Installation Precautions
1) 15A plug base. The max length of electric cable from
distribution cabinet to plug base is 20m.
2) In order to ensure Brullen i91 Plus works normally,
the distribution cabinet should supply 4kw power.
3) The distance between the machine and the wall or to
other objects nearby should be more than 80mm(better
20CM). The ventilation of the machine should be keep
fluent and free from dust, its free space should be as
large as possible and channels present so that hot air
can be ventilated away easily. (Ref. figure 1)
4) The beater direction should be anti-clockwise.

to be clean, then assembled according to figure 2. And figure 3.

Pump Assembly
Regulating valve of the percentage of air and mixtures. 4marks on the
valve. The smallest mark, more air and less mix into cylinder, so high
overrun. The biggest mark, less air and more mix into cylinder, so
lower overrun.

How to make Soft Serve
1）Connecting the power, should be 15A plug base.
2) Turn power switch to “ON”, the LCD screen is on

3）Removed pump injection pipe

4) Pour about 4L of water to each hopper and press
washing button. Meanwhile, press two pump button to
check if pumps can suck water. If suck water, ok. Otherwise
need to install pumps until it can suck water.

5）cleaning the hopper and dispense dirty water out.
repeat step 4) until clean the machine is thoroughly clean

6) Put ice cream mixtures into both hoppers and press
washing button. Meanwhile press both pump buttons to
check if the pump sucks water. If so, ok.

7) Install injection pipe with hopper, but don’t connect with
pump. Then dispense out 500ml ice cream mix from each
flavour and put back into the hopper. Then connect the
injection pipe with pump, and then press two air pump
button to let pump such mixtures into cylinder until pump
stops.
