capableofheatingwaterto boiling.Thebrewerisonlyfor indooruseonasturdycounterorshelf.

Bunn-0-MaticCorp.(“Bunn”)warrantstheequipmentmanufacturedbyit to becommerciallyfreefrom
defectsinmaterialandworkmanshipexistingatthetimeofmanufactureandappearingwithinoneyearfromthe
dateofinstallation.Thiswarrantydoesnotapplytoanyequipment,componentorpartthatwasnotmanufac-
turedbyBunnorthat,inBunn’sjudgement,hasbeenaffectedbymisuse,neglect,alteration,improperinstalla-
tionoroperation,impropermaintenanceorrepair,damageorcasualty.
THEFOREGOINGWARRANTYISEXCLUSIVEANDISIN LIEUOFANYOTHERWARRANTY,WRITTEN OR
ORAL,EXPRESSORIMPLIED,INCLUDING,BUTNOTLIMITEDTO,ANYIMPLIEDWARRANTYOFEITHER
MERCHANTABILITYORFITNESSFORA PARTICULARPURPOSE. Theagents,dealersoremployeesof Bunn
arenotauthorizedto makemodificationstothiswarrantyorto makeadditionalwarrantiesthatarebindingon
Bunn.Accordingly,statementsbysuchindividuals,whetheroralorwritten,donotconstitutewarrantiesand
shouldnotbereliedupon.
TheBuyershallgiveBunnpromptnoticeofanyclaimtobemadeunderthiswarrantybytelephoneat(217)
529-6601or bywritingto PostOfficeBox3227,Springfield,Illinois,62708-3227.If requestedbyBunn,the
BuyershallshipthedefectiveequipmentprepaidtoanauthorizedBunnservicelocation.If Bunndetermines,in
itssolediscretion,thattheequipmentdoesnotconformtothewarranty,Bunnshallrepairtheequipmentwithno
chargefor partsduringtheoneyearwarrantyperiodandnochargefor laborbya BunnAuthorizedService
Representativeduringtheoneyearwarrantyperiod.IfBunndeterminesthatrepairisnotfeasible,Bunnshall,at
itssoleoption,replacetheequipmentorrefundthepurchasepricefortheequipment.

BUYER'SREMEDYAGAlNSTBUNNFORTHEBREACHOFANYOBLlGATlONARlSlNGOUTOFTHESALE
OFTHlSEQUIPMENT,WHETHERDERlVEDFROMWARRANTY OR OTHERWISE,SHALLBELIMITED,ASSPECI-
