Class A helmets offer comparatively more protection. Class B
helmets may offer greater ventilation and better hearing, but
protect a smaller area of the head and give a lesser degree of
protection from penetration.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The C.A.M.P. group meets the needs of mountaineers and climbers with light and innovative products. These
are designed, tested and manufactured to a certified quality system, ensuring reliable and safe products. These
instructions inform you about the correct use throughout the life of the product: read, understand and keep these
instructions. If lost, you can download the instructions from the web site www.camp.it. The EU declaration of
conformity can be also downloaded from our site. The retailer must provide the instruction manual in the language of the
country where the product is to be sold.
USE
This equipment should be used only by trained and competent persons. Otherwise the user should be under the direct
supervision of a trained and competent person. This notice will not teach you the techniques for climbing, alpinism or
any other associated activity: you must have received qualified instruction before using this product. Climbing, and any
other activity for which these products may be used, is inherently dangerous. The consequences of incorrect selection,
misuse or poor maintenance of equipment could result in damage, serious injury or death. The user must be medically
fit and capable to control his own security and any possible emergency situations. The product should only be used as
instructed and no alterations should be made to it. It may be used in conjunction with any appropriate items of suitable
specification and according to the EN standards, with due consideration to the limitations of each individual piece of
equipment. This leaflet shows examples of improper utilizations of this product. Note that it is impossible to show or
imagine all improper utilizations and that this product should be used only in the way specified by the manufacturer in
this leaflet. If possible this product should be treated as personal.
MAINTENANCE
Cleaning of the textile and plastic parts: rinse in clean water and neutral soap (max temperature 30° C) and dry naturally
away from direct heat. Cleaning of the metallic parts: rinse in clean water and then dry. Temperature: Always keep this
product below 80°C so as not to affect the performance of the product. Chemicals: withdraw the product from service if it
comes into contact with chemical reagents, solvents or fuels which could affect the performance of the product.
STORAGE
Store unpacked in a cool, dry, dark place away from heat sources, high humidity, sharp edges, corrosives or other
possible causes of damage.
RESPONSIBILITY
The company C.A.M.P. spa, or the distributor, will not accept any responsibility for damage, injury or death resulting
from misuse of or from modifications to a CAMP branded product. It is the user's responsibility at all times to ensure that
he/she understands the correct and safe use of any equipment supplied by or from C.A.M.P. spa, that he/she uses it
only for the purposes for which it is designed and that he/she practices all proper safety procedures. Before using the
equipment, take all necessary steps to familiarise yourself with rescue techniques should an emergency occur. You
personally assume all the risks and responsibilities for your actions and decisions: if you are not able or not in a position
to assume these, do not use this equipment.
3 YEAR WARRANTY
This product is warranted against any faults in materials or manufacture for 3 years from the purchase date. Limitations
of warranty include: normal wear and tear, modifications or alterations, incorrect storage, corrosion, damage due to
accidents or negligence, use for which this product is not specifically designed.
SPECIFIC INFORMATION
SUMMARY
The helmet marked EN 12492 (see Tab.A) is intended to be used for the protection of the head against the risk of falling
objects during the practice of mountaineering, climbing and other vertical sports that use similar techniques.
The helmet marked EN 1077 / B (see Tab.A) is intended to be used for the protection of the head against the
risk of impacts following falls of the user during the practice of alpine skiing and snowboarding.
USE
Choice of the helmet: the helmet should be adapted to the intended use, as shown in chart A.
Adjustment: in order to protect you, your helmet should be correctly fit. Before each use, adjust the helmet as follow:
1)Headband adjustment [2]:
• Adjust the headband at its maximum extension.
• Put the helmet on the head.
• Tighten the headband according your head size, by the headband adjustment as shown in fig.1.
2)Chin straps [3] adjustment and closing (fig.2).
3)Speed Comp: paddings are integral parts of the helmet; in order to guarantee an adequate protection, the helmet
must not be used without paddings or in case they are damaged. Spare front padding supplied together with the
helmet can be replaced by the user depending on the dimensions of his/her head (fig.4).
4)Control: check the right helmet fitting by moving your head up and down, left and right: the helmet should stay in the
original position.
Headlamp fixing: The headlamp is fixed to the helmet by inserting the elastic band in the fixing device [5] (fig.3).
