ml d’acqua (indicati sul contenitore del frullatore) per un vaset-
to omogeneizzato a temperatura ambiente (20°C) e 125 ml d’acqua (indicati sul conteni-
tore del frullatore) per un vasetto omogeneizzato a temperatura frigorifero (5°C)
- Inserite nel bollitore, appoggiandolo sul fondo, l’accessorio porta vasetti e in questo il vasetto
di omogeneizzato (senza il coperchio)
- Mettete il coperchio sul bollitore posizionando l’apertura per il vapore nella parte
posteriore
- Inserite la presa di corrente (si accende la spia verde)
- Premete il pulsante rosso (si accende la spia rossa)
N.B. al primo utilizzo, l’apparecchio potrebbe iniziare la cottura all’inserimento della
spina di corrente
- Quando la spia rossa si spegne, il riscaldamento è terminato
- Attendete 2-3 minuti prima di aprire il coperchio
- Aprite il coperchio e togliete il vasetto utilizzando l’apposito accessorio in cui è inserito

IMPORTANTE: è buona norma che ogni prodotto destinato a venire in contatto con
sostanze alimentari venga accuratamente pulito prima dell’uso.
COME SI CUOCE E SI OMOGENEIZZA
- L’apparecchio deve essere staccato dalla rete elettrica
- Rimuovete il coperchio del bollitore (fig. 1)
- Togliete il cestello porta alimenti e il cestello raccolta liquido (fig. 2-3)
- Inserite nel bollitore la quantità di acqua indicata nel ricettario (potete utilizzare il conte-
nitore del frullatore come dosatore) (fig. 4)
- Mettete nel cestello porta alimenti la quantità di cibo indicata nel ricettario (fig. 5)
- Nel caso di ricette personalizzate, utilizzate il contenitore del frullatore e inserite cibo sino
a circa 1,5 cm dal bordo (come indicato), e quindi versate il cibo nel cestello porta ali-
menti (si veda indicatore)
- Inserite nel bollitore il cestello raccolta liquido (fig. 6)
- Inserite il cestello porta alimenti nel cestello raccolta liquido (fig. 7)
- Mettete il coperchio sul bollitore posizionando le aperture di uscita vapore nella parte
posteriore (fig. 8-9)
- Inserite la spina di corrente (si accende la spia verde) (fig. 10), premete il pulsante rosso (si
accende la spia rossa) (fig. 11) e a questo punto parte la cottura a vapore (fig. 12).
N.B. al primo utilizzo, l’apparecchio potrebbe iniziare la cottura all’inserimento della
spina di corrente
- Quando la spia rossa si spegne, la cottura a vapore è terminata (fig. 13)
- Attendete 2-3 minuti prima di aprire il coperchio (fig. 14)
ATTENZIONE: a fine cottura l’apparecchio è molto caldo, prestate la massima attenzione
- Aprite il coperchio (fig. 14)
- Togliete il cestello porta alimenti facendo attenzione perchè caldo (fig. 15)
- Togliete, svitandolo, il gruppo frullatore e appoggiate il contenitore su un piano rigido
con l’impugnatura rivolta verso il piano (fig. 16-17-18)
- Versate gli alimenti nel contenitore del frullatore e aggiungete i 3/4 del liquido di cottu-
ra contenuto nel cestello raccolta liquido (si consiglia di non aggiungere tutto il liquido
di cottura e di fare eventuali aggiunte successivamente per ottenere la densità desidera-
ta dell’omogeneizzato) (fig. 19-20)
- Chiudete il gruppo frullatore avvitando il gruppo porta lama al suo contenitore (fig. 21-22)
- Inserite il contenitore assemblato, con il gruppo porta lama rivolto verso il basso, sopra
al gruppo motore frullatore (fig. 23)
- Premete per circa 10” sopra il contenitore del frullatore (fig. 24)
- Fate una pausa di 5”
- Ripetete le operazioni sopra descritte sino ad ottenere la consistenza del cibo desiderata
- Staccate la spina di alimentazione (fig. 25)
- Togliete il contenitore con il cibo e tenetelo con l’impugnatura verso il basso (fig. 26)
- Svitate il gruppo porta lama (fig. 27)
- Togliete il cibo aiutandovi con il cucchiaino incluso nella confezione (fig. 28)

Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sull’apparecchiatura indica che il pro-
dotto deve essere raccolto separatamente dagli altri rifiuti alla fine della propria
vita utile.
Cuocipappa VIVALAPAPPA, una volta dimesso, dovrà essere portata agli idonei
centri di raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti elettronici ed elettrotecnici, oppure
essere riconsegnato al rivenditore al momento dell’acquisto di una nuova appa-
recchiatura di tipo equivalente, in ragione di uno a uno.
Un’adeguata raccolta differenziata per l’avvio successivo dell’apparecchiatura

COME SI SCONGELA
Cuocipappa VIVALAPAPPA consente di scongelare pappe preparate in precedenza.
- L’apparecchio deve essere staccato dalla rete elettrica
- Rimuovete il coperchio del bollitore
- Togliete il cestello porta alimenti e il cestello raccolta liquido
- Inserite nel bollitore da 60 ml a 125 ml d’acqua in funzione della quantità di cibo surgelato
da scongelare
- Inserite nel bollitore il cestello raccolta liquido
- Mettete nel cestello porta alimenti il cibo ancora surgelato
- Inserite la spina di corrente (si accende la spia verde), premere il pulsante rosso (si accende
la spia rossa) e a questo punto inizia lo scongelamento.
N.B. al primo utilizzo, l’apparecchio potrebbe iniziare la cottura all’inserimento della
spina di corrente
- Quando la spia rossa si spegne, lo scongelamento è terminato
- Attendete 2-3 minuti prima di aprire il coperchio
- Aprite il coperchio
- Togliete il cestello porta alimenti facendo attenzione che è caldo
- Verificate che il cibo sia perfettamente scongelato: in caso contrario ripetete il ciclo
ATTENZIONE: per motivi igienici non riscaldate mai i cibi più di una volta o per un
periodo di tempo superiore ad un’ora

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
IMPORTANT: It is a good rule to thoroughly clean all parts that come into contact with
food before use.
COOKING AND BLENDING
- Make sure the power cord is not plugged in.
- Take off the boiler cover (fig.1)
- Remove the food bowl and the liquid collector (fig.2-3)
- Pour 60ml or 125 ml of water into the boiler (use the blender container as a measuring
device) (fig. 4)
- Put the ingredients chosen from the recipe book into the food bowl (fig.5)
- If you are following your own recipe, use the blender container first: add the ingre-
dients until reaching about 1,5 cm from the top (as shown), and then pour the
ingredients from the container into the food bowl (watch the mark).
- Put the liquid collector in the boiler (fig.6).
- Put the food bowl in the liquid collector (fig.7).
- Put the cover on the boiler so that the steam vents are at the back (fig.8-9).
- Plug in the power cord (the green light turns on) (fig.10) and press the red button (the red
light turns on) (fig.11) to start steam cooking (fig.12).
NOTE: The first time you use the food processor, the boiler might start when you plug
in the power cord.
- When the red light turns off, steam cooking is finished (fig.13)
- Wait for 2-3 minutes before opening the cover (fig.14)
WARNING: After cooking, the processor is very hot - handle with caution.
- Open the cover (fig.14).
- Remove the food bowl, handling it with caution because it will be hot (fig.15).
- Unscrew and remove the blender unit and put the container on a rigid surface, with the
handle downwards (fig.16-17-18).
- Pour the steamed ingredients into the blender container, adding 3/4 of the cooking liquid
found in the liquid collector (do not use all the cooking liquid at once, but add the rest
later, as necessary, to give the blend the desired thickness) (fig.19-20).
- Close the blender unit, screwing the blade assembly onto the container (fig.21-22).
- Place the assembled container, with the blade assembly downwards, on top of the blender
motor unit (fig.23).
- Press down on the blender container for about 10 seconds (fig.24).
- Pause for 5 seconds.
- Repeat until the blend is of the desired thickness.
- Unplug the power cord (fig.25).
- Remove the container with the blended food, holding it with the handle downwards
(fig.26).
- Unscrew the blade assembly (fig.27).
- Scoop out the teaspoon using the spatula provided (fig.28).
NOTE: Before feeding your child, make sure the food is not too hot.

