Congratulations on choosing our product! Please read all of this instruction manual carefully and
keep it safe for future reference.This manual contains all the necessary information for safe
installation and operation of this product.
This equipment is produced in accordance with CE standards and conforms to international
standard DMX512. It can be operated in Master or Slave in phase control. This product is ideal for
use with large architectural applications,entertainment, theatre,indoor or outdoor stages, etc.
On receiving this product, please carefully check that there has been no damage caused in
transportation and that the following are enclosed:

SECTION 3: SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Every person involved with installation and maintenance of this device must be qualified
and follow the instructions of this manual
FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, PLEASE READ THIS USER MANUAL CAREFULLY
BEFORE OPERATION
CAUTION:
ØKeep this device away from rain and moisture!
ØUnplug mains lead before opening the housing!
ØAlways operate the equipment as described in the user manual
ØWith a high voltage you can suffer a dangerous electric shock when touching the
wires!
ØThis device has left our premises in absolutely perfect condition. In order to maintain this
condition and to ensure safe operation, it is absolutely necessary for the user to follow
the safety instructions and warning notes in this manual.
IMPORTANT:
ØThe manufacturer will not accept liability for any resulting damages caused by the non-
observance of this manual or any unauthorized modification to the device.
ØPlease consider that damages caused by manual modifications to the device are not
subject to warranty.
ØNever allow the power-cable to come into contact with other cables! Always handle the
power-cable and all electrical wiring and connections particular caution!
ØMake sure that the supplied voltage is not higher than stated on the rear panel.
ØAlways ensure that the power-plug is securely connected. Make sure that the power-
switch is set to OFF-position before you connect the device to the mains. The power-

plug and power-plug must be accessible after installing the device.
ØMake sure that the power-cord is never cut or damaged by sharp edges. It is good
practice to check the equipment and power-cable from time to time.
ØNever pull out the power-plug by tugging the power-cord.
ØThis device falls under protection class I. Therefore it is essential to connect the
yellow/green conductor to Earth.
ØElectrical connections, repairs and servicing must be carried out by a qualified
professional.
ØDo not connect this device with a dimmer pack.
ØDo not switch the fixture on and off in short intervals as this will reduce the lamp`s life.
ØDuring the initial start-up some smoke or smell may be given out. This is a normal
process and does not necessarily mean that the device is defective.
ØDo not touch the device`s housing with bare hands during its operation (housing
becomes very hot)!
ØWhen replacing lamps and fuses, always use the same type and rating as specified in
this user manual.
CAUTION :
AVOID EYE DAMAGE! POWERFUL LIGHT SOURCE!
SECTION 4: GETTING STARTED
ØDO NOT turn on the equipment without the lamp.
ØPrevent shaking. Avoid strong vibration when the equipment is installed.
ØThe minimum distance from the equipment to the illuminated object must be over 2
meters and over 0.5 meters from any combustible surface.
ØConfirm the fixture is installed securely.
ØMake sure the equipment is fixed and all the screws are fastened
ØThe maximum operating temperature is 40 degrees Celcius.
ØBefore operating the equipment please make sure that you have cleared all functions.
Lots of damage is caused by unprofessional operation.
ØWhen the lamp is broken or the shape is changed by high temperature, please change the
lamp.
ØPlease use the original packaging to transport the equipment
ØWe cannot accept responsibility and the guarrantee does not cover any damage caused by
operation that is not in accordance with the user manual.

SECTION 5:
1. When replacing lamp always turn off the unit and disconnect the power
2. Remove the four screws from the lamp access plate (as shown in fig.1)
3. Remove the screws labeled D & E (as shown in fig.2)
4. Carefully remove the lamp holder
5. Remove the old / damaged lamp
6. Carefully insert the new lamp
WHEN REPLACING LAMP, DO NOT ALLOW YOUR HANDS TO COME INTO
CONTACT WITH THE LAMP GLASS.
(If hands come into contact with the lamp, wipe clean with a dry cloth)
7. Replace the lamp holder with new lamp
8. Insert the screws D & E
9. Replace the lamp access plate and insert the four screws
10. Connect the power and test the new lamp

Remove the lamp cover by turning screws D & E
Turn screws A, B & C anti-clockwise to
reduce the diameter of the light beam.
Turn screws A, B & C clockwise to increase
the diameter of the light beam.
Turn screw C to adjust vertical position.
Turn screws A & B to adjust horizontal position.

SECTION 6: SECURING THE FIXTURE
STANDING UPRIGHT
When standing upright this fixture can be permanently secured using the attachment holes
that are in the base of the unit. Please be sure to always position the fixture on a solid
surface that can withstand 10 times the weight of the unit.
TRUSS HANGING
When hanging the fixture from a truss, it is important that the truss can hold at least 10 times
the weight of the fixture. There are three M10 attachment holes on the base of the fixture,
these are used to attach 2/3 clamps to secure to the truss (NOTE: ALWAYS USE TWO OR
MORE CLAMPS).
ALWAYS USE A SAFETY CABLE WHEN HANGING FIXTURE FROM A TRUSS

SECTION 8: DMX512 CONNECTIONS
Use control cable (XLR-XLR) from DMX512 controller's DMX output port and
connect to the equipment's input port. Connect the first equipment's output port to the
second equipment's input port. Uses the same method to connect the following equipment.
On the output port of the last piece of equipment the circuit plug (found in the spare parts)
must be connected.
SECTION 7: POWER CONNECTIONS
ØBefore operation of this fixture, please confirm that the supply voltage is the same as
specified on this fixture.
ØThe earth wire must always be connected during operation of this unit.
ØWiring connections should be done correctly and in accordance with the standard in your
local area.

Attention:
ØThe last equipment 's DMX signal output must be connected with a circuit plug.
ØConnect one 120 Ohm resistor to the 3-pin plug's signal(-) and signal(+). Connect to the
last equipment's output DMX signal port.
ØIf you use the standard DMX console, you can use the DMX signal cable connect the
DMX console's output port to the first equipment's DMX input port. If you need connect
the DMX512 console to XLR output port, you need a transform cable.

The transform of the controller line of 3 pins and 5 pins (plug and socket)
If the DMX512 signal cable is over 150m, it is recommended to use a signal amplifier to
operate correctly. (when using audio or microphone cable a signal amplifier is needed for
over 100m).
SECTION 9: CONTROL DIP SWITCH SETTINGS
DMX512 MODE
Switch 11 & 12 are OFF
MASTER MODE
Switch 11 is ON, switch 12 is OFF
SLAVE MODE
Switch 11 is OFF, switch 12 is ON
When used with DMX512, the DMX ADDRESS is set using the first 10 DIP switches