REVISION
In addition to the normal inspection required before, during and after each use, this product must be inspected by a
skilled person every 12 months, starting from date the product is first used; this date and the subsequent checks must
be recorded on the product's life sheet: keep this literature for inspection and reference for the life of the device. Check
the legibility of the product's markings.
In case of one of the following defects are present, the product should be withdrawn from service immediately:
• local deformation of the shell [1]
• cracks on the outer or inner surface of the shell [1]
• defective riveting
In case of one of the following defects, the defective part should be changed (tab.B):
• incorrect functioning of the closing system [4]
• incorrect functioning of the headband adjustment system [2]
• absence or bad condition of padding [6]
• cut, tears and abrasions of stitching or straps.
Any product or component showing any defect or wear, or if in doubt, should be withdrawn from service immediately.
Each product in the safety system can be damaged during a fall and must be always inspected before use it again. Do
not continue to use a product after a major fall because a damage may have occurred, even no external signs are
visible.
LIFETIME
The lifetime of the product is 10 years from the date the product is first used and (taking storage into consideration) in
any case cannot exceed the end of the twelfth year from manufacturing (i.e. manufacture year 2018, lifetime until end of
2030, or 10 year from the date of first use, whichever comes first). The lifetime is understood to be in the absence of
causes which would place the product out of order with the condition that periodic inspections are carried out at least
once every 12 months starting from the date the product is first used and the results are recorded on the life sheet of the
product.
The following factors can reduce the lifetime of the product: intense use, damage to components of the product, contact
with chemical substances, high temperatures, tears and abrasions, violent impacts, failure to maintain as
recommended. If a product is suspected to be no longer safe and reliable, replace the product or contact C.A.M.P. or the
distributor before continuing use.
TRANSPORTATION Protect the product from risks such as those detailed above.

In case of one of the following defects, the defective part should be changed (tab.B):
• incorrect functioning of the closing system [4]
• incorrect functioning of the headband adjustment system [2]
• absence or bad condition of padding [6]
• cut, tears and abrasions of stitching or straps.
Any product or component showing any defect or wear, or if in doubt, should be withdrawn from service immediately.
Each product in the safety system can be damaged during a fall and must be always inspected before use it again. Do
not continue to use a product after a major fall because a damage may have occurred, even no external signs are
visible.
LIFETIME
The lifetime of the product is 10 years from the date the product is first used and (taking storage into consideration) in
any case cannot exceed the end of the twelfth year from manufacturing (i.e. manufacture year 2018, lifetime until end of
2030, or 10 year from the date of first use, whichever comes first). The lifetime is understood to be in the absence of
causes which would place the product out of order with the condition that periodic inspections are carried out at least
once every 12 months starting from the date the product is first used and the results are recorded on the life sheet of the
product.
The following factors can reduce the lifetime of the product: intense use, damage to components of the product, contact
with chemical substances, high temperatures, tears and abrasions, violent impacts, failure to maintain as
recommended. If a product is suspected to be no longer safe and reliable, replace the product or contact C.A.M.P. or the
distributor before continuing use.
TRANSPORTATION Protect the product from risks such as those detailed above.

MANUTENZIONE
Pulizia delle parti tessili e plastiche: lavare esclusivamente con acqua dolce e sapone neutro (temperatura massima di
30°C) e lasciare asciugare in modo naturale, lontano da fonti dirette di calore. Pulizia delle parti metalliche: lavare con
acqua dolce ed asciugare. Temperatura: mantenere questo prodotto al di sotto di 80°C per non pregiudicare le
prestazioni e la sicurezza del prodotto. Agenti chimici: buttare il prodotto in caso di contatto con reagenti chimici,
solventi o carburanti, che potrebbero alterare le caratteristiche del prodotto.
CONSERVAZIONE
Conservare il prodotto disimballato in un luogo fresco, asciutto, lontano dalla luce e da fonti di calore, alta umidità, bordi
od oggetti acuminati, sostanze corrosive o ogni altra possibile causa di danno o deterioramento.
RESPONSABILITÀ

INFORMAZIONI SPECIFICHE
CAMPO DI APPLICAZIONE
Il casco marcato EN 12492 (vedere Tab.A) è destinato ad essere utilizzato per la protezione della testa contro il rischio
di cadute di oggetti durante la pratica dell'alpinismo, dell'arrampicata e altri sport verticali che utilizzano
tecniche similari.
