Per il montaggio del mobile vaso,
contenente il Mini-Separatore, seguire le istruzioni
del manuale "Mobile vaso".
Funzionamento (fig. 1)
Ilfluidoaspirato deveessere filtrato(passaggio 0,8mm) e
convogliato al Mini-Separatore (fig.1 part.
A ) con una
lieve pendenza, che faciliterà il buon funzionamento.

Segnali ed avvisi
• Pericolo di scosse elettriche, anche la 230 V può risultare mortale
• Pericolo biologico, infezioni da malattie epidemiche
• Alta temperatura
• Segnale generico di pericolo
• Direzione obbligatoria del flusso o del senso di rotazione
Non sempre è possibile esprimere con un segnale gli avvisi di pericolo e le indicazioni
ritenute obbligatorie, è perciò necessario che l’utilizzatore legga gli avvisi e li tenga in
debito conto. Non rispettare un segnale od un avviso può arrecare danno all’operatore
od alla macchina.
Non si debbono rimuovere le protezioni, non si deve mai modificare la struttura od il
funzionamento della macchina o dell’impianto.
Avvertenze generali e rischio biologico
• Per qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione indossare: guanti, occhiali, mascheri-
na e grembiule monouso.
Il liquido è infetto e contaminante per le malattie infettive.
Prima di ogni intervento su apparecchi usati, effettuare alcuni lavaggi con Puli-Jet plus.
Sconnettere l'apparecchio dallarete elettricadell'ambiente elucchettare ilsezionatore
se previsto.
La pompa di drenaggio mette in pressione il liquido aspirato e lo spinge in scarico,
in
caso di rottura del tubo o degliapparecchi in pressione siaggrava perciò ilrischio
biologico.
Avvertenze
L’installatore si prenderà cura di istruire il personale dello studio con prove pratiche
a macchina nuova e non contaminata.
L’installazione del Mini-Separatore è riservata ai tecnici del settore dentale autorizzati
dalla casa costruttrice.
Manutenzione e controlli periodici riservati ai tecnici autorizzati
Cortocircuitare le sonde C e H e controllare che si verifichi:
• l’arresto del gruppo aspirante negli impianti monostudio;
• la chiusura della valvola elettropneumatica negli impianti centralizzati;
• l’intervento della pompa di drenaggio in entrambi i casi.
Cortocircuitare le sonde Ce verificare che entri in funzione la pompa di drenaggio.
Premendo il pulsante F(quando è presente) si mette in funzione la pompa di drenaggio.
Togliere il coperchio Destrarre la pompa di drenaggio, accertarsi del funzionamento
e pulire la sede prima di riposizionarla.
Controllare irelè e tutti iparticolarisoggettiadusura.Per ogni sostituzioneusarericambi
originali.

Controllare i tubi chetrasportanoiliquidiaspirati, edinparticolare iltrattodopola pompa
di drenaggio; riscontrando screpolature o piccole fessurazioni, anche molto superficiali,
ne consigliamo la sostituzione.
Accertarsi che gli addetti alla pulizia e disinfezione dell’impianto di aspirazione, ricordino
bene i loro compiti ed usino i prodotti e le metodiche consigliate, l’istruzione del perso-
nale dello studio, per la manutenzione giornaliera, è compito del tecnico che ha la
responsabilità della manutenzione generale.
Non modificare gli apparecchi od il loro funzionamento.
Manutenzione riservata al personale di studio
• Pericolo di scosse elettriche, anche la 230 V può risultare mortale
• Pericolo biologico, infezioni da malattie epidemiche
Attenersialleraccomandazioni indicatealcapitolo“Avvertenzegeneralie rischio biologico”
ed alle raccomandazioni esposte per i controlli tecnici.
Dopo ogni intervento chirurgico ed a seguito di interventi particolarmente lunghi, risciac-
quare abbondantemente l’impianto aspirando acqua pulita. Alla fine di ogni giornata
lavorativa, detergere e disinfettare l’impianto aspirando, con Pulse Cleaner, una solu-
zione di Puli-Jet plus diluito in acqua calda (+ 50°C) come da istruzioni e sostituire i filtri
sporchi.Al mattino prima di iniziare il lavoro assicurarsi che nel filtro secreti sia presente
l’antischiumogeno sanitizzante. L’uso di prodotti non consigliati dal fabbricante può
compromettere il buon funzionamento dell’impianto e causare guasti.
Qualsiasi intervento di riparazione, assistenza, ecc. deve essere eseguito da tecnici
esperti autorizzati dal fabbricante.
Avvisi importanti
• Gli apparecchi sono in garanzia per un anno dalla data di vendita, a condizione che si
ritorniallacasacostruttriceiltalloncinodigaranziaconindicato:datadivendita,venditore
e cliente utilizzatore.
• Lagaranziaelaresponsabilitàdelfabbricantedecadonoquandogliapparecchivengono
trattaticonprodotti non idoneiodiversi da quelliindicatidalcostruttore,utilizzatiinmodo
scorretto, e quando vengono manomessi con interventi di qualsiasi natura da persone
non autorizzate dal fabbricante.

