Thank you for purchasing your Cater-Brew high performance
commercial coffee grinder. In order to ensure safe operation,
you are advised to read to this manual carefully to fully
understand the features, installation & operational details of
this equipment.

1.Press on/off to switch the grinder on.
2.Adjust the scale regulator to adjust the grind of the coffee
beans to the preferred consistency.
3.Fill the bean hopper with coffee beans.
4.Put the hopper cover on the hopper.
5.After you have finished using the machine turn it off.

1.Remove the hopper and hopper cover.
2.Remove the rotary (see part 4). Turn in an anti clockwise
direction.
3.Remove the underside blade (see part 5).
4.Clean inside and the inside of the hopper.
5.Reassemble the grinder once you have finished cleaning.

CIRCUIT PICTURE
The motor doesn’t work - Check that part 6 is not damaged.
Check the over current protector is not damaged.
Repair 1: replace the on/off switch.
Repair 2: Turn off the switch, clean the grinding area. Make sure
there is nothing blocking the motor. After checking re-assemble and
ensure the parts are fitted correctly. Press the over current protector
to run the motor and test it.

1.If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer.
2.When maintaining or troubleshooting, please take the plug
out of the socket to avoid risk of touching the on/off switch.
Please do not dispose electrical equipment as ordinary waste.

when you have finished using this product, please dispose of
it at your local waste collection or recycling centre in the area
reserved for electrical equipment. Contact your local authority
to find the nearest waste collection centre.