PRECAUTIONS
1. Read the instructions carefully before using the Brevi VIVALAPAPPA multifunction food
processor.
2. Make sure the mains voltage is 230 V before plugging in the power cord.
3. Make sure the electric system is properly grounded.
4. Use the food processor only for the intended uses. Any other use should be considered
improper and potentially dangerous. This appliance is intended for home use only.
5. Connect the processor to an easily accessible power socket.
6. Place the processor on a flat, stable surface.
7. Do not, under any circumstances, put the processor on or near hot surfaces, gas rings
or hot plates.
8. Keep out of the reach of children.
9. When the boiler is on, the water inside is at boiling temperature and the opening on
the cover releases steam, which can cause scalding.
The boiler, the container and all parts in contact with the steam become very hot:
handle with care and use every precaution to prevent accidents.
It is recommended not to have babies close to the appliance when it is being used.
10. Do not turn on the food processor if there is no water in the boiler.
11. Do not, under any circumstances, dip the food processor in water or any other liquid.
12. Do not use the processor if it becomes damaged.
13. Do not move the processor or open the cover during use.
14. Do not leave the processor exposed to the elements (rain, sunlight, etc.).
15. Unplug the power cord when the processor is not in use.
16. Do not touch the processor with wet or damp hands.
17. If any repairs are needed, contact a qualified technician.
18. In case of faults and/or malfunctions, switch off the food processor, unplug the power
cord and contact your dealer; do not try to repair the appliance yourself.

DEFROSTING
Make sure the power cord is not plugged in.
- Take off the boiler cover.
- Take out the food bowl and the liquid collector.
- Pour from 60 to 125 ml of water into the boiler, depending on the amount of frozen food to
defrost.
- Put the liquid collector in the boiler.
- Put the frozen food inside the food bowl.
- Plug in the power cord (the green light turns on) and press the red button (the red light turns
on) to start defrosting.
NOTE: The first time you use the food processor, the boiler might start when you plug
in the power cord.
- When the red light turns off, defrosting is finished.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes before opening the cover.
- Open the cover.
- Take the food bowl handling it with caution because it will be hot.
- Make sure the food is completely defrosted; if not, repeat the steps above.
WARNING: For health reasons, do not heat food more than once or for more than an
hour.

CLEANING
- Wait for the VIVALAPAPPA food processor to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Make sure the power cord is not plugged in.
- Clean the boiler using a damp cloth.
WARNING: Do not, under any circumstances, dip the Brevi multifunction food proces-
sor in water or any other liquid, and do not wash under running water. Do not wash
in a dishwasher.
To clean the boiler, wait until it cools down, remove the protective cover and clean the hea-
ting element with a damp cloth. If scaling is present, add two tablespoons of vinegar to help
remove the scale and then wash thoroughly. (WARNING: Do not put the processor under
running water).
- Put back the protective cover after cleaning.
NOTE: It is not necessary to clean the boiler after every heating cycle - cleaning
frequency depends on how frequently the processor is used and on the hardness of
the water.
- We suggest you clean the boiler after 20 heating cycles.
- The plastic attachments (cooking bowl, liquid collector, cover, spatula, jar for blended food,
blender container) can be washed by hand or in a dishwasher. Use common dish soap (avoid
abrasive products).
- to reduce the chances of rusting on the blender blade assembly, wash the blade assembly
immediately after use and dry carefully. Wash with water, soap or neutral detergents.
Do not use aggressive agents, such as bleach or detergents that contain chlorine or chlorine
compounds. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
Brevi recommends to exercise the greatest care when cleaning or handling the blade
assembly since it's strongly cutting.
HEATING FOOD
You can use the VIVALAPAPPA processor to heat food that has been previously processed.
- Make sure the power cord is not plugged in.
- Take off the boiler cover.
- Take the cooking bowl and the liquid collector out of the boiler.
- Pour about 60 ml of water into the boiler (marked on the blender container) for a jar of
blended food at room temperature (20°C), or 125 ml of water (marked on the blender
container) for a jar of blended food at refrigerator temperature (5°C).
- Put the jar container in the boiler, at the bottom, and put the jar of blended food (without its
lid) inside the container.
- Put the cover on the boiler so that the steam vents are at the back.
- Plug in the power cord (the green light turns on).
- Press the red button (the red light turns on).
NOTE: The first time you use the food processor, the boiler might start when you plug
in the power cord.
- When the red light turns off, heating is finished.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes before opening the cover.
- Open the cover and take out the jar container with the jar.
NOTE: Before feeding your child, make sure the food is not too hot.