Trasporto di apparecchi usati
• Prima di imballare, detergere e disinfettare con PULI-JET Plus (vedi capitolo “Manu-
tenzione riservata al personale di studio”).
• Chiudere l'apparecchio in sacco di polietilene ed imballare in cartone a tre onde.

Signals and warnings
• Electrical shock risk: also 230 V can be lethal
• Biological danger, risk of infections from epidemic diseases
• High temperature
• General danger sign
• Compulsory direction of flow or rotation
Warning signs cannot always fully express danger warnings, therefore it is necessary
that the user reads the warnings and keeps them in due consideration.
Failure to observe a danger sign or warning may harm operators or machines.
Safety devices must not be removed. Appliances or their functioning must never be
modified.
General warnings and biological risk
• Before any maintenance operation, wear disposable gloves, goggles, mask and
overalls.
The aspirated liquid is infected and contaminating for epidemic diseases.
Beforecommencinganyservicing operation on appliances thathave been used,carry out
a series of washes with Puli-Jet plus.
Disconnect the machine from the mains and padlock the main switch, if present.
The draining pump puts the aspirated liquid under pressure and conveys it to the waste.
In case of break-down of an under-pressure pipe or appliance,biological hazard can
be more serious.
Warnings
The installer will take care to instruct the surgery staff with trials on new and not
yet contaminated machines.
The installation of the Mini-Separator is reserved to technicians authorized by the
manufacturer.
Maintenance and periodical checks entrusted to authorized
technicians
Short circuit the probes C and H and check that:
• in single-surgery systems the aspiration unit stops;
• in centralized systems the electropneumatic valve closes;
• in both types of systems the draining pump starts.
Short circuit the probes Cand ascertain that the draining pump starts.
Push the botton F, if present, to switch on the draining pump.
Remove the lid D and take out the draining pump, check its functioning and clean its
seat, then reposition the pump.

Check the relays and all components subject to wear.For every replacement use original
spare parts only.
Check the conditions of the pipe carrying the aspirated liquid; especially the portion
after the draining pump; in case of cracks, however small, pipes must be replaced.
See that the staff in charge of cleaning and disinfection carries out maintenance duly
and using the recommended products: it is the responsibility of the technician in
charge of general maintenance to instruct the surgery staff as to the requested daily
maintenance operations.
Appliances or their functioning must never be modified.
Maintenance entrusted to the surgery staff

