• 4x servo D-200 BX (or D-250 BX with metal gears)
• Motor DYMOND AL-4260
• 60-amp motor controller
• 5S LiPo battery with 5000 mAh
• 14 x 6 prop, spinner diameter 45 mm
• Servo Extensions
• MPX connector for tail servo cable
• Superglue liquid medium
• Epoxy e.g. 5-minute epoxy
• Rudder Horn, INSTRUCTIONS. 03150100, 1x M2 clevis, threaded coupler M2, a little

Before construction starts, it may be necessary to model the film with a heat gun and or
iron. retighten This is used in the film without any problems. Make sure the area of
Aileron hinges to be careful. The hinge used is non-heat-sensitive than the covering can
quickly and curl. ince the underside of the wing has a concave curvature, care must be
taken that the covering remains stuck to the ribs and not replace, and so the profile is
changed.

1. Completion of the tail:
The servos for the elevator and rudder are built directly into the vertical
stabilizer. To save weight in the tail, it makes sense as light servos,
so that without using metal gears (D-200 BX). Due to the large control
surfaces then a greater risk of breakage of the gear. In metal gear
servos but later the addition of lead in the nose be required. Here, the
owner may find the perfect model for him compromise. The
elevator linkage is at the recommended Dymond servos D-200/250 BX in the
second hole from the inside, hung the rudder pushrod into the third hole from the
inside. Be drilled for the elevator pushrod to the hole must be 2.5 mm.

The pre-servo mounts have to be reworked at the top with a cutter. These apply to both
the servo mounting locations and record the contours.

The rudder linkage consists of a control horn (Article No.: 03.1501 million), a crown and
an M2 Threaded coupler into which a short piece of 1.5mm steel wire is soldered. To
mount the control horn in the rudder a Hole made of 4 mm and glued in the threaded
sleeve of the horn from the back with epoxy. The hole in the rudder is best carry out
carefully by hand and in several steps, since that is hardly "material resources" are
available.

Before attaching the servos still need the cable can be extended. It is useful to realize the
future connector with a pair of MPX connector that is soldered on the installation of the
servos to be solid lines.
The elevator pushrod just like the picture in the servo output arm in the second hole
hung from the inside, which was drilled to 2.5 mm, mounted. It needs no fixing. The
servo arm must be ground down nearly as possible, so as not to scratch the cover.

The elevator servo is secured by the enclosed, showing wooden cover, the rudder servo
is to be held only by opening the plastic cover in place. In the plastic cover must holes
(1.5 - 2.5 mm) drilled and cut for the Rudder to be cut. For this is the template at the
beginning of this manual. For weight reasons, it may be useful to replicate the coverage
of 0.3 mm thick P or AB .
1. Completing the wings
Please make sure the C.G place:
o shall the elevator pushrod
extending in the vertical fin. In
the installed state, it is then
prevented by the timber
attachment to the slipping out
of the servo arm
The two halves of the elevator are
stuck with the default aspect ratio.
In-house here, a removable solution
be implemented.

The ailerons are hinged with the supplied parts. Use the horns as a template for the
three holes in the rudder area. The diameter of the holes is 1.5 mm. Also look here to
please volatile pushrods.
The aileron servos are like the elevator servo with the included pieces of wood secured
in the shafts. Here, too, need to be modified with the mill if necessary, the mounting
frame. The extension of the power cord plug can be done with an extension cord. It is
also worthwhile here MPX connectors to be used for the outer wings as comfortable as
possible and de-install to. The aileron servos are like the elevator servo with the

Default to the outer wings are secured with tape. In-house here, a more complex
solution can be realized.
The covers for the aileron servos are also to be secured with tape.

2. Drive installation
On a 14 x 6 prop and 5 lipo at 18.5 V, this engine develops an almost brutal power. Thus,
the model is to always start safely. Due to the relative rather heavy tail problem, a very
large battery of 5000 mAh is used. E.G. a DYMOND XC-5000 5 fits very well.
The engine installation must be noted that the cable can rub against the rotating casing
of the engine. To secure the cable with something tape in the fuselage.
The available space in the boat hull is great. Therefore, the controller can be placed next
to the battery. The hood of the model is to be attached with tape. Built in Director but
may, for example, a spring steel wire are glued.