HINWEISE
1. Vor dem Gebrauch des Mehrfunktions-Breikochers VIVALAPAPPA Brevi aufmerksam die

- Den Behälter mit dem Brei entfernen und mit dem Griff nach unten gerichtet halten
(Abb. 26).
- Die Messerhaltereinheit lösen (Abb. 27).
- Den Brei mit dem in der Packung enthaltenen Löffel aus dem Behälter entfernen (Abb. 28).
Notiz:. Bevor man dem Kind den Brei gibt, sollte seine Temperatur überprüft werden.
REINIGUNG
- Der Mehrfunktions-Breikocher VIVALAPAPPA ist erst dann zu reinigen, nachdem er erneut
Raumtemperatur erreicht hat.
- Der Stecker des Geräts darf nicht in der Steckdose sein.
- Das Heizelement des Kessels ist mit einem feuchten Tuch zu reinigen.
ACHTUNG: den Mehrfunktions-Breikocher BREVI nie in Wasser oder andere
Flüssigkeiten tauchen und nicht unter fließendes Wasser stellen. Nicht im
Geschirrspüler reinigen.
- Zur Reinigung des Kessels (er muss unbedingt abgekühlt sein) den Schutzdeckel entfernen
und das Heizelement mit einem feuchten Tuch reinigen. Um eventuelle Kesselstein-
ablagerungen einfacher zu entfernen, kann auch Essig (ca. zwei Löffel) benutzt werden;
anschließend mit reichlich Wasser spülen (ACHTUNG: das Gerät nicht unter fließendes
Wasser stellen).
- Nach der Reinigung erneut den Schutzdeckel anbringen.
Notiz:. Der Kessel braucht nicht nach jedem Zyklus gereinigt werden: die Häufigkeit
hängt von der Anzahl der Anwendungen des Geräts und von der Wasserhärte ab.
- Es wird geraten, den Kessel alle 20 Zyklen zu reinigen.
- Die Zubehörteile aus Kunststoff (Behälter zum Garen der Nahrungsmittel, Behälter zum
Sammeln der Flüssigkeit, Deckel, Spachtel, Glas für Babynahrung, Mixerbehälter) können
mit der Hand oder im Geschirrspüler gewaschen werden. Es kann dazu ein gewöhnliches
Geschirrspülmittel (keine Scheuermittel) verwandt werden.
- Zur Reinigung der Messergruppe des Mixers und zur Herabsetzung der Oxidationsgefahr
für die Schneiden, sollten sie nach jedem Gebrauch gewaschen und abgetrocknet werden.
Wasser, Seife oder neutrale Spülmittel benutzen. Keine beizenden Reinigungsmittel wie
Chlorbleichmittel oder Chlor/Chlorverbindungen enthaltende Spülmittel verwenden.
Es wird die Reinigung im Geschirrspüler empfohlen.
Brevi empfiehlt höchste Vorsicht bei der Reinigung und Handhabung der Messer, da
Schneidgefahr besteht.

21. Das Gerät, seine Zubehörteile und die Verpackung (Schachtel, Plastikhüllen usw.) nie in
der Nähe von Kindern lassen; sie sind eine potentielle Gefahrenquelle.
GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG
WICHTIG: Jedes mit Lebensmitteln in Berührung kommende Produkt, sollte vor dem
Gebrauch sorgfältig gereinigt werden.
GAREN UND HOMOGENISIEREN
- Das Gerät darf nicht an das Stromnetz angeschlossen sein.
- Den Deckel vom Kessel nehmen.
- Den Nahrungsmittelbehälter und den zum Aufsammeln der Flüssigkeit entfernen.
- 60 ml-125ml Wasser in den Kessel füllen (der Behälter des Mixers kann als Messbecher
benutzt werden).
- Die im Rezeptbuch angegebene Menge an Zutaten in den Behälter füllen.
- Bei persönlich gestalteten Rezepten, den Behälter des Mixers benutzen und die
Nahrung bis auf ca. 1,5 cm vom Rand (wie angegeben) füllen; danach die Nahrung in
den Behälter geben (siehe Anzeiger).
- Den Behälter zum Sammeln der Flüssigkeit in den Kessel einfügen.
- Den Behälter mit den Nahrungsmitteln in den zum Sammeln der Flüssigkeit einfügen.
- Den Deckel auf dem Kessel anbringen und dabei die Dampfauslassöffnungen nach hin-
ten richten.
- Den Stecker in die Steckdose einführen (es leuchtet die grüne Kontrollleuchte auf), den