Follow the recommendations in the paragraph “General warnings and biological risk”and
the recommendations for technical checking.
According to the instructions, at the end of every surgical and particularly long surgical
operation rinse the system thoroughly aspirating clear water.At the end of every working
day aspirate a solution of Puli-Jet plus and hot water (+ 50°C) using Pulse Cleaner to
cleanse and disinfect the equipment and replace dirty filters. In the morning, before the
first treatment, check that the Sanitizing Antifoam Tablets have been put in the debris
filter. Using products not recommended by the manufacturer can jeopardize the
operation of the equipment and cause damages.
Any repair and intervention on the machine must be carried out by a skilled technician
authorized by the manufacturer.
Important notices
• Appliancesareguaranteedfor one yearfromthe date of sale,providedthatthewarranty
slip addressed to the manufacturer is returned to the manufacturer with date of sale,
retailer's and customer's name.
• Warranty and manufacturer’sliabilitycease in case appliances are treated with products
whichareunsuitableordifferentfromthose recommendedby themanufacturer andalso
in case appliances are improperly used or tampered with operations of any kind carried
out by people who are not authorized by the manufacturer.
• Themanufacturer,concessionaires,agentsandauthorizedtechniciansareatcustomers'
disposal for advice and assistance and to supply literature, spare parts and anything
useful.
• Themanufacturer reservestheright tomodifytheproductsforimprovements,for techni-
cal, normative and functional reasons or for problems due to the availability of products
or semi-finished products, without prior notice.

We recommend they are consulted especially for updates about safety.
Transport of second hand appliances
• Before packing, cleanse and disinfect with PULI-JET Plus (refer to the paragraph
"Maintenance entrusted to the surgery staff”)
• Place the machine into a polyethylene bag, seal and pack it in 3-layer corrugated
board.

Installation (fig. 1)
L’appareil doit être installé dans l’unit dentaire ou dans un
meubleplacéauxpiedsdufauteuil(020996et020998).
Dans le premier cas les instructions pour l'usage
et l'entretien du Mini-Séparateur
sont incluses dans le manuel de
l'unit dentaire. Pour l'installation
du meuble qui sert à contenir le Mini-Séparateur se
référer au manuel "Meuble pour Maxi-Canister/Mini-
Séparateur".
Fonctionnement (fig. 1)
Le fluide est filtré à travers un filtre de 0,8 mm et
canalisé vers le Mini-Séparateur (fig. 1, dét.
A )
par un tuyau en legère pente, qui en facilitera le
fonctionnement.

Signaux et avertissements
• Danger de décharge électrique – même le courant 230V peut être mortel
• Danger biologique d’infection par des maladies épidémiques
• Haute température
• Signal générique de danger
• Direction obligatoire du flux ou du sens de rotation
Il n’est pas toujours possible d’exprimer par un signal les avis de danger, il est donc
nécessaire que l’utilisateur lise les avertissements et en tienne compte.
Ne pas respecter un signal ou un avis de danger peut entraîner des dommages aux
opérateurs ou aux machines.
Ne pas retirer les protections contre les accidents ;ne pas modifier les appareils ou leur
fonctionnement.
Avertissements généraux et risque biologique
• Avant d'effectuer n'importe quelle opération d'entretien employer des gants, des
lunettes, un masque et un tablier jetable.
Le liquide aspiré est infecté et représente un risque de contamination pour les mala-
dies épidémiques.
Avant toute intervention sur des appareils usagés, laver plusieurs fois l'appareil avec
Puli-Jet plus.
Débrancher le courant et verrouiller le sectionneur, s'il est présent.
La pompe de vidange met le liquide aspiré sous pression et le pousse vers l'égouts,
donc en cas de rupture des tuyauteries ou des appareils sous pression le risque
biologique augmente.
Avertissements
L'installateur devra instruire le personnel du cabinet à l'aide de démonstrations
pratiques sur la machine neuve et donc non contaminée.
L’installation du Mini-Séparateur est réservée aux techniciens autorisés par le fabricant.
Entretien et contrôles périodiques réservés aux techniciens
autorisés
Court-circuiter les sondes C et H et contrôler :
• l’arrêt du groupe d’aspiration dans les installations monoposte ;
• la fermeture de la vanne electropneumatique dans les installations centralisées ;
• le démarrage de la pompe de vidange dans les deux types de système.
Court-circuiter les sondes Cet vérifier que la pompe de vidange va démarrer.
Appuyer sur le bouton F, s'il est présent, pour démarrer la pompe de vidange.
Enleverle couvercleDet lapompe de vidange, s'assurerer qu'elle fonctionne, nettoyer
son logement avant de l’y replacer.

