Parts Required: (1) Air Filter, (1) Atomizer, (1) CO2 In-Line Filter, (1) HEPA
Filter, (1) Silicone Lubricant
Tools Required: Drill, Phillips Screwdriver Bit, Ratchet, 5/8″ Socket, Ladder,
Flathead Screwdriver (may be necessary)
Parts included in Preventative Maintenance Kit for Model 6046 are shown below.

1. Remove air filter cover by pulling outward on both sides near bottom as shown
below.

HEPA FILTER AND ATOMIZER IN MODEL 6046

2. Slide air filter out of air filter cover and discard as shown below.
3. Install new air filter with seam next to angled edge of air filter cover as shown
below. Note: Orient cardboard side of air filter towards chamber.
4. Install air filter cover with angled edge at top while aligning air filter with guide
tracks on both sides and snap into place as shown below. Note: Right side is
shown in photos.

1. Turn off chamber and unplug power cord.
2. Remove (3) screws in top access panel along front of chamber using Phillips
screwdriver bit as shown below. Note: Retain screws.
3. Remove top access panel by sliding towards front of chamber until (3) tabs on
each side are released as shown below.
4. Loosen (2) clamps as shown below. Note: Clamps may be colored different than
shown.

Disconnect electrical power before removing top access panel.

5. Remove and discard old CO2 in-line filter by twisting and pulling filter out of
tubing assembly.
6. Install new CO2 in-line filter into tubing assembly.
7. Tighten (2) clamps.
Note: Photos may have a different appearance depending on chamber options.
1. Loosen (2) clamps as shown below. Note: Retain clamps. Clamps may be colored
different than shown.
2. Remove and discard old HEPA filter by twisting and pulling filter out of tubing
assembly.
3. Install new HEPA filter into tubing assembly with small diameter HEPA filter
connector facing towards front of chamber. Note: Silicone lubricant may be
needed to install HEPA filter into tubing.
4. Secure HEPA filter assembly with (2) retained clamps.
1. Reinstall top access panel by sliding towards rear of chamber until (3) tabs on
each side are engaged.
2. Secure top access panel along front of chamber with retained (3) screws using
Phillips screwdriver bit.

1. Remove shelves from chamber.
2. Remove shelf channels located near top of chamber if necessary.
3. Remove false floor from chamber by pulling access port upwards while bending
edges downward as shown below.
4. Remove (4) screws securing intake diffuser using Phillips screwdriver bit as shown
below. Note: Retain screws.
5. Remove intake diffuser by pulling towards front of chamber.
6. Remove (2) screws securing drip pan using Phillips screwdriver bit as shown
below. Note: Retain screws.

7. Pull drip pan downward to expose atomizer. Note: If necessary use flathead
screwdriver to pry drip pan down.
8. Remove and discard old atomizer using 5/8″ socket as shown below.
9. Install new atomizer as shown below. Note: Atomizer is orientated to point
towards front left corner of chamber.
10.Reinstall drip pan. Note: If necessary use flathead screwdriver to install drip pan.
11.Secure drip pan with retained (2) screws using Phillips screwdriver bit.
12.Align tabs on intake diffuser with drip pan.
13.Secure intake diffuser with retained (4) screws using Phillips screwdriver bit.
14.Reinstall false floor.
15.Reinstall shelf channels.
16.Reinstall shelves.
17.Continue to instructions for replacing additional accessory preventative
maintenance items if applicable or plug in power cord and turn on chamber.