Il casco marcato EN 1077/B (vedere Tab.A) è destinato ad essere utilizzato per la protezione della testa
contro il rischio di impatti in seguito a cadute dell'utilizzatore durante la pratica di sci alpino e snowboarding.
USO
Scelta del casco: il casco deve essere adatto all'utilizzo che intendete farne, come indicato in tabella A.
Regolazione: per assolvere al suo ruolo di protezione, il vostro casco deve essere indossato e fissato correttamente.
Prima di ogni utilizzo, effettuare le seguenti regolazioni:
1)Regolazione del girotesta [2]:
• Regolare il girotesta sulla taglia più grande.
• Mettere il casco sulla testa.
• Stringere il sistema per adattarlo alla misura della vostra testa, azionando il dispositivo di regolazione del girotesta
come indicato in fig.1.
2)Regolazione del cinghietto sottogola [3] e chiusura (fig.2).
3)Speed Comp: le imbottiture sono parte integrante del casco e al fine di garantire un'adeguata protezione, il casco
non deve essere utilizzato senza di essi o nel caso risultino danneggiati. L'imbottitura di ricambio frontale fornita è
sostituibile in base alla dimensione della testa (fig.4).
4)Controllo: controllare la buona tenuta del casco eseguendo dei rapidi movimenti con la testa dall'alto al basso e da
sinistra a destra: il casco deve rimanere in posizione.
Fissaggio della lampada frontale: la lampada frontale si fissa al casco inserendo l'elastico con il dispositivo di
fissaggio [5] (fig.3).
REVISIONE
Oltre al normale controllo visivo effettuato prima, durante e dopo ogni utilizzo, questo prodotto deve essere esaminato
da una persona competente con frequenza di 12 mesi, a partire dalla data del primo utilizzo del prodotto; la
registrazione di questa data e dei successivi controlli deve essere effettuata sulla scheda di vita del prodotto:
conservare la documentazione per il controllo e per riferimento per tutta la vita del prodotto. Controllare la leggibilità
delle marcature del prodotto.
In caso di uno dei seguenti difetti il prodotto deve essere messo fuori servizio:
• deformazione locale permanente a livello della calotta [1]
• presenza di fessure sulla superficie esterna o interna della calotta [1]
• rivettatura difettosa
In caso di uno dei seguenti difetti, la parte difettosa deve essere sostituita (tab.B)
• cattivo funzionamento del sistema di chiusura [4]
• cattivo funzionamento del sistema di regolazione del girotesta [2]
• assenza o cattivo stato dell'imbottitura [6]
• tagli o bruciature sulle cuciture o sulle fettucce.
Se l'articolo o uno dei suoi componenti mostrano segni d'usura o difetti, deve essere sostituito, anche solo in caso di
dubbio. Ogni elemento che fa parte del sistema di sicurezza può essere danneggiato durante una caduta e deve
dunque sempre essere esaminato prima di essere riutilizzato.
Ogni prodotto coinvolto in una grave caduta deve essere sostituito, in quanto può aver subito dei danni strutturali non
visibili ad occhio nudo.
DURATA DI VITA
La durata di vita è di 10 anni a partire dalla data del primo utilizzo del prodotto e, tenendo conto dello stoccaggio, non

STOCKAGE

INFORMATIONS SPÉCIFIQUES
CHAMP D'APPLICATION
Le casque marqué EN 12492 (voir tableau A) est destiné à protéger la tête contre les chutes d'objets lors de la pratique
de l'alpinisme, de l'escalade et d'autres sports verticaux utilisant des techniques similaires.
Le casque marqué EN 1077/B (voir tableau A) est destiné à être utilisé pour la protection de la tête contre le risque
d'impacts suite aux chutes de l'utilisateur pendant la pratique du ski alpin et du surf des neiges.
UTILISATION
Choix du casque: Le casque doit être adapté à votre activité et à votre tour de tête comme indiqué dans le tab.A.
Réglages: Pour remplir son rôle de protection, votre casque doit être fixé correctement à votre tête. Avant toute
utilisation, il convient d'effectuer les réglages suivants :
1)Réglage du tour de tête [2]:
• Régler le tour de tête sur la plus grande taille.