Contrôler les relais et tous les composants sujets à usure. Pour tout remplacement
n’utiliser que les pièces originales.
Contrôler les tuyauteries qui transportent les liquides aspirés, en particulier le tronçon
après la pompe de vidange. En cas de fissures, même si superficielles, il est conseillé
de remplacer les tuyaux.
S'assurer que le personnel chargé du nettoyage et de la désinfection du système d’aspi-
ration effectue les operations soigneusement selon les méthodes conseillées et utilisant
les produits recommandés. L'instruction du personnel du cabinet sur le nettoyage
quotidien appartient au technicien chargé de l’entretien général.
Ne pas modifier les appareils ou leur fonctionnement.
Entretien réservé au personnel du cabinet dentaire
• Danger de décharge électrique – même le courant 230V peut être mortel
• Danger biologique d’infection par des maladies épidémiques
Suivrescrupuleusement lesrecommandationsduparagraphe“Avertissementsgénéraux
et risque biologique” et les recommandations concernant les contrôles techniques.
Aprèstouteinterventionchirurgicaleetà la suited’interventionsparticulièrement longues,
rincer abondamment l’installation en aspirant de l’eau claire. A' la fin de chaque jour de
travail nettoyer et désinfecter l’installation selon les instructions en aspirant par le Pulse
Cleanerunesolutionde Puli-Jet plus eteauchaude(+ 50°C) et remplacerlesfiltressales.
Le matin, avant de commencer le travail, s’assurer que les Pastilles Antimousse Assai-
nisantes ont été mises dans le filtre à débris. L'utilisation de produits non conseillés
par le fabricant peut compromettre le fonctionnement de l’installation et causer
des dommages.
Toute intervention de réparation, entretien etc. est réservée aux techniciens experts
autorisés par le fabricant.
Avis importants
• Leséquipementssontgarantispendantunanaprèsladatedevente,àconditionquelacorrecte-
ment remplie (date de vente, nom du vendeur, nom de l’utilisateur) soit retournée au fabricant.
• Lagarantie etlaresponsabilitédufabricantcessent lorsqueleséquipementssonttraités
avecdesproduitsimpropresoudifférentsdeceuxrecommandésparlefabricant,lorsque
les équipements sont mal employés ou altérés par toute opération effectuée par des
personnes non autorisées par le fabricant.
• Le fabricant, les concessionnaires, les agents et les techniciens autorisés sont à dispo-
sition pour tous conseils, renseignements et pour fournir la documentation, les pièces
de rechange et tout autre renseignement utile.
• Le fabricant se réserve le droit de modifier sa production sans préavis en fonction des
progrèstechniques,desnécessitésfonctionnelles,desnouvellesnormesetdeladifficulté
concernant la disponibilité des produits ou des produits semi-finis sur le marché.
• Sur le site internet www.cattani.it on peut trouver nos manuels techniques mis à jour.
Nous recommandons de les consulter surtout pour les mises à jour concernant la sécurité.
Transport des appareils usagés
• Avant d’emballer les appareils, il faut les nettoyer et désinfecter avec PULI-JET Plus
(voir le paragraphe “Entretien réservé un personnel du cabinet dentaire").
• Enfermer l’appareil dans un sac en polyéthylène et l’emballer dans un carton triple
cannelure.

Betrieb (Abb. 1)
Die abgesaugte Flüssigkeit wird durch einen 0,8 mm
Filter gefiltert und mit einem leichten Gefälle zum
Mini-Abscheider(Abb.1,Det.A)geführt.
(DurcheinleichtesGefälleamEingang
ist der sichere Betrieb gewährleistet).
Die Luft tritt aus dem Auslass (B) und
sobald der Flüssigkeitsstand die beiden längeren
Sonden erreicht (C), befördert die Dränungs-
pumpe (D) die Flüssigkeit zum Ausfluss (E).

