TR20
Quick Start Guide
The TR20 can be directly connected to a vehicle with a power output
of 12 - 24V.
Connect the BLACK wire to the battery negative, chassis or other
ground point.
Connect the RED wire to the battery positive or other un-switched
positive wire.
If replacing an existing 2 wire GPS tracker, simply cut the black and
red wires of the existing tracker, one at a time, and use the supplied
connector block to attach the corresponding black and red wires
from the TR20. Take care not to touch the wires together.
Do not mount the TR20 in the engine bay or other area where it can
get wet; next to radio equipment; between metal cavities in the
vehicle or other parts of the vehicle where interference may be
caused such as radio speakers. These instructions are for a negative
earth vehicle..
INSTALLATION
The TR20 tracker can be tracked via smartphone app, SMS or
website.
Smartphone app: Visit your app store, search and download GPS
Tracker MS02. Enter the User ID and Password as supplied in your
tracker box and tick Remember Me and Auto Login.
SMS: You can obtain details of your trackers location by sending
an SMS message and can set the tracker to send you an SMS in the
event of an alarm / alert.
Before you can receive SMS alerts you need to set your phone
number in the tracker as an Authorised Number. You can congure
this setting online by visiting bulldogcong.gpssimcard.co.uk or see
instructions overleaf.
Website: Visit http://bulldogtracking.gpssimcard.co.uk Use the
same log in details as the smartphone app.. Use the smartphone app
for all tracking on a phone or tablet.

CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE,
INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY
ARISING FROM PURCHASER’S USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, OR FOR LOSS OR
DESTRUCTION OF OTHER PROPERTY OR FROM ANY OTHER CAUSE, EVEN IF BULLDOG
HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BULLDOG SHALL HAVE NO
LIABILITY FOR ANY DEATH, PERSONAL AND/OR BODILY INJURY AND/OR DAMAGE TO
PROPERTY OR OTHER LOSS WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL CONSEQUENTIAL
OR OTHERWISE, BASED ON A CLAIM THAT THE PRODUCT FAILED TO FUNCTION.
THE TRACKING SERVICE ASSOCIATED WITH THE TR20 IS PROVIDED ON A FREE OF
CHARGE BASIS BY A THIRD PARTY AND AS SUCH BULLDOG SHALL IN NO EVENT BE
LIABLE FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE
AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, FUNCTIONALITY OR SUITABLIBITY AND MAY BE WITHDRAWN
AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE.
THE SIM CARD INSTALLED IN THE TR20 IS PROVIDED BY A THIRD PARTY AND AS SUCH
BULLDOG SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDED INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, NETWORK AVAILABILITY, FUNCTIONALITY OR SUITABLIBITY AND MAY
BE WITHDRAWN AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE. USE OF THE SIM CARD IN THE TR20 IS
SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROVIDER, GPS|SIMCARD, AND SUCH
TERMS CAN BE VIEWED AT GPSSIMCARD.CO.UK/TERMS . THE SIM CARD IN THE TR20
REQUIRES REGISTRATION AND DETAILS ARE PROVIDED WITH THE SIM CARD PACKAGE.

Upon logging in, the app will show the location of the tracker.
To set a speed alert to notify you if the tracker moves, press
Command and from the Command drop down list select Set
Speeding Alarm. In the Speed Limit box enter a speed (in km/h)
over which you want to receive an SMS in the event of this speed
being exceeded.. Press Send. If the command is successful a
success message will be displayed - Send Success
When your tracked asset exceeds the set speed limit, an SMS
message will be sent to all those who have been set as
authorised phone numbers, See ALERTS for details of the SMS
message contents.
To disable the speed alert, proceed as above but in the Speed
Limit box, enter 0 . Press Send. If the command is successful a
success message will be displayed - Send Success
If you receive an error message such as Tracker Oine, try again
later.
SMARTPHONE TRACKING
SMS TRACKING
Speeding alerts can be set by sending an SMS to the tracker. The
SMS should be as follows:
SMS Format: 0000,B07,Speed in m/h
Example if the speed limit is 60km/h: 0000,B07,60
To switch ospeed alert send SMS:: 0000,B07,0
If the SMS is received successfully by the tracker, you will receive
an SMS to your phone: IMEI,B07,OK
IMEI is the identier of your tracker as can be found in the
enclosed reference card.
You can nd the location of your tracker via SMS by sending an
SMS to the tracker. The SMS should be as follows:
Format: 0000,A00
See ALERTS for details of the SMS message contents that are
returned to your phone.
If a speed alert has been set and the speed you specify is exceeded,
all authorised phone numbers will receive an SMS containing the
following:
Speeding,110721,16:40,V,12,56Km/h,97%,http://
maps.meigps.com/?lat=51.5072&lng=0.1275
Speeding,110721,16:40 = Speeding conrms the type of alert, Date
(Month, Day, Year) and time of position
V,12 = Valid position and GSM signal strength
56km/h = Speed
97% = remaining battery

If you request the tracker location via SMS, you will receive an SMS
containing the following:

Now,110721,16:40 = Now conrms the latest location, Date (Month,
Day, Year) and time of position
V,12 = Valid position and GSM signal strength
56km/h = Speed
97% = remaining battery

ALERTS AUTHORISATIONS
To receive alerts from your tracker such as speed and low battery
you must set upto 3 numbers which will receive the alert.
SMS Format: 0000,A71,<Tel No. 1>,<Tel No. 2>,<Tel No. 3>
Example:
1 number: 0000,A71,01211112222,,
2 numbers: 0000,A71,01211112222,01212223333,
3 numbers 0000,A71,01211112222,01212223333,01213334444
If successful the tracker will respond: IMEI, A71,OK
To check on programmed numbers: 0000,A70
If successful the tracker will respond: IMEI,A70,<Tel No. 1>,<Tel
No.2>,<TelNo.3>