• Mettre le casque sur la tête.
• Resserrer le système pour l'adapter à votre tête en actionnant le dispositif de réglage comme indiqué fig.1.
2)Réglage de la position de la jugulaire [3] et fermeture (fig.2).
3)Speed Comp: les rembourrages sont partie intégrante du casque afin de garantir une protection adéquate: le
casque ne doit pas être utilisé sans eux ou s'ils sont endommagés. Le rembourrage avant de rechange fourni est
échangeable en fonction de la taille de la tête (fig.4).
4)Contrôle: contrôler la bonne tenue du casque en faisant de rapides mouvements de tête de haut en bas et de droite à
gauche : le casque doit rester en place.
Fixation de la frontale: la frontale se fixe en insérant l'élastique avec le dispositif de fixation [5] (fig.3).
REVISION
Outre le contrôle visuel normal fait avant, pendant et après chaque utilisation, ce produit doit être examiné par une
personne compétente tous les 12 mois, à compter de la date de la première utilisation du produit. L'enregistrement de
cette date et des contrôles successifs doit être effectué sur la fiche de durée de vie du produit: Conserver la notice
d'information pour le contrôle et en référence pour toute la durée de vie du produit. Contrôler la lisibilité des marquages
du produit.
Si un des défauts suivants apparaît, le produit doit être mis au rebut:
• déformation locale permanente au niveau de la calotte [1]
• présence de fissure sur la surface externe ou interne de la calotte [1]
• rivetage défectueux
Si un des défauts suivants apparaît, la partie défectueuse doit être changée (tab.B):
• mauvais fonctionnement du système de fermeture [4]
• mauvais fonctionnement du système de réglage du tour de tête [2]
• absence ou mauvais état du baudrier [6]
• coupure ou brûlure sur.
Si l'article ou un de ses composants, montre des signes d'usure ou des défauts, il doit être changé, même en cas de
doute seulement. Chaque élément faisant partie du système de sécurité peut être abîmé durant une chute et il doit donc
toujours être examiné avant d'être réutilisé. Tout produit, ayant subit une chute importante, doit être mis au rebut car il
peut avoir subit des dommages invisibles à l'œil nu.

novateurs. Ils sont conçus, testés et fabriqués selon un système qualité certifié pour vous apporter un matériel fiable et
performant. La présente notice est destinée à vous informer sur la bonne utilisation pour toute la durée de vie de votre
matériel: lisez, comprenez et conservez cette notice. En cas de perte, la notice est téléchargeable sur le site
www.camp.it. La déclaration de conformité UE est aussi téléchargeable sur ce site. Le revendeur doit fournir la notice
d'information dans la langue du pays de vente du produit.
UTILISATION
Ce produit ne doit être utilisé que par des personnes entraînées et compétentes ou bien sous la surveillance de
personnes entraînées et compétentes. Cette notice ne vous apprendra pas les techniques de l'escalade, de
l'alpinisme, ou de toute autre activité associée: vous devez avoir reçu une formation adaptée avant d'utiliser ce produit.
Grimper ou toute autre activité pour laquelle cet article puisse être utilisé, est dangereux en soi. Un mauvais choix, une
utilisation incorrecte ou un mauvais entretien du produit, peuvent provoquer des dommages, des blessures graves ou
la mort. L'utilisateur doit être médicalement apte et capable de maîtriser sa sécurité et les situations d'urgences. Le
produit doit être utilisé comme indiqué dans cette notice et ne doit en aucun cas être modifié. Il doit être utilisé avec
d'autres articles ayant des caractéristiques complémentaires en accord avec les normes européennes (EN) et en
tenant compte des limites de chaque pièce du matériel. Certaines utilisations incorrectes sont indiquées dans cette
notice mais il est impossible d'énumérer ou même d'imaginer toutes les utilisations incorrectes. Si possible, ce produit
doit être personnel.
ENTRETIEN
Nettoyage des parties textiles et plastiques: Laver exclusivement avec de l'eau et du savon neutre (température
maximum de 30°C) et laisser sécher naturellement loin des sources de chaleur directe. Nettoyage des parties en métal:
Laver à l'eau claire et essuyer. Température: Garder ce produit en dessous de 80°C. En cas contraire, les
caractéristiques du matériel pourraient être altérées. Agents chimiques: Rebuter le produit en cas de contact avec des
réactifs chimiques, solvants ou carburants qui pourraient altérer les caractéristiques du produit.
