25. If the appliance will not e used for a long period of time, turn off

BATTERY INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL
1. Before installing or removing the attery, the product must e
disconnected from the power source.
2. Remove the dusting paper holder. (Fig 1)
3. Open the attery cover. (Fig 2)
4. Insert the attery into the attery ca inet and close the cover.
Make sure the cover clips well located in its position.

CHARGING THE VACUUM CLEANER
Note: Before using your vacuum cleaner for the first time, charge the
attery for approximately 6-8 hours. For every charge after the initial
charge only 4 hours of continuous charge is required to have a full
attery. A fully charged attery will give approximately 55 minutes of
continuous vacuum cleaning.
• Place the unit on a flat, horizontal, sta le surface that is not
exposed to direct sunlight or humidity.
• Make sure the appliance is set to off.
• Plug the charger into the charger input (2), and then plug it into a
wall socket.
• The Blue LED ring starts linking, indicating the unit is charging.
• Once fully charged, the lue LED ring light will stop linking and
remain lit.
Caution:
o Do not touch the charger, plug or electric wire with wet
hands.
o Do not use if the connection of the attery is damaged.
o Only use the charger supplied.
Important: The charger and its cord cannot e repaired. Should they
e damaged, they must e discarded. Contact Customer Service to
replace them.
Do not charge the attery if the room temperature falls elow 32°F
(0°C) or rises to more than 98°F (37°C).
Other notes and tips:
• The charger might get warm during use. This is perfectly normal. It
will cool down as soon as the charging process is over.
• When you notice that the motor is turning less quickly, it means
that the attery needs to e charged completely.
• It can e useful from time to time (once a month) to completely
discharge the attery, and then completely recharge it, to
maintain optimal performance.
• Fully recharge for 4 hours after every use.

• When the attery’s lifetime is over and it does not charge up
anymore, please order a genuine attery pack replacement
from the manufacturer’s authorized service center.
INSTALLING THE SIDE BRUSHES
Simply insert the “L” marked side rush on the pin near the L letter on
the ase, and the “R” marked side rush on the pin near the R letter.
Push to put in place. To remove the side rushes, simply pull them
out.
INSTALLING A MOP CLOTH
• On a flat surface, with a flat screwdriver or the tip of your fingers,
insert the 4 corners of the mop cloth into the clamps at the ack
of the dusting cloth holder (FIG 5.)
• Replace the oard on the unit y inserting the holder’s ta s in the
holes etween the side wheels. To remove it, lift up the dust cloth
holder gently.
Note: Before operating the product, if there is no dusting cloth on
the holder, please remove the dusting cloth holder from the main
ody.

USING YOUR VACUUM CLEANER
• Once your appliance is fully charged, remove the charger from
the wall outlet and unplug the other end from the unit.
• Make sure the dust in with the filter and lid are properly installed
inside the main housing.
• Place the unit on a flat surface to clean, ideally a hard floor.
Please avoid using on long hair carpets or rugs.
• Switch it on y pressing the ON/OFF switch.
• The red and lue light are linking alternatively and the unit will
start moving forward and vacuuming.
• Each time an o stacle is met, the unit will change direction.
• After a while the whole room will e cleaned completely.
Notes:
o If the unit gets stuck against an o stacle, like a ig rug, just
press gently on the umper (6) so that the unit changes
direction and keeps vacuuming.
o The unit is equipped with a stairs detector that will stop the
unit and prohi it letting it fall down the stairs. Please note that
this feature is only activated a few seconds after the unit is
switched on, so do not start vacuuming in stairs or in high
places like a ta le, or the unit might fall.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Cleaning the filter and the dust container after each use is extremely
important as it allows for optimal use of your appliance and
eliminates the unpleasantness of ad smells.
To clean the dust bin:
1. Open the upper cover y pressing the utton “Push” as shown in
the picture. (FIG. 6)
2. Lift out the dust in. (FIG. 7)
3. Place the dust ox over a trash container or ag efore
proceeding further.

4. Open the lid of the dust in. (FIG. 8)
5. Remove the inner filter y gently lift a ta on the lid to remove it
and open the dust ox. (FIG. 9)
6. Discard the dust / content of the dust ox into the trash
container. (FIG. 10)
7. Wash the dust ox under water in the sink and pat it dry after
cleaning (FIG. 11). Brush the filter with an old tooth rush for
example to remove dust particles or hair that might e sticking to
it. (FIG 12). Replace the filter in the dry dust ox, and then snap
the lid ack in place.
8. Once the dust ox is reassem led, place it ack into the unit and
close the upper lid.
Notes:
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner if the filter is wet. If the filter is wet,
let it air-dry efore reinstalling in the dust ox.
• Don’t use the vacuum cleaner when the filter is roken, and
replace with a new filter. We recommend that the filter should e
changed every 6 months, for est results.

• NEVER IMMERSE THE MOTOR PART, THE ADAPTER, OR THE BASE, IN
WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS.
• To clean the motor housing, unplug the charger from the wall
outlet, and clean with a slightly damp, nona rasive cloth or towel
only. Dry the surfaces efore plugging the adapter ack into the
wall socket. Be careful not to switch the appliance on while
cleaning.
• Do not wash the filter or the dust container in the dishwasher or in
the washing machine. Do not use a hair dryer to dry the filter.
• Always make sure the filter is in place efore operating the
appliance.
To clean the intake:
After repeated use for some time, dirt and dust might accumulate
around the intake of the product, to ensure its est cleaning
efficiency and constant airflow it should e cleaned periodically.
1. Remove the external power source.
2. Clean up the dirt and dust at the air intake.
3. Remove the side rushes to remove hair that may e caught in it.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT
• Your appliance contains a rechargea le attery. It can e
recharged many times and has a long lifespan.
• The appliance is powered y Ni-Mh atteries. These atteries
need to e recycled or disposed of properly, in consideration of
the environment.
• The atteries are user-servicea le, provided that the user does
not attempt to replace the atteries used in this product y any
other type of atteries. Use only the atteries supplied with this
unit or y the manufacturer as a replacement part.
• In order to replace the attery, please refer to the section a ove
“BATTERY INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL”.

We suggest that you complete and return the enclosed Product
Registration Card promptly to facilitate verification of the date of
original purchase. However, return of the Product Registration Card is
not a condition of these warranties. You can also fill out this warranty

This KALORIK product is warranted in the U.S.A. for 1 year from the
date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. This
warranty is not transfera le. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of
purchase is required to o tain warranty performance.
During this period, if the KALORIK product, upon inspection y
KALORIK, is proven defective, it will e repaired or replaced, at
Kalorik’s option, without charge to the customer. If a replacement
product is sent, it will carry the remaining warranty of the original
product.
This warranty does not apply to any defect arising from a uyer's or
user's misuse of the product, negligence, failure to follow KALORIK
instructions noted in the user’s manual, use on current or voltage
other than that stamped on the product, wear and tear, alteration
or repair not authorized y KALORIK, or use for commercial purposes.
There is no warranty for glass parts, glass containers, filter asket,
lades and agitators, and accessories in general. There is also no
