Seat Height Adjustment
Front lever under the right side of
the seat
To raise:
To raise, take weight off to adjust up.
To lower:
To lower, pull the lever and use your
weight while seated.
Allows you to adjust the height
of the seat, for good support and
blood circulation in the legs.

Seat Depth Adjustment
Back lever under the right side
of the seat
To move forward:
Remain seated, pull the lever and
slide the seat.
To move backward:
Remain seated to the back, secure
the chair firmly so it does not move,
pull the lever and slide the seat.
Allows you to adjust the position
of the seat, for good support and
blood circulation in the legs.
Be sure there is clearance
between the back of the
knee and the seat edge

To increase:
Turn knob clockwise.
To decrease:
Turn knob counterclockwise.
Set the resistance when leaning back
to support and balance your weight in
any position.

Tilt Limiter
Lever under left side of seat
To engage:
Recline and push lever down to lock
the sitting mechanism.
To release:
Lift lever up and lean backward slightly
to unlock the tilting mechanism.
Allows you to sit in an upright position
or partially reclined locked position.

Armrest Adjustment
Lever under armrest pad
To raise or lower:
Lift up lever to unlock arm,
adjust arm, release lever to lock.
To move forward / backward:
Hold and slide the armrest forward /
backward.
To move side to side:
Hold and push the armrest to the
side.
Rotate to the right / left:
Hold and rotate the armrest to the
right / left.
Adjust chair’s arm to support your
arms and take weight off your
shoulders.

Lumbar Adjustment
To raise or lower:
Hold lumbar support and move up
or down to adjust height.
To move forward:
Hold lumbar support and raise the
lever to adjust the position.
Allows you to adjust the position of the
lumbar support, for good support and
blood circulation of the back.

Headrest Adjustment

To raise or lower:
Hold headrest and move up or down
to adjust height.
To adjust angle:
Rotate up or down to adjust angle.
Allows you to adjust the position of
the headrest, for good support
of the head and neck.
