Parts Required: (1) Air Filter, (4) Velcro Discs, (2) Atomizers
Tools Required: Ladder, Phillips Screwdriver, (2) 8″ Crescent Wrenches
Parts included in Preventative Maintenance Kit for Model 7000-50 are shown below.
Note: Photos may have a different appearance depending on chamber options.
1. Turn off chamber and unplug power cord.
2. Remove (2) screws on both sides of control panel bezel using Phillips screwdriver
as shown below. Note: Retain screws.
3. Lift control panel bezel up and prop open using support arms on both sides as
shown below.

Disconnect electrical power before opening control panel bezel.

4. Unfasten (4) Velcro connections on air filter and discard filter as shown below.
Note: Remove and discard any Velcro discs with loops that may still be attached
to hook discs located on condenser and replace hook discs as needed.
5. Attach new Velcro discs with loops to hook discs on condenser corners with
adhesive facing outwards as shown below.
6. Center new air filter with condenser edges as shown below and press into place
with cardboard side towards condenser. Note: Once adhesive has touched air
filter it cannot be adjusted.

7. Lower control panel bezel by disengaging support arms on both sides. Note:
Verify wiring harnesses are clear of control panel bezel.
8. Secure control panel bezel with retained (2) screws using Phillips screwdriver.
Note: Silver screw fastens left side of control panel bezel and black screw fastens
right side.

1. Remove (5) screws on electrical access panel using Phillips screwdriver as shown
below. Note: Retain screws.

2. Remove electrical access panel by sliding towards center of chamber until (2) tabs
on left side are released as shown below.
3. Remove (5) screws on refrigeration access panel by using Phillips screwdriver as
shown below. Note: Retain screws.
4. Remove refrigeration access panel by sliding towards center of chamber until (2)
tabs on right side are released.

5. Remove plenum lid access panel by removing (2) screws using Phillips screwdriver
as shown below. Note: Retain screws.
6. Disengage (7) latches on plenum lid by folding down and turning
counterclockwise until latch is released as shown below. Note: Turn each latch
clockwise to close after releasing catch before removing plenum lid.

7. Remove plenum lid and set aside.
8. Remove and discard old atomizers using (2) 8″crescent wrenches as shown below.
9. Install new atomizers.
10.Install plenum lid by turning (7) latches clockwise and fold up. Note: Turn each
latch counterclockwise to open before installing plenum lid.
11.Install plenum lid access panel by tilting panel and sliding under bezel.
12.Secure plenum lid access panel with retained (2) screws using Phillips screwdriver.
13.Install electrical access panel by sliding until (2) tabs on left side are engaged.
14.Secure electrical access panel with retained (5) screws using Phillips screwdriver.
15.Install refrigeration access panel by sliding until (2) tabs on right side are engaged.
16.Secure refrigeration access panel with retained (5) screws using Phillips
screwdriver.
17.Continue to instructions for replacing additional accessory preventative
maintenance items if applicable or plug in power cord and turn on chamber.
18.Reset air filter and atomizer alerts by pressing Settings button on right side of
Home screen as shown below.

19.Press Maint. button as shown below.
20.Press Reset buttons for Replace air filter and Replace atomizers as shown below.
21.Press Home button as shown below.
