Lesen Sie die Anleitung sorgfältig durch, bevor Sie den Gas-Outdoorkamin neocube-o in Gebrauch nehmen, und bewahren Sie
die Anleitung gut auf.
• Es ist gefährlich und verboten, dieses Gerät in einem abgeschlossenen Raum zu benutzen!
Das Gerät wurde für eine Nutzung im Freien entwickelt.
• Dieses Produkt und, falls zutreffend, die Gasflasche, sollten gemäß den Anweisungen in dieser Anleitung, sowie allen
zutreffenden nationalen und/oder örtlichen Vorschriften installiert werden.
• Der Abstand von leicht entflammbaren Materialen zum Kaminofen sollte mindestens 1,5 Meter betragen.
• Lassen Sie das Feuer niemals unbeaufsichtigt.
• Bewegen Sie den Gas-Outdoorkamin nicht, wenn dieser in Betrieb oder heiß ist.
• Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Produkt während des Betriebes und bis zur vollständigen Abkühlung außerhalb der Reichweite
von Kindern ist.
• Achtung! Die Berührung der heißen Teile kann Brandblasen verursachen! Es muss eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung aufgestellt
werden, damit Kinder und gebrechliche bzw. behinderte Personen nicht in die Nähe des Geräts kommen können.
• Vor dem Bewegen des Outdoorkamins sind das Ventil der Flüssiggasflasche oder das Druckregelgerät zu schließen.
• Die Gaszufuhr nach der Benutzung zudrehen.
• Reparaturen niemals selbst durchführen und keinerlei Änderungen an
• Den Luftstrom in Richtung Brenner und/oder Einspritzdüse niemals behindern.
• Den Luftstrom in Richtung Gehäuse der Gasflasche niemals behindern.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät bei starkem Wind immer an eine windgeschützte Stelle, um ein Umstürzen zu vermeiden.
• Im Falle eines Gaslecks: drehen Sie die Gasflasche zu oder schließen Sie das Gasventil im Netz.
• Falls Sie eine (separate) Vorrichtung erstellen, in der Sie die Gasflasche aufstellen, so sollten Sie beachten, dass diese gut
gelüftet ist. Propan ist schwerer als Luft und eine Ansammlung dieses Gases kann gefährliche Folgen haben. Falls Sie Fragen
zu den Anweisungen in dieser Anleitung haben, können Sie sich immer mit Ihrer Verkaufsstelle in Verbindung setzen.
1. WARNUNG
Auspacken:
Wenn Sie alles ausgepackt haben, sollten Sie die Verpackung auf korrekte Art und Weise entsorgen.
Nutzung:
Sofern der Gaskamin in gewerblich genutzten Bereichen aufgestellt wird, ist ein Druckminderer mit Überdrucksicherung
zu verwenden. Dieser ist als optionales Bauteil bestellbar.
Aussenaufstellung:
Der Gaskamin sollte nicht längere Zeit der Witterung ausgesetzt werden.
Zum Schutz gegen Regen, Schnee etc. ist die Wetterschutzhaube als Zubehör optional erhältlich.
Achtung: Falls Sie beim Anschließen des Outdoorkamins Hilfe benötigen,
setzen Sie sich bitte mit Ihrem Fachhändler in Verbindung.

1. Schließen Sie den Druckregler an die Gasflasche (Linksgewinde) an (die maximal erlaubte Füllung beträgt 10,5 kg). Benutzen
Sie dazu eine gut passende (verstellbare) Zange. Es reicht nicht aus, ihn handfest anzuziehen, dies könnte eine Leckage
ermöglichen. Tauschen Sie die Gasflasche ausschließlich in gut gelüfteten Räumen und nicht in der Nähe von Kerzen,
Zigaretten, sowie anderen Zündquellen.
2. Achtung: Überprüfen Sie, bevor Sie den Druckregler anschließen immer, ob der Gummiring noch vorhanden und unbeschädigt
ist. Sollte das nicht der Fall sein, muss dieser ersetzt werden und Sie dürfen das Gerät nicht benutzen.
3. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass die Gasflasche immer senkrecht steht. Der Gasschlauch darf nicht in Berührung mit scharfen Gegen-
ständen oder Rändern kommen, die den Schlauch beschädigen könnten. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Gasschlauch nicht mit
heißen Teilen des Brenners in Kontakt kommt.

