LIFETIME GUARANTEE
CANADA BILLIARD is pleased to offer an unsurpassed LIFETIME GUARANTEE TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER
against defects in material and workmanship, provided installation and/or service is performed by an
Authorized Dealer or a factory-approved installer. Cloth, pockets and rail cushions are not covered under
this guarantee. CANADA BILLIARD warrants that those specific parts are to be free from defects at date
of installation.
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE THROUGH AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OR REPRESENTATIVE. Parts returned
for warranty service are to be shipped «prepaid». Those parts found to be defective will be repaired or
replaced by CANADA BILLIARD at its sole discretion, and returned «prepaid» by conventional surface
freight carrier. Any costs or charges required to disassemble, prepare for return and reassemble will be
the sole reponsibility of the owner. This guarantee does not imply the replacement of the entire pool table
but does cover the replacement or repair of such parts that may prove to be defective.
Replacement or repair of defective parts shall
constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations of
CANADA BILLIARD with respect to product guarantee.
CANADA BILLIARD shall under no circumstances incur
liabilitities for any consequential damages arising out
of any condition of the pool table, including but not
limited to, damages arising from the use or loss of use
of the product.
There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. No other express or
implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular use, whether oral or written, shall apply
to the product. CANADA BILLIARD neither assumes nor authorizes, any person to assume on CANADA
BILLIARD’s behalf, any other obligation or liability in connection with the product.
This guarantee does not apply to damage resulting from transit, moving, abuse, misuse, accident,
alteration, neglect, climatic conditions, normal wear and tear, fire, flood, earthquake or any other natural
calamity. Billiard tables used in an institutional or commercial application are not covered by this
g uar antee.
CANADA BILLIARD reserves the right to improve any product through changes in design or materials
without obligation to incorporate such changes in products of prior manufacture. This warranty is personal
and non-transferable to subsequent owners of the table. CANADA BILLIARD’s obligation hereunder is void
if the table is not installed and serviced by an authorized CANADA BILLIARD’s Dealer or Representative.

Fasten the 3/8"-16 x 3"
threaded bolts in the
long frames.
6 With 3/8"-16 x 1 3/4" bolts and
7/16" washers, slightly tighten the
cross pieces to the long frames.

2 Unwrap legs and unscrew leg levellers
for about 1/2".
1 Place the hardware on a clean surface.
5 Slightly tighten the long frames to the
short frames using 3/8"-16
hex nuts and 7/16" washers.
3 Place on the ground, on a clean surface, the 4 frame
pieces and the 3 cross pieces.

8 Fix all pieces.
12 Push the outside slate pieces towards the middle
piece. Check the level of each section.
10 Find the highest corner. Adjust the level
of the table by unscrewing the levellers
on the other legs.
Loosely fasten the long cross pieces to the short
cross piece with the 3/8"-16 x 3 1/2" bolt,
the 7/16" flat washers and the 3/8" weld nuts.
11 Position the middle section of slate on the cross
pieces and sills. Center it on the base frame.
Place the two end sections matching the
half circle on the slate (A).
9 While raising one end of the assembled base frame,
slide underneath and fix one leg with 3/8"-16 x 3"
bolt and 7/16" flat washers. Repeat for other leg.

18 Staple 4" on center of one end of the table.
16 Cut 1 1/2" wide strip of cloth. Spray adhesive on
all pocket entries. Spray adhesive on one side of
the cloth strips and glue one to each pocket entry.
14 Using the wedges, adjust joints so that the two
surfaces are equal. Unscrew and screw in as needed.
Check the level.
17 Place the cloth over the slate with
tag "playing surface" on top.
15 Fill the joint with slate joint wax,
"plasco" ciment or light body filler.
13 Pre-drill with a 5/32" dia. drill bit the fixing
slate and fix the 3 section slate in 12 points
with screws #14 2 1/2".

24 Cut 5 to 6 slits at the 4 corner pocket cuts out.
Stretch and staple under the pocket cuts out. Repeat
for each corner by stretching the cloth.
22 Pull and staple under the slate frame.
Stretch cloth tightly to the opposite side pocket,
cut and staple.
20 Pulling tightly toward #1, staple approx. 4".
Repeat for #2, #3 and #4.

21 Cut 5 to 6 slits on one of the center pockets.
23 Pulling toward #1, staple approx. 4". Repeat for #2.
Repeat for each of the corner pockets.
19 Pulling toward #2, staple on #2. Repeat for #3.
Pulling tightly toward #4, staple approx. 4".
Repeat for #5 and #6.

30 Proceed the same way
for all rails.
28 Place the dowels pins 5/8" x 2". Place
the A part in one of the holes and screw
the B part into the A part.
26 Locate rail attachment holes and cut clearance
on cloth with a sharp knife (approx. 1/2" dia).
29 Fasten the end rail #1 to the side rail #2.
Place the C part on B rod and turn the
threaded sphere with the small key
provided to tighten the assembly.
27 Use counter bolts to
assemble the rails.
25 Stretch and staple all sides.
Cut excess of cloth.

36 Carefully turn the rail and apron assembly
over and install by aligning the threaded
bolts with the openings made in the cloth.
34 Adjust and tighten
the screws.
32 Put together the panels' frame
following the numeral order.
35 Screw the frame onto the bands
using #8 x 1 1/4" wood screws.
33 Assemble the frame using 1/4"-20 x 1 1/2"
machine screws and 5/16" flat washers.
31 Screw the 3/8"-16 x 3 full threaded
rods into the rails.

40 Fasten the leather straps under the slate
slabs with #8 1/2" screws.
38 Align the side rails and
tighten all the rails.
39 Nail the pockets. Make sure all the surface
covers the rails. Screw the leather pocket
strips the framed slate with #7 x 1/2".
37 Secure the rails with 3/8" tooth lock washers
and 3/8"-16 hexagon nuts on threaded rods
(make sure the nut is not cross-threated).
