Maintenance
Always perform maintenance on the device at regular inter-
vals and in cases of heavy dirt build up. Allow the device to
cool down. After disconnecting the cartridge, make sure that
the valve is not dirty and check the seal. Steel grid can be
removed for washing by pulling it out, the outer sides and the
cover of the cartridge compartment can be washed with a
damp cloth. The magnet for attaching the cartridge should
also be checked regularly and protected from dirt. Any metal
dust can be removed, for example, with adhesive tape. The
piezo ignition coil can be cleaned with a metal brush. Always
allow the appliance to dry thoroughly after washing.
Troubleshooting
Fault: The gas cartridge cannot be connected
źIf the cartridge is too hot, it will not be able to connect to the
device due to its high pressure, cool it, and then try con-
necting again.
źCheck and, if necessary, clean the magnetic mount.
Fault: The burner cannot be ignited. ·
źCheck the filling level of the cartridge (after removal, there
is no movement of the contents of the cartridge when
shaken). Caution, as the temperature of the cartridge
decreases and the amount of gas decreases, so does the
pressure, and the performance of the device decreases
proportionally.
źIf the burner nozzle is clogged (and cannot be cleaned) or
there is a fault in the valve (ignition), contact a specialist
workshop.
źIf the piezo lighter electrode is clogged or wet, clean it and
allow it to dry.
źIf the piezo lighter electrode is bent, bend it back to the
nozzle opening.
Storage
Device and the gas cartridge must be stored separately.
Store the appliance in closed, well-ventilated areas free of
aggressive substances, at a temperature of up to 10°C and
a relative humidity of up to 80%.
Store the cartridge in a cool, dry place.
Disposal
If you decide to dispose of your old appliance, put it in the
designated place (Collection yard).
Do not open the cartridge by force or throw it into a fire.
Dispose of it in a safe place.

źDo not use the device if it is leaking, damaged or if it works
incorrectly!
źTo check for leaks (tightness) in your appliance, do so
outdoors. Do not detect leaks near by open fire, use soa-
py water!
źAccessible parts of the device near the burner are very
hot during and immediately after operation!
źKeep small children out of the appliance!
źDuring operation, the device must be placed on a non-
flammable surface and has to be supervised!
źFrom the point of view of fire safety, the device must be
placed at least 50 cm from flammable materials!
źCheck for leaks in a well-ventilated room or outdoors,
away from sources of ignition and out of reach of other
people!
źProtect the gas cartridge from sunlight!
źIt is forbidden to use the appliance in rooms and areas
below ground level!
źFor safety reasons, do not modify parts of the device!
źDo not use the device in strong winds!
źDo not move the device while it is in operation!
źDo not connect another gas source to the device!
źDo not use the appliance in an environment where you
work with ethers, paints, adhesives, etc.!
WARNING
The device consumes oxygen during operation and in an
unventilated room (caravan, tent, cottage, boat, etc.), the
user can be seriously endangered due to lack of oxygen and
increased CO2 concentration! It is always necessary to ven-
tilate well. It is necessary to ensure a sufficient supply of com-
bustion air and at the same time it is necessary to prevent
any dangerous accumulation of unburned fuel at the stove!
Butane is physically heavier than air, and in the event of a
spontaneous leak, it accumulates on the ground due to its
heavy nature.
