1. Push the ENABLE
ON/OFF (indicator off)
button to turn OFF the
existing Axiom brewer.
6. Once Axiom is cool
to the touch; loosen 4
screws that secure the
front access panel.
5. Remove all Axiom
paper filters from area.
DISCONNECTING - Axiom Brewer
4. Let Axiom sit and cool.
7. Remove front panel. DRAIN WATER FROM
THE TANK.
8. Close White Clamp.
9. Unfasten the Black
Hose Clamp at the end
of the drain hose.
13. Reattach hose.
Fasten the Black Hose
Clamp at the end of the
drain hose.
10. Detach hose.
Place the end of the
drain hose in a
container that has a
minimum capacity of
200 oz (5.9 L).
11. Open the White Clamp
to drain water from tank.
12. When tank is empty,
close the White Clamp,
and replace the plug.
14. Replace the front panel
and tighten screws.
2. Flip the ON/OFF toggle
switch to the OFF
position (down), on the
back of the Axiom.
3. Unplug cord.
NOTE:Ensure there is
enough coffee to serve
through setup and brew
time of new equipment.
NOTE:Allow equipment
to cool before removing.

7. Connect brewer to water
source with supplied
water line.
NOTE:Located on lower,
back, right of unit.
TIP:Use a two person
lift, and a cart, to move
machine to installation
location.
1. Remove ICB SH brewer
from box and packaging.
NOTE:Pull box up.
3. Remove Brew Basket
from Parts box.
4. Locate all manuals
and literature.
Save in manager's office
for future reference.
5. The brewer is 32.8” tall x
23.4” deep by 11.8” wide.
6. Connect brewer to
power source (120/208,
3300W, 16 Amps).
NOTE:Allow at least
4” behind the brewer for
power cord clearance
and air flow.
10. Allow brewer to reach
brew temperature.
Approximately 15
minutes.
11. Remove 1.5 Gallon SH
Server from box.
(PN 27850.0214)
9. Allow brewer to fill
with water.
Approximately 10
minutes.

8. Push power switch up to
ON position.
NOTE:Located on lower,
back, left of unit.
2. Remove Parts box.
Remove all packaging
materials including blue
tape and cardboard from
equipment vent located
on back of machine.
Remove tape from USB
and legs.

22. Place a Large cup under
the Hot Water Faucet
and dispense into the cup
to flush out the faucet.
ICB SH is Ready
to Brew.
19. When brewing is
complete, let Server set
for 60 seconds. Remove
Server and empty
water through fully open
faucet to rinse out all
sanitizer.
21. Replace Server and
Brew Basket.
20. Remove Brew Basket,
and discard Kay Filter
Pouch Cleaner.
Rinse Brew Basket
thoroughly.

13. Remove the 2SH Remote
Docking Stand from box.
NOTE:Holds 2 SH Servers
(PN 27875.0200)
16. Place Brew Basket and
Server on brewer.
17. Press Enable Brew
button.
14. Plug 1SH or 2SH stands
into 120V power source.
12. Remove the 1SH Remote
Docking Stand from box.
NOTE:Holds 1 SH Server
(PN 27825.0200)
15. Remove Brew Basket
and Place 1 Kay®Filter
Pouch Cleaner in brew
basket.
18. Brew one Full Batch of
hot water (with no filter
or coffee) to flush out
the water lines.

4. Pour correct amount of
coffee into filter.
1 Bag = 0.5 Gallon
3 Bags = 1.5 Gallons.
Slide the loaded Brew
Basket into the rails
until it stops.
2. Use clean, empty
Brew Basket.
BREWING
5. Press the Enable Brew
button.
6. Select Recipe by
pressing the Regular,
Decaf or Special button.
NOTE:Batch Size
buttons are used to select
amount of coffee to be
brewed, and to Start the
brewing process.
7. Press the switch of the
desired Batch Size.
8. When coffee stops
dripping from Brew
Basket tip, carefully
remove the Brew Basket
to discard the used
grounds.
9. Dispense coffee from
the Server while on
the brewer.
10. Move and dispense
coffee from the Server
while on a portable
1SH or 2SH Stand.
3. Insert paper filter
01338-000 into
Brew Basket.
1. Place clean, empty
Server on brewer.
