The Cascade
Auto Clamp™
is a multiple-function
attachment designed to handle without damage
bilge or butt rolls of Print, Kraft, Linerboard or
Tissue for transport, staging, stacking, and van
trailer or boxcar loading and unloading (breakout).
The
Auto Clamp™
detects load slippage and
automatically adjusts clamping pressure. An
operator display graphically indicates clamped,
unclamped, or system fault. The attachment
rotates through 360 degrees and has a
positionable short arm.
About this Guide – The information in this Guide
contains information specifically about the
Auto
Clamp's™
use. It is intended to simplify operator
understanding about effective and safe use and
operation. Read this information thoroughly before
operating the attachment. Be sure you know and
understand all operating procedures and safety
precautions. If you have any questions, or don’t
understand a procedure, ask your supervisor.
Emphasize Safety!
Most accidents are caused by
operator carelessness or misjudgment. You must
watch for hazardous situations and correct them.

feature has been disabled.
• Flashing red –
System is in diagnostic mode.
Check Troubleshooting Codes
Use the troubleshooting codes shown on the lower part of
the driver's display to determine problem and clear fault.
If fault cannot be cleared, use override button on driver's
display to determine if
Auto Clamp™
system is working
(see next page).