- Die Nahrungsmittel in den Behälter des Mixers gießen und 3/4 der im Sammelbehälter
enthaltenen Kochflüssigkeit hinzufügen (es wird empfohlen, nicht die gesamte
Kochflüssigkeit hinzuzufügen und zur Erlangung der gewünschten Konsistenz der
Babynahrung, eventuelle spätere Zugaben zu machen) (Abb. 19-20).
- Die Messerhaltereinheit an seinem Behälter anschrauben und die Mixereinheit schließen
(Abb. 21-22).
- Den montierten Behälter, mit der Messerhaltereinheit nach unten gerichtet, auf der
Motorengruppe des Mixers anbringen (Abb. 23).

BREIERWÄRMUNG
Mit dem Mehrfunktions-Breikocher VIVALAPAPPA können vorher zubereitete Breie erwärmt
werden.
- Das Gerät darf nicht am Stromnetz angeschlossen sein.
- Den Deckel vom Kessel nehmen.
- Den Nahrungsmittel- und den Flüssigkeitssammelbehälter entfernen.
- Für ein Glas Babynahrung mit einer Raumtemperatur von 20°C etwa 60 ml (auf dem
Behälter des Mixers angezeigt) und für ein Glas Babynahrung mit Kühlschranktemperatur
von 5°C 125 ml Wasser in den Kessel füllen.
- Auf dem Boden des Kessels den Glashalter und in ihm das Glas mit der Babynahrung
(ohne Deckel) anbringen.
- Den Deckel, mit den Dampfauslassöffnungen nach hinten gerichtet, auf dem Kessel anbringen.
- Den Stecker einführen (es leuchtet die grüne Kontrolllampe auf).
- Den roten Knopf drücken (es leuchtet die rote Kontrolllampe auf).

AUFTAUEN

- Die noch gefrorenen Zutaten in den Nahrungsmittelbehälter geben.
- Den Stecker in die Steckdose einführen (es leuchtet die grüne Kontrolllampe auf), den
roten Knopf drücken (es leuchtet die rote Kontrollleuchte auf) und an dieser Stelle
beginnt der Auftauvorgang.

