2. Usingavoltmeter,checkthevoltageandcolor
codingofeachconductorattheelectricalsource.

Removethefrontpanelbeneaththesprayhead
androtatethe controlthermostatknobfully
counterclockwiseto the“OFF”positionandre-
placethepanel,.,

Removetherearpanel,feedthecordthrough
thestrainrelief,andconnectit to theterminal
block.
5. Connectthe brewerto the’powersourceand
verifythevoltageattheterminalblockbefore

proceeding.Replacetherearpanel.
Ifplumbingistobehooked-uplaterbesurethe
brewerisdisconnectedfromthepowersource.
If Plumbinghasbeenhooked-up,thebreweris
readyfor InitialSet-Up.
PLUMBINGREQUIREMENTS
Thisbrewermustbeconnectedto a
cold
water
systemwithoperatingpressurebetween20and90
psifromal/2” orlargersupplyline.Ashut-offvalve
shouldbeinstalled‘inthelinebeforethebrewer.ln-
stalla regulatorinthelinewhenpressureis greater
than90 psito reduceit to 50 psi. Thewaterinlet
fittingisI/4”flare.