Signale und Hinweise

Nicht immer kannmit einem Signal der erforderliche Gefahrenhinweis gegeben werden,
daher muss der Bediener die Hinweise aufmerksam lesen und diese beachten.
Das Nichteinhalten eines Signals oder eines Gefahrenhinweises kann dem Bediener
oder der Maschine Schaden zufügen.
DieSchutzvorrichtungendürfen nichtabmontiert,dieMaschinen undihreBetriebsweise
nicht verändert werden.
Allgemeine Hinweise und biologisches Risiko
• Bei allen Wartungsarbeiten sind Schutzhandschuhe, Schutzbrille, Schutzmaske
und Einmal-Schürzen zu tragen.
Das Absauggut birgt ein Risiko der Infizierung mit ansteckenden Krankheiten.
Vor jedem Eingriff an gebrauchten Geräten sind einige Spülvorgänge mit Puli-Jet plus
durchzuführen.
Die Stromversorgung unterbrechen und denTrennschalter (falls vorhanden) abschließen.
Die Drainagepumpe setzt die abgesaugte Flüssigkeit unter Druck und schiebt sie zum
Auslass.Wenn die Leitung oder das Gerät beschädigt ist, verschlimmert sich somit
das biologische Risiko.
Hinweise
Der Installateur unterrichtet das Praxispersonal mittels praktischer Beispiele über
den Gebrauch der neuen, noch nicht kontaminierten Maschine.
Der Mini-Separator muss von Technikern, die mit dem Dentalbereich vertraut und vom
Hersteller autorisiert sind, installiert werden.
AutorisiertenTechnikern vorbehalteneWartung und Kontrollen
Die Fühler C und H kurzschließen und folgendes kontrollieren:
• Arrettierung der Absauggruppe in den Anlagen für ein Behandlungszimmer;
• Schließung der elektropneumatischen Ventile in den zentralisierten Anlagen;
• Anlaufen der Drainagepumpe in beiden Fällen.
Die Fühler Ckurzschließen und kontrollieren, dass die Drainagepumpe anlauft.
Auf den Knopf F, falls vorhanden, drücken, um die Drainagepumpe in Betrieb zu setzen.
DenDeckel Dabnehmen, die Drainagepumpe entnehmen,stellen Sie sicher, dass sie
einwandfrei funktioniert, den Sitz reinigen und die Pumpe wieder einsetzen.
Die Relaiskontakte und alle der Abnutzung ausgesetzten Details kontrollieren.Es sind
ausschließlich originale Ersatzteile zu verwenden.

Die Leitungen, welche die abgesaugten Flüssigkeiten befördern, insbesondere denTeil
nachderDrainagepumpe, kontrollieren.Bei kleinen, auch sehroberflächlichen,Spalten
sollten sie ausgetauscht werden.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das mit der Reinigung und Desinfizierung der Absauganlage
beauftragte Praxispersonal, die empfohlenen Produkte und Methoden verwendet.
Die Ausbildung desPraxispersonalsüber dietäglicheWartung gehört zuden Aufgaben
desTechniker, der dieVerantwortung über die allgemeine Wartung trägt.
Die Maschinen und ihre Betriebsweise dürfen nicht verändert werden.
Dem Praxispersonal vorbehalteneWartung

HaltenSiesichan die EmpfehlungenimAbschnitt“AllgemeineHinweiseundbiologisches
Risiko” und an die Anweisungen hinsichtlich der technischen Kontrollen.
Nachjedemchirurgischen Eingriff sowienachbesonders langen EingriffenistdieAnlage
sorgfältig zu spülen, indem sauberes Wasser abgesaugt wird.
Am Abend nach dem letzten Patienten ist eine Lösung aus Puli-Jet plus und warmem
Wasser (+50°C)gemäß derGebrauchsanweisunganzusaugen,umdieAnalge zureinigen
und desinfizieren. Dazu ist der Pulse Cleaner zu verwenden. Die verschmutzten Filter
auswechseln. Am Morgen ist vor Arbeitsbeginn sich sicherzustellen, dass in den Filtern
des Absaugguts die reinigenden Antischaumtabletten vorhanden sind. Der Gebrauch
von nicht vom Hersteller empfohlenen Produkten kann den einwandfreien Betrieb
der Anlage beeinträchtigen und zu Beschädigungen führen.
JederReparatur,Wartungseingriff usw.mussvonvomHerstellerautorisiertenTechnikern
ausgeführt werden.
Wichtige Hinweise
• Auf die Geräte wird eine einjährige Garantie gewährt, die ab dem Verkaufsdatum ein-
setzt.UmAnrechtaufdieGarantie zu erhalten, mussdemHerstellerderentsprechende
Garantieschein unter Angabe des Kaufdatums, des Verkäufers und des Verwenders
zurückgesendet werden.
• Die Garantie und die Haftung des Herstellers verfallen, wenn die Geräte mit ungeeigneten
odervondenangegebenenProduktenabweichendenProduktenbehandeltwerdenoderdurch
Eingriffe jeglicher Art seitens nicht vom Hersteller autorisierter Personen verändert werden.