STOCKAGE
Conserver le produit non emballé dans un endroit sec, loin de la lumière et de sources de chaleur, de bords ou d'objets
coupants, de substances corrosives et de toute autre cause possible de dommage ou détérioration.
RESPONSABILITÉ
La société C.A.M.P. spa ou le distributeur, décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommage, de blessure ou de décès
provoqués par une mauvaise utilisation ou par un produit à marque CAMP modifié. Il est de la responsabilité de
l'utilisateur de bien comprendre et suivre les instructions de cette notice pour une utilisation correcte et sûre de chaque
produit fourni par ou par l'intermédiaire de C.A.M.P. spa, de l'utiliser seulement pour les activités pour lesquelles il a été
réalisé et d'appliquer toutes les procédures de sécurité. Avant l'utilisation de l'équipement, prendre toutes les
dispositions concernant la mise en oeuvre d'un éventuel sauvetage. Vous êtes personnellement responsables de vos
actes et de vos décisions: si vous n'êtes pas en mesure d'assumer les risques qui en découlent, n'utilisez pas cet
équipement.
GARANTIE 3 ANS
Ce produit est garanti pendant 3 ans à compter de la date d'achat, pour tout défaut de matière ou de
fabrication. La garantie ne couvre pas: l'usure normale, les modifications ou retouches, le mauvais stockage,
la corrosion, les dommages dus aux accidents et aux négligences, aux utilisations pour lesquelles ce produit
n'est pas destiné.
INFORMATIONS SPÉCIFIQUES
CHAMP D'APPLICATION
Le casque marqué EN 12492 (voir tableau A) est destiné à protéger la tête contre les chutes d'objets lors de la pratique
de l'alpinisme, de l'escalade et d'autres sports verticaux utilisant des techniques similaires.
Le casque marqué EN 1077/B (voir tableau A) est destiné à être utilisé pour la protection de la tête contre le risque
d'impacts suite aux chutes de l'utilisateur pendant la pratique du ski alpin et du surf des neiges.
UTILISATION
Choix du casque: Le casque doit être adapté à votre activité et à votre tour de tête comme indiqué dans le tab.A.
Réglages: Pour remplir son rôle de protection, votre casque doit être fixé correctement à votre tête. Avant toute
utilisation, il convient d'effectuer les réglages suivants :
1)Réglage du tour de tête [2]:
• Régler le tour de tête sur la plus grande taille.
• Mettre le casque sur la tête.
• Resserrer le système pour l'adapter à votre tête en actionnant le dispositif de réglage comme indiqué fig.1.
2)Réglage de la position de la jugulaire [3] et fermeture (fig.2).
3)Speed Comp: les rembourrages sont partie intégrante du casque afin de garantir une protection adéquate: le
casque ne doit pas être utilisé sans eux ou s'ils sont endommagés. Le rembourrage avant de rechange fourni est
échangeable en fonction de la taille de la tête (fig.4).
4)Contrôle: contrôler la bonne tenue du casque en faisant de rapides mouvements de tête de haut en bas et de droite à
gauche : le casque doit rester en place.
Fixation de la frontale: la frontale se fixe en insérant l'élastique avec le dispositif de fixation [5] (fig.3).
REVISION
Outre le contrôle visuel normal fait avant, pendant et après chaque utilisation, ce produit doit être examiné par une
personne compétente tous les 12 mois, à compter de la date de la première utilisation du produit. L'enregistrement de
cette date et des contrôles successifs doit être effectué sur la fiche de durée de vie du produit: Conserver la notice
d'information pour le contrôle et en référence pour toute la durée de vie du produit. Contrôler la lisibilité des marquages
du produit.
Si un des défauts suivants apparaît, le produit doit être mis au rebut:
• déformation locale permanente au niveau de la calotte [1]
• présence de fissure sur la surface externe ou interne de la calotte [1]
• rivetage défectueux
Si un des défauts suivants apparaît, la partie défectueuse doit être changée (tab.B):
• mauvais fonctionnement du système de fermeture [4]
• mauvais fonctionnement du système de réglage du tour de tête [2]
• absence ou mauvais état du baudrier [6]
• coupure ou brûlure sur.
