Beim Arbeiten mit Spanngurten zur Fixierung der Rohre
besteht Quetschgefahr. Greifen Sie nicht in die Gefahren-

tion, accident prevention and safety guidelines when installing
pipe systems as well as this technical information.. Also observe
the applicable laws, norms, guidelines and specifications

■Before starting with the assembly, read the safety instructions
and operating instructions carefully and in full for your own
safety and that of other people.

■ Failure to comply with the safety instructions can result in ma
terial damage or personal injury.
■ The assembly of our systems should only be performed by
authorised and trained personnel.
■Work on electrical systems or pipe sections should only be
performed by qualified and authorised personnel.
When working with tension straps to attach the pipe there is
the risk of squeezing. Do not reach into the danger areas!

EN Using the CALPEX unwinding device makes it possible to easily and quickly lay flexible composite pipe systems, which are
delivered in roll form to the construction site.

ierung des Ringes.

DE Positionieren Sie die Zentrierstangen in die entspre-
chenden Bohrungen, abhängig vom Ringdurchmesser.
EN Position the centring poles into the relevant bores,
depending on the ring diameter.
DE Mit Hilfe eines Hubgerätes wird der Ring vorsichtig auf den
Drehkranz abgelegt.
EN The ring is carefully put onto the slewing ring using
a lifting device.

DE Zum Abrollen muss die Arretierung am Drehkranz
geönet werden.
EN For unrolling, the locking mechanism on the slewing
ring must be opened.

DE Beim Abrollen der letzten Meter kann sich das Rohr
entspannen und seitlich oder nach oben schlagen –
das Rohrende mit Seilen und ausreichend Sicher-
heitsabstand sichern!
Die Holme des Drehkranzes ragen über die Rohre
hinaus und können beim Durchtrennen der Fixierbän-
der gegen die Beine schlagen.
EN When unrolling the last metres the pipe may relax
and strike to the side or upwards – secure the end of
the pipe with ropes and suicient safety distance.
The struts of the slewing ring project above the pipe
and could strike people’s legs when the fixing tape is
cut.
DE Der obere Drehkranz ist nun drehbar und das Rohr
kann abgerollt werden.
Durchtrennen der Fixierbänder nur bei stehendem
Betrieb - das Rohr kann sich entspannen und nach
aussen schlagen!
EN The upper slewing ring can now be turned and the
pipe can be unrolled.
Only cut through the fixing tape during standing
operation - the pipe may relax and strike outwards!