MODE D’EMPLOI
IMPORTANT : tous les produits destinés à entrer au contact de denrées alimentaires
doivent être soigneusement nettoyés avant l’emploi.
COMMENT CUIRE ET PRÉPARER DES POTS HOMOGÉNÉISÉS
- L’appareil doit être débranché du secteur électrique.
- Ôter le couvercle du cuiseur (fig.1).
- Retirer le panier de cuisson et celui de récupération du liquide (fig.2-3).
- Remplir le cuiseur avec 60ml ou 125 ml d’eau (possibilité d’utiliser le bol du mixeur
comme doseur) (fig.4).
- Introduire dans le panier de cuisson la quantité d’aliments indiquée sur le livre de recettes
(fig.5).
- En cas de recettes personnalisées, utiliser le bol du mixeur en y plaçant les aliments
jusqu’à environ 1,5 cm du bord (comme indiqué), puis verser les aliments dans le panier
de cuisson (voir l’indicateur).
- Insérer le panier de récupération du liquide dans le cuiseur (fig.6).
- Insérer le panier de cuisson dans le panier de récupération du liquide (fig.7).
- Mettre le couvercle sur le cuiseur en plaçant les fentes de sortie de vapeur dans la partie
arrière (fig.8-9).
- Brancher l’appareil (le voyant vert s’allume) (fig.11), appuyer sur le bouton rouge (le
voyant rouge s’allume) (fig.12) et à ce point, la cuisson à vapeur démarre.
Lors du premier emploi, l’appareil pourrait commencer la cuisson dès le branchement
de l’appareil sur la prise de courant
- Lorsque le voyant rouge s’éteint, la cuisson à vapeur est terminée (fig.13).
- Attendre 2-3 minutes avant d’ouvrir le couvercle (fig.14).
ATTENTION: l’appareil étant très chaud en fin de cuisson, le manipuler avec le plus
grand soin
- Ouvrir le couvercle (fig.14).
- Retirer le panier de cuisson en faisant attention en raison de sa température (fig.15).
- Retirer le groupe mixeur en le dévissant, et poser le bol sur un plan stable avec la poi-
gnée tournée vers le bas (fig.16-17-18).
- Verser les aliments dans le bol du mixeur et ajouter 3/4 du liquide de cuisson contenu
dans le panier de récupération (nous vous conseillons de ne pas ajouter tout le liquide de
cuisson et de ne faire que successivement les éventuels ajouts pour obtenir la densité
voulue de la préparation homogénéisée) (fig.19-20).
- Fermer le groupe mixeur en vissant le groupe porte-lames au récipient (fig.21-22).
- Insérer le récipient assemblé, avec le groupe porte-lames tourné vers le bas, sur le bloc
moteur du mixeur (fig.23).
- Appuyer pendant environ 10” sur le bol du mixeur (fig.24).
- Faire une pause de 5”
- Répéter les opérations décrites ci-dessus jusqu’à obtenir la consistance voulue

- Brancher l’appareil (le voyant vert s’allume), appuyer sur le bouton rouge (le voyant rouge
s’allume) et à ce point, la décongélation démarre.

- Pour nettoyer le cuiseur (il est essentiel qu’il soit retourné à la température ambiante), retirer
le couvercle de protection et nettoyer le réchauffeur avec un chiffon humide. Il est possible
d’utiliser du vinaigre (deux cuillères) pour retirer plus facilement tout dépôt de calcaire, puis
bien rincer (ATTENTION : ne jamais passer le produit à l’eau courante)
- Replacer le couvercle de protection après l’entretien
Il n’est pas nécessaire de nettoyer le cuiseur après chaque cycle: l’entretien dépend
de la fréquence d’utilisation de l’appareil et de la dureté de l’eau.
- Nous vous conseillons de nettoyer le cuiseur tous les 20 cycles d’utilisation
- Les accessoires en plastique (panier de cuisson, panier de récupération du liquide,
couvercle, spatule, pot pour préparations homogénéisées, bol du mixeur) peuvent
être lavés à la main ou au lave-vaisselle. Utiliser des détergents ordinaires pour vais-
selle (produits non abrasifs)
- Pour nettoyer le groupe des lames du mixeur et réduire le risque d’oxydation, nous vous con-
seillons de le laver et de l’essuyer immédiatement après chaque emploi. Utiliser de l’eau, du
savon ou des détergents neutres. Ne pas utiliser de détergents agressifs tels que l’eau de
javel ou des produits à base de chlore. Nous déconseillons de le laver au lave-vaisselle.