Si l'article ou un de ses composants, montre des signes d'usure ou des défauts, il doit être changé, même en cas de
doute seulement. Chaque élément faisant partie du système de sécurité peut être abîmé durant une chute et il doit donc
toujours être examiné avant d'être réutilisé. Tout produit, ayant subit une chute importante, doit être mis au rebut car il
peut avoir subit des dommages invisibles à l'œil nu.
DUREE DE VIE

La durée de vie est de 10 ans à partir de la date de la première utilisation du produit et, compte tenu du
stockage, celle-ci ne peut en aucun cas se prolonger au-delà de la fin de la douzième année à compter de la
fabrication (ex. année de fabrication 2018, durée de vie jusqu'à la fin 2030). La durée de vie doit être
considérée en absence de causes de mise au rebut et à condition d'effectuer des contrôles périodiques au
moins une fois tous les 12 mois à partir de la date de la première utilisation du produit et d'enregistrer les résultats dans
la fiche de durée de vie du produit. Les facteurs suivants font exception et peuvent réduire la durée de vie du produit:
utilisation intense, dommages causés à des composants du produit, contact avec des substances chimiques,
températures élevées, abrasions, coupures, chocs violents, mauvaises utilisations et conservation. En cas de doute
quant à la sécurité offerte par ce produit, contacter la société C.A.M.P. spa ou le distributeur.
TRANSPORT Protéger le produit des risques énoncés ci-dessus.

Die Europäische Konformitätskennzeichnung kann von dieser Internetseite heruntergeladen werden. Der
Wiederverkäufer muss die Gebrauchsanweisung in der jeweiligen Sprache des Landes zur Verfügung stellen, in dem
das Produkt verkauft wird.
VERWENDUNG
Diese Ausrüstung darf nur von ausgebildeten und kompetenten Personen oder unter Aufsicht dieser Personen
verwendet werden. Diese Gebrauchsanleitung dient nicht zum Erlernen der Techniken des Kletterns, des Bergsteigens
oder damit verbundener Tätigkeiten: Bevor Sie diese Ausrüstung verwenden, müssen Sie eine ausreichende
Ausbildung erhalten haben. Klettern oder jede andere Aktivität, für die dieses Produkt verwendet werden kann, ist
potentiell gefährlich. Jede falsche Anwendung bzw. Verwendung oder eine unsachgemäße Wartung der Produkte
kann Schäden verursachen, die zu schweren Verletzungen oder zu tödlichen Unfällen führen können. Der Verwender
muss demnach in der Lage und fähig sein, seine eigene Sicherheit zu verantworten und in Notsituationen sachgemäß
zu handeln. Das Produkt darf ausschließlich wie nachstehend beschrieben benützt und nicht abgeändert werden. Es
darf nur zusammen mit anderen, den Europäischen Normen (EN) entsprechenden Vorrichtungen verwendet werden,
wobei auf den beschränkten Anwendungsbereich jedes einzelnen Teils zu achten ist. In dieser Gebrauchsanweisung
sind einige Beispiele der falschen Anwendung dargestellt, aber die Missbrauchsmöglichkeiten sind so zahlreich, dass
sie in ihrer Gesamtheit nicht aufgezeigt bzw. aufgezählt werden können. Dieses Produkt sollte ausschließlich zum
persönlichen Gebrauch bestimmt werden.
WARTUNG
Reinigung der Textil- und Plastikteile: Spülen Sie die Einzelteile nur mit weichem Wasser und Neutralseife. Verwenden
Sie eine maximale Wassertemperatur von 30° C und lassen Sie die Materialien auf natürliche Weise, fern von direkten
Wärmequellen, trocknen. Reinigung der Metallteile: Spülen Sie die Teile nur mit weichem Wasser und trocknen Sie sie
ab. Temperatur: Damit die Leistungsfähigkeit und die Sicherheit dieses Produktes nicht beeinträchtigt werden, sollte es
Temperaturen über 80° C nicht ausgesetzt werden. Chemische Substanzen: Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht mehr,
wenn es mit chemischen Substanzen, Lösungsmitteln oder Kraftstoffen in Berührung gekommen ist, die die
Eigenschaften des Produktes beeinträchtigt haben könnten.
