Safety Precaution

●To prevent damaging this product, avoid heavy pressure, strong vibration, or immersion
during transportation, storage, and installation.
●Do not dismantle the housing or modify the module.
●Using supplies or parts not meeting the products’ specifications may cause damage,
deterioration or malfunction.
●Do not put any heavy items on the extension cable in case of extrusion.
●The housing of this product is made of organic materials. Do not expose to any liquid,
gas, or solids which may corrode the shell.
●Unplug this device during lightning storms.
●Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners to clean this unit. Clean only with a soft dry
microfiber cloth.
●If an object or liquid falls or spills on to the housing, unplug the module immediately.
●To prevent the risk of electric shock, do not open the case. Installation and maintenance
should only be carried out by qualified technicians.
●Do not use the product beyond the specified temperature, humidity, or power supply
specifications.
●This product does not contain parts that can be maintained or repaired by users.
Damage caused by dismantling the product without authorization from BZBGEAR is not
covered under the warranty policy.
●Installation and use of this product must strictly comply with local electrical safety
standards.
●Product specifications may be subject to technical upgrades without further notice.
●Unplug the power cord when left unused for a long period of time.
●Information on disposal for scrapped devices: do not burn or mix with general

Introduction
The BG-SMB-5M is a full duplex 16kHz echo canceling speaker-phone. The voice pickup
radius is 5m, which is ideal for one-on-one and small to medium group conference calls. It
uses wireless and USB connections to replace PC and smartphone speakers and
microphones with outstanding audio quality. The USB interface can be connected to a PC
or other video conference terminals, mobile phones, tablets, and other smart devices that
can connect using 2.4Ghz.
Features
●Ensures everyone experiences clear sound with the 4 built-in omnidirectional
microphones within 5m (360°) pick up radios. Supports 2 expansion mics which pick
up voices at a range of 8m (360°).
●Seamless Connectivity: The simple plug and play set up via USB or 2.4Ghz gets
your meetings started quickly.
●Equipped with a 3.5mm headset port that allows users to switch from a conference
call to a private conversation.
●Full duplex echo cancellation and noise reduction, Ultra Wideband HD Voice Call
Technology provides Crystal clear sound without any echoes or distortion.
●Intuitive red, green, and blue LED indicators give you visual guidance
●Volume of the speaker can reach 85dB. Device can connect to an external speaker if
you need a louder volume.

Charging instructions
Please charge before using it as a wireless/Bluetooth device.
This device comes with a built-in rechargeable battery, please charge it with the included
USB cable and power adapter, or charge by connecting the device to PC.
Note: Device takes 2-3 hours to be fully charged.

1. Supports Windows, IOS, Android, etc. with a USB port.
2. PC and other devices will automatically recognize and install the device.
It will take approximately 1 minute to show successfully installed for first use on a
new connected device..
3. Blue LED indicator will be on when connected successfully.
2.4G Wireless Connection
1. Plug the 2.4G Wireless Receiver to PC or other devices.
2. Turn on the button of the device.
3. PC or other devices will automatically recognize and install the device. It will take
approximately 1 minute to show successfully installed for first use on a new
connected device.
4. Blue LED indicator will be on when connected successfully.
5. Open your conference platform of choice and set the audio input and output to
BG-SMB-5M.
IN/OUT connection
1. Connect the included cable to a source device to use the unit as a speaker.