- El aparato debe estar desconectado de la corriente
- La caldera del hervidor se debe limpiar con un paño húmedo
ATENCION: no sumergir nunca el cocedor de papilla multifunción Brevi en agua u
otros líquidos, y no ponerlo debajo del agua corriente. No ponerlo en el lavaplatos.
- Para limpiar el cocedor (se recuerda que es fundamental que haya alcanzado la tempera-
tura ambiente) sacar el tape de protección, y con un paño húmedo limpiar el calentador.
Puede usarse vinagre (dos cucharadas) para sacar más fácilmente depósitos de cal y acla-
rar muy bien. ATENCION: no poner el producto debajo del agua corriente).
- Volver a poner el tape de protección después de efectuar la limpieza.
NOTA: No es necesario efectuar la limpieza del hervidor después de cada ciclo: la fre-
cuencia depende del número de utilizaciones del aparato y de la dureza del agua.
- Se aconseja la limpieza del hervidor cada 20 ciclos.
- Los accesorios de plástico (cesta para la cocción de alimentos, cesta para recoger líquidos,
tape, espátula, recipiente para potitos, recipiente de la batidora) pueden lavarse a mano o
en lavaplatos. Pueden usarse normales detergentes para platos (no productos abrasivos).
- Para limpiar el grupo cuchillas de la batidora y reducir el riesgo de oxidación de las cuchil-
las, se aconseja lavar y secar el grupo cuchillas después de utilizarlas. Utilizar agua, jabón o
detersivos neutros. No utilizar detersivos agresivos como lejía o productos que contengan
cloro.
Se aconseja lavar en lavaplatos.
Brevi recomienda la máxima precaución al limpiar y manipular el grupo de cuchillas por
ser objetos cortantes.
COMO SE CALIENTA
Cocedor de papilla VIVALAPAPPA consiente calentar papillas preparadas antes.
- El aparato debe estar desconectado de la red eléctrica
- Quitar el tape del hervidor
- Sacar el recipiente porta-alimentos y el recipiente recogedor de líquidos del hervidor
- Verter en el hervidor aproximadamente 60 ml de agua (indicados en el recipiente de la bati-
dora) para un tarrito de potito a temperatura ambiente (20°C) y 125 ml de agua (indicados
sobre el recipiente de la batidora) para un tarrito de potito temperatura frigorífico (5°C).
- Introducir el hervidor, apoyándolo sobre el fondo, el accesorio porta-tarritos y en este tarri-
to de potito (sin tape).
- Poner el tape sobre hervidor posicionando las rejillas de salida del vapor en la parte posterior.
- Conectar el enchufe a la corriente (se enciende el piloto verde).
- Presionar el botón rojo (se enciende el piloto rojo).
NOTA: En la primera utilización, el aparato podría iniciar el calentamiento al conectar el
enchufe a la corriente.
- Cuando el piloto rojo se apaga, el calentamiento se ha terminado.
- Esperar 2-3 minutos antes de abrir el tape.
- Abrir el tape y sacar el tarrito utilizando el adecuado accesorio en donde está introducido.
NOTA: Antes de dar el alimento al niño, comprobar la temperatura.
INSTRUCCIONES PARA EL USO
IMPORTANTE: es una buena norma que cualquier producto que va estar a contacto
con sustancias alimenticias se lave muy bien antes del uso.
COME SE CUECE Y SE HOMOGENEIZA LA PAPILLA
- El aparato debe estar desconectado de la red eléctrica
- Sacar el tape del hervidor (fig.1).
- Sacar la cesta porta-alimentos y la cesta que recoge el líquido (fig.2-3).
- Introducir en el hervidor 60ml o125 ml de agua (se puede utilizar el recipiente de la bati-
dora como dosificador) (fig.4).
- Poner en la cesta porta-alimentos la cantidad de alimento que se indica en el libro de recetas.
- En caso de recetas personalizadas, utilizar el recipiente de la batidora e introducir el ali-
mento hasta 1,5 cm. aproximadamente del borde (según se indica), verter el alimento en
la cesta porta-alimentos (véase indicador)
- Introducir en el hervidor la cesta que recoge el líquido (fig.6).
- Introducir la cesta porta-alimentos en la cesta que recoge el líquido (fig.7).
- Poner el tape sobre el hervidor posicionando las rejillas de salida del vapor en la parte
posterior (fig.8-9).
- Conectar el enchufe de la corriente (se enciende el piloto verde) (fig.10), presionar el
botón rojo (se enciende el piloto rojo) (fig.11) y es cuando inicia la cocción a vapor (fig.12).
Nota: en la primera utilización, el aparato podría iniciar la cocción al conectar enchufe
a la corriente eléctrica.
- Cuando el pelito rojo se apaga, la cocción a vapor se ha terminado (fig.13).
- Esperar 2-3 minutos antes de abrir el tape (fig.14).
ATENCION: al final de la cocción el aparato está muy caliente, tener mucho cuidado
- Abrir el tape (fig.14).
- Sacar la cesta porta-alimentos con mucho cuidado, ya que está caliente (fig.15).
- Sacar, desatornillando el grupo batidora, apoyar el recipiente sobre un plano de apoyo
rígido con el asa orientada hacia el plano de apoyo (fig.16-17-18).
- Verter los alimentos del recipiente de la batidora y añadir 3/4 del líquido de cocción que
contiene la cesta recogedora de líquidos (se aconseja no añadir todo el líquido de cocción
y eventualmente añadirlo después para obtener la densidad deseada del potito) (fig.19-20).
- Cerrar el grupo batidora atornillando el grupo porta-cuchilla a su recipiente (fig.21-22).
- Introducir el recipiente ensamblado, con el grupo porta-cuchilla orientado hacia abajo,
sobre el grupo motor batidora (fig.23).
- Presionar durante circa 10” aproximadamente sobre el recipiente de la batidora (fig.24).
- Hacer una pausa di 5”
- Repetir las operaciones anteriormente mencionadas hasta obtener la consistencia del ali-
mento deseado
- Sacar el enchufe de alimentación (fig.25).
- Sacar el recipiente con el alimento y mantener el mismo con el asa orientada hacia abajo
(fig.26).
- Destornillar el grupo porta-cuchilla (fig.27).
- Sacar el alimento con la ayuda de una espátula incluida en el paquete (fig.28).
NOTA: Antes de dar el alimento al niño, comprobar la temperatura

