Max Load: 850DaN
1 Fit the head to the bar by inserting
the split pin into the smaller hole
in the bar.*
2 Insert the cap screw and hand tighten
with the allen key provided.**
3 Loosen the screw on the moving arm
to enable it to slide onto the bar.
NOTES:
* THE MATING FACES MUST BE KEPT CLEAN AND FREE FROM DAMAGE.
**DO NOT USE AN EXTENSION BAR ON THE ALLEN KEY TO TIGHTEN THE CAP SCREW OTHERWISE
THE INTERNAL THREADS IN THE BAR ARE LIKELY TO STRIP. IN THE EVENT THAT THIS THREAD
DOES GET DAMAGED IT CAN BE REPLACED; REMOVE THE DAMAGED HELICOIL AND REPLACE
IT WITH A NEW ONE - SEE PART No C301247 BELOW.
*THE CLAMP MUST NOT BE ASSEMBLED / USED WITHOUT THE SPLIT PIN IN PLACE. IF THE PIN IS
DAMAGED / MISSING THEN REPLACE WITH SPARES PART No C301248 BELOW.

1 Fit the head to the bar by inserting
