1) P WER N: If the display is off, press the “Power” b tton in the lower right corner of the keypad to t rn
the nit on.
2) PR GRAM 900MHZ PRESETS CHANNELS
a) Tell the receiver which type 900 MHz transmitter for yo r application:
(Set up new installations as BVE SERIES 2)
• For the BVE SERIES 1 transmitter Press and Hold EQ and “1‟ sim ltaneo sly for 5 seconds.
• For the BVE SERIES transmitter Press and Hold EQ and “2‟
‟‟
‟ simultaneously for 5 seconds.
• For operation with Cardiotheater LCS transmitter, Press and Hold “EQ” + “8” sim ltaneo sly for 5
seconds.
• For operation with Cardiotheater xTV transmitter, Press and Hold “EQ” + “9” sim ltaneo sly for 5
seconds.
• For operation with Mye or Fantaay brand transmitter, Press and Hold “EQ” + “4” sim ltaneo sly for
5 seconds.
b) The display will show “ch01”and will be flashing to indicate this channel is not saved. If yo clearly hear
the a dio that yo want as channel 1, press the “*‟ key to save this channel. The display will stop flashing
indicating the channel is now saved.
c) To advance to the next channel, press the VOL UP key. Press the “*‟ key for each channel ( p to 32
channels) to be saved (i.e.: t rn from flashing to solid).
d) Simply press the vol me p b tton to bypass n sed channels. If an n sed channel is inadvertently
selected, press the “*‟ b tton again to toggle back to a flashing scenario.
e) Press and hold EQ and PREV sim ltaneo sly for 5 seconds to exit 900MHz Preset programming mode.
3) PR GRAM FM PRESET CHANNELS
Exercisers can enjoy listening to STRONG local FM radio stations in addition to the a dio channels preset
above.
a) To enter FM programming mode, press and Hold EQ and PREV sim ltaneo sly for 5 seconds. The left
most and right most decimal points will appear indicating yo are in the FM Preset Channel Program. Note
that the first preset n mber displayed is the first one that is available for presetting with an FM freq ency.
That is, the first available preset that does not have a 900MHz channel preset in that slot.
b) Press the SEEK b tton (or se the channel or n mber b ttons) to find a strong FM radio station to save
as a preset.
c) Press the “*‟ key to save the desired FM freq ency to the corresponding preset n mber.
d) Repeat steps b and c above ntil all desired (CLEAR, STRONG reception) FM radio stations are saved
as presets ( p to 32 channels).
e) Press and hold EQ and PREV sim ltaneo sly for 5 seconds to exit FM Preset programming mode
4) Attach the Receiver to the back of the Life Fitness console as shown below.
a) Use the Velcro provided to attach the receiver to the console with the b tton face against the console.

with the receiver located on the top part of the console (similar to shown below). If excessive noise res lts,
try to re-locate the receiver on the back of the console.
5) As a policy, Life Fitness ships their Integrity-series and Discover-series cardio eq ipment with the
a xiliary so rce access defa lted on. If the A xillary or ‘Overhead TV” option can not be accessed by
pressing the so rce b tton, t rn the AUX so rce on by following the steps below excerpted from the Life
Fitness ser’s man al. Also, some Life Fitness cardio wo ld need a software pdate to ens re the –i
receivers are detected by the console. Call Broadcastvision for s pport if the receiver is not a tomatically
detected by the console.

BVE Stock Items Ret rned for Credit
BVE man fact red prod cts may only be ret rned for credit with written a thorization from BVE within 30
days of the original invoice date. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all ret rns. All prod cts being
ret rned to BVE req ire a Ret rn A thorization n mber. Prod cts m st be ret rned in original condition
with the original packaging, components and s pport material. Credit is contingent pon inspection of
ret rned items.

A Ret rn A thorization n mber m st be iss ed from BVE prior to any item being ret rned for credit, repair
or exchange. Items ret rned witho t approval will be ref sed and ret rned to the sender. Req ests for a
Ret rn A thorization n mber may be made to o r C stomer Service Department at 1-888-330-4283.
Repairs and Replacements
A warranty repair of BVE man fact red prod ct incl des parts, labor and the ret rn GROUND shipping to
the c stomer. Repairs made while nder warranty are covered for the d ration of the valid warranty period.
Non-Warranty repairs receive a “Repair Warranty” of 90 days parts and labor only. Warranties do not
incl de on-site service. Advance Replacements of items in q estion may be arranged if the prod ct is
within 30 days of invoice date and is s bject to prod ct availability. Advance Replacements m st be
sec red by the c stomer with a valid Credit Card or Net30 terms of an acco nt in good standing.
Shipping
Shipping dates are estimates only. Prod cts will be shipped per the designated Shipping Method. Paying
for an accelerated Shipping Method only indicates the prod ct will ship by that method when the prod ct or
repair is available. BVE will not be held responsible to accelerate shipping, disco nt invoices or
compensate c stomers for loss of profits, b siness or goodwill d e to back orders, shortages, shipping
complications, damages, prod ct malf nction, labor, constr ction, nat re or delays.
Warranties
All prod cts sold by BVE carry the original man fact rers’ warranty. Warranty begins on the invoice date of
p rchase from BVE or an a thorized BVE Dealer / Distrib tor. Warranty may alternately begin on the date
of installation with a valid Installation Completion Form from an a thorized BVE Dealer, Distrib tor or
Installer. Warranties do not cover damage d e to ab se, mis se, modification or the res lt of any third
party. Warranties are not transferable and cover only the original p rchaser with a valid invoice.
Man fact rers will, at their option repair or replace eq ipment, as they deem necessary. Warranties do not
incl de “on-site” service