ADVERTENCIAS PARA LA ELIMINACIÓN DEL PRODUCTO CONFORME A
LA DIRECTIVA EUROPEA 2002/95CE – 2002/96CE – 2003/108CE
El símbolo del contenedor tachado presente en el equipo indica que el produc-
to, cuando finaliza su vida útil, se debe recoger en forma separada del resto de
los residuos. Por lo tanto, cuando finaliza la vida útil del equipo, el usuario debe
entregarlo a los centros de recogida selectiva de residuos electrónicos y electro-
técnicos idóneos, o bien, entregarlo al revendedor cuando se adquiere un
nuevo equipo similar, en razón de uno a uno. La recogida selectiva apropiada
para el posterior reciclado, tratamiento y eliminación ambiental compatible del
equipo, contribuye a evitar posibles efectos negativos en el ambiente y en la
salud, y favorece el reciclado de los materiales que conforman el equipo. La eli-
minación no autorizada del producto por parte del usuario implica la aplicación
de las sanciones administrativas descritas en el Decreto Legislativo n. 22/1997
(Art. 50 y sucesivos del Decreto Legislativo n. 22/1997).
Brevi podrá realizar en cualquier momento modificaciones a los modelos descritos en este libro de instrucciones para
su uso.

Este aparato no ha sido concebido para ser usado por personas (incluidos niños) con
disminuciones mentales, sensoriales y físicas, con insuficiente experiencia o conoci-
miento, a no ser que cuenten con la supervisión o las instrucciones referentes al uso
del aparato por parte de una persona responsable de su seguridad.
Los niños deberían estar vigilados a fin que no jueguen con el aparato.

COMO SE DESCONGELA
Cocedor de papilla VIVALAPAPPA permite descongelar papillas preparadas con anteriori-
dad.
- El aparato tiene que estar desconectado de la red eléctrica.
- Quitar el tape del hervidor.
- Quitar la cesta porta-alimentos y la cesta que recoge los líquidos.
- Introducir en el hervidor de 60ml a 125 ml de agua en función de la cantidad de alimen-
to congelado que hay que descongelar.
- Introducir en el hervidor la cesta que recoge los líquidos.
- Poner en la cesta porta-alimentos la comida todavía congelada.
- Conectar el enchufe de corriente (si enciende el piloto verde), presionar el botón rojo (se
enciende el piloto rojo) es ahora cuando inicia la descongelación.
NOTA: en la primera utilización, el aparato podría iniciar la descongelación al conectar
el enchufe a la corriente.
- Cuando el piloto se apaga, la descongelación ha terminado.
- Esperar 2-3 minutos antes de abrir el tape.
- Abrir el tape.
- Sacar la cesta porta-alimentos poner mucha atención, ya que está caliente.
- Comprobar que los alimentos estén completamente descongelados: en caso contrario,
repetir el ciclo.
ATENCION: por motivos higiénicos no calentar nunca los alimentos más de una vez
durante un periodo de tiempo superior a una hora.