LAGERUNG
Bewahren Sie das Produkt unverpackt an einem kühlen, trockenen und dunklen Ort auf, fernab von Wärmequellen,
hoher Feuchtigkeit, scharfen Kanten, spitzen Gegenständen, Korrosionsmitteln oder anderen möglichen
Schadensquellen.
VERANTWORTUNG
Die Aktiengesellschaft C.A.M.P. spa und die Wiederverkäufer haften nicht für Schäden, Verletzungen oder
tödliche Unfälle, die auf unsachgemäße Anwendung oder auf die Verwendung von abgeänderten Produkt der Marke
CAMP zurückzuführen sind. Es obliegt der Verantwortung des Benutzers bzw. der Benutzerin, sich anhand der
Gebrauchsanweisung mit den C.A.M.P. spa -Produkten vertraut zu machen und sich zu vergewissern, dass, das
Produkt nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck verwendet wird und dass alle Sicherheitsvorkehrungen getroffen worden
sind. Bevor Sie diese Ausrüstung verwenden, müssen Sie erwägen, wie eine eventuelle Rettungsaktion im Notfall in
aller Sicherheit und mit größter Wirksamkeit durchgeführt werden kann. Sie sind persönlich für Ihre Handlungen und
Entscheidungen verantwortlich. Wenn Sie nicht in der Lage sind, die daraus entstehenden Risiken zu tragen, sollten
Sie diese Ausrüstungsgegenstände nicht benützen.
DREI JAHRE GARANTIE
Auf alle Material- und Fabrikationsfehler haben Sie bei diesem Produkt eine Garantie von drei Jahren ab Kaufdatum.
Ausgenommen von der Garantie sind: der normale Verschleiß, Abänderungen oder Nachbesserungen,
Korrosionserscheinungen, Schäden aufgrund von Unfällen oder Nachlässigkeit sowie der Gebrauch des Produktes für
nicht vorgesehene Einsatzbereiche.
PRODUKTSPEZIFISCHE INFORMATIONEN
ANWENDUNGSBEREICH
Der mit EN 12492 markierte Helm (siehe Tabelle A) dient dem Schutz des Kopfes gegen die Gefahr von fallenden
Gegenständen während des Bergsteigens, Kletterns und anderen vertikalen Sportarten, die ähnliche Techniken
verwenden.
Der mit EN 1077/B markierte Helm (siehe Tabelle A) dient dem Schutz des Kopfes gegen die Gefahr von Aufprällen als
Folge von Stürzen des Benutzers während der Ausübung von Alpinski und Snowboarden.
VERWENDUNG
Helmwahl: Der Helm muss für den vorgesehenen Verwendungszweck geeignet sein. Siehe Tabelle A.
Anpassung: Damit der Helm seine Schutzfunktion erfüllen kann, muss er richtig angelegt und befestigt werden. Vor
jeder Verwendung müssen folgende Anpassungen vorgenommen werden:
1)Kopfriemen-Verstellvorrichtung [2]:
• Den Kopfriemen auf die weiteste Größe einstellen
• Den Schutzhelm aufsetzen.
• Das System mithilfe der Verstellvorrichtung festziehen, wie in Abb.1 dargestellt, bis es Ihrem Kopfumfang
entspricht.
2)Einstellung des Kinnriemens [3] und des Verschlusses (Abb.2)
3)Speed Comp: Die Polster sind ein Bestandteil des Schutzhelms und dieser darf zur Gewährleistung eines
angemessenen Schutzes ohne sie, oder falls sie beschädigt sind, nicht benutzt werden. Das mitgelieferte
stirnseitige Ersatzpolster ist je nach Kopfgröße auswechselbar (Abb.4).
4)Kontrolle: den richtigen Sitz des Helms prüfen, indem Sie den Kopf schnell von oben nach unten und von links nach
rechts bewegen: der Helm darf dabei nicht verrutschen.
Befestigung der Stirnlampe: die Stirnlampe wird durch Einführen des Gummibands mit der Befestigungsvorrichtung
[5] (Abb.3) am Helm angebracht.
ÜBERPRÜFUNG
Dieses Produkt ist neben der normalen Sichtkontrolle, die es vor, während und nach jedem Einsatz auszuführen gilt,
alle 12 Monate, d.h. ab dem Ersteinsatzdatum des Produkts, durch eine Fachperson überprüfen zu lassen. Dieses