gernefürdieLieferungvonErsatzteilen,Unterlagen,Anleitungenundanderennützlichen
Informationen zur Verfügung.

Betriebsschwierigkeiten sowie dieVerfügbarkeit von Produkten und Ersatzteilen es erfordern.

Transport von Gebrauchtgeräten
• Bevor das Gerät verpackt wird, muss es mit PULI-JET Plus (siehe Abschnitt "Dem
Praxispersonal vorbehaltene Wartung”) gereinigt werden.
• Das Gerät in einen Polyäthylenbeutel schließen und in einer dreischichtigen Wellpappe
verpacken.

Para el montajedelmueble seguir las instrucciones del
manual "Mueble para Maxi-Canister/Mini-Separador".
Funcionamiento (fig. 1)
Elfluidoaspiradotienequeser filtrado(pasaje0,8mm)
ytransportado al Mini-Separador(fig.1 part.A)con
una leve pendiente, que facilitará el buen funcio-
namiento. El aire sale por el pasaje (B); cuando
el nivel del líquido alcanza las dos
sondas más largas (C), la bomba
de drenaje (D) transporta el líquido
en descarga, salida (E).

Señales y Avisos
•Peligro de sacudidas eléctricas, incluso la de 230 V puede resultar mortal
• Peligro biológico, infecciones de enfermedades epidémicas
• Alta temperatura
• Señal genérica de peligro
• Dirección obligatoria del flujo o del sentido de rotación
No siempre resulta posible exprimir con una señal los avisos de peligro, por ello es
necesario que el usuario lea los avisos y los tenga en cuenta convenientemente.
No respetar una señal o un aviso de peligro puede causar daños al operador o a la
maquina.
No retirar las protecciones para la prevención de accidentes, no modificar las máquinas
o su funcionamiento.
Advertencias generales y riesgo biológico
• Para cualquier operación de mantenimiento es preciso utilizar:guantes,gafas, mascarilla
y delantal monouso.
El líquido aspirado es infectado y contaminante de enfermedades infecciosas.
Antes de cualquier intervención en aparatos usados, efectuar algunos lavados con Puli-Jet plus.
Desconectar la corriente y, si está presente, cerrar con candado el seccionador.
La bomba de drenaje pone bajo presión el líquido aspirado y lo empuja a la descarga;por
este motivo, en caso de rotura del tubo o de los aparatos bajo presión se agrava
el riesgo biológico.
Advertencias
El instalador se ocupará de instruir al personal de la consulta mediante pruebas
prácticas con la máquina nueva y no contaminada.
LainstalacióndelMini-Separador estáreservadaatécnicosdel sector dentalautorizados
por la casa constructora.
Mantenimiento y controles periódicos reservados a técnicos
autorizados
Poner en cortocircuito las sondas C y H y controlar:
• la parada de la unidad de aspiración en los sistemas para una consulta;
• el cierre de la válvula electropneumática en los sistemas centralizados;
• la intervención de la bomba de drenaje en ambos casos.
Cortocircuitar las sondas Cy verificar que entra en funcionamiento la bomba de drenaje.
Apretando el pulsador F(cuando existe) se pone en funcionamiento la bomba de drenaje.
QuitarlatapaD, extraerla bomba de drenaje,asegurarse del funcionamiento ylimpiar
el asiento antes de colocarlo de nuevo.