Überprüfen Sie alle Anschlüsse auf undichte Stellen. Benetzen Sie dazu alle Gasverbindungen mit einer Seifenlauge oder benut-
zen Sie ein Gasleckortungsspray. Es gibt ein Leck, wenn Luftblasen in der Seifenlauge oder dem Gasleckortungsspray entstehen.
5. Verteilen Sie die mitgelieferten Lavasteine (8-16 mm) in Form eines kleinen Hügels (Abb. 1b) auf dem Brennerbett.
Achten Sie darauf, dass keine kleinen Steinsplitter in den Brenner gelangen. Sorgen Sie auch dafür, dass keine Steine auf
dem Thermoelement liegen. Der Kaminofen ist jetzt gebrauchsfertig.
1. Der Gaskamin ist so zu befestigen, dass dieser nach dem Anschließen der Gasleitung nicht mehr zu bewegen ist.
2. Die Gasleitung sollte von einem anerkannten Fachinstallateur, gemäß allen geltenden und/oder örtlichen Normen /
Bestimmungen, installiert werden.
3. Verteilen Sie die mitgelieferten Lavasteine ca. 0,9 kg (8-16 mm) in Form eines kleinen Hügels über das Brennerbett Achten
Sie darauf, dass keine kleinen Steinsplitter in den Brenner gelangen. Sorgen Sie auch dafür, dass keine Steine auf dem
Thermoelement Iiegen.
4. Überprüfen Sie alle Anschlüsse auf undichte Stellen. Benetzen Sie dazu alle Gasverbindungen mit Seifenlauge oder benutzen
Sie ein Gasleckortungsspray. Es gibt ein Leck, wenn Luftblasen in der Seifenlauge oder dem Gasleckortungsspray entstehen.
5. Der Kaminofen ist jetzt gebrauchsfertig.

Warnung: Überprüfen Sie den Gasschlauch mindestens
einmal monatlich und jedes Mal, wenn Sie die Gasflasche
wechseln. Sollte der Schlauch Anzeichen von Rissen, Sprün-
gen oder sonstigen Beschädigungen zeigen, sollte dieser
durch einen Schlauch mit der gleichen Länge und Qualität
ersetzt werden.

der Anleitung nicht genauestens befolgt werden, könnte das zu Feuer oder Explosionsgefahr führen, wodurch Sachschäden, ernste
Personenschäden oder der Tod verursacht werden können.
WARNUNG: Unsachgemäße Installation, Anpassungen, Veränderungen, Wartung oder Pflege können Personen- oder Sachschäden
verursachen. Konsultieren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung, die zum Lieferumfang dieses Geräts gehört. Bei Fragen oder für ergänzende In-
formationen setzen Sie sich bitte mit einem anerkannten Gasinstallateur in Verbindung. Sorgen Sie beim Anzünden des Brenners dafür,
dass die Gasflasche vollständig aufgedreht ist.
WARNUNG:
Dieser Gaskamin ist ausschließlich für Propangas geeignet. Das Gerät ist ausschließlich für Verwendung im Freien vorgesehen.
Es ist nicht geeignet, um in Gebäuden, Garagen, geschlossenen Strukturen oder in/auf einem Fahrzeug oder Boot installiert zu werden.
WARNUNG: Dieser Gaskamin darf niemals unterhalb einer brennbaren Konstruktion oder unter brennbaren Materialien verwendet
werden, sowie niemals in unmittelbarer Nähe von anderen brennbaren Materialien aufgestellt werden.
WARNUNG: Die Installation und Wartung sollen von einem anerkannten Gasinstallateur ausgeführt werden. Dabei sollen örtliche Vor-
schriften befolgt werden. Eine unsachgemäße Installation, Anpassung, Änderung, Pflege oder Wartung kann Sach- oder Personenschä-
den nach sich ziehen.
WARNUNG: Befolgen Sie alle Anweisungen der Gasleckortung in der Anleitung, bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen. Versuchen Sie
niemals, die Gasarmatur zu lösen, wenn das Gerät benutzt wird.
WARNUNG: Kein Benzin oder sonstige brennbare Dämpfe oder Flüssigkeiten in der Nähe dieses Geräts oder sonstiger Geräte lagern
oder benutzen.
WAS SOLL MAN MACHEN, WENN MAN GAS RIECHT: Die Gaszufuhr zudrehen, jegliches Feuer löschen, anschließend setzen Sie sich mit
Ihrem Gasinstallateur in Verbindung und befolgen seine Anweisungen. Falls Sie Ihren Gasinstallateur nicht erreichen können, sollten Sie
sich mit der Feuerwehr in Verbindung setzen.
WARNUNG: Dieses Gerät darf nicht auf einer feuergefährlichen Fläche, wie einem Holztisch, verwendet werden.
WARNUNG:
Der Betrieb und der Transport darf nur mit den vier gesicherten Splinten erfolgen. Die Splinte liegen dem Gerät bei und sind
in dem Gasflaschenfach in die durchgesteckten Stahllaschen des Glasoberteils zu stecken (Abb. 2a/b).
4. SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN

1. Palette vorsichtig auspacken.
4. Darauf achten, dass der Gasregelblock
nach hinten zur Türe gerichtet ist.
9. Druckminderer an der Flasche
aufschrauben.

nehmen und am Aufstellort positionieren.
5. Verteilen Sie die Lavasteine in Form
eines kleinen Hügels auf dem Brennerbett.
Achten Sie darauf, dass keine kleinen
Steinsplitter in den Brenner gelangen.
7. Von unten die Glashaube mit den 4 Glas-
halteklammern, wie abgebildet, sichern.
10. Ggf. Rollen mit der Bremse feststellen.
3. Den Brenner vorsichtig aus der Folie
auspacken und mit den vier mitgelieferten
Edelstahlschrauben M5 auf das Grundge-
stell montieren.
6. Glashaube aus der Verpackung entneh-
men, auf das Grundgestell montieren.
8. Gasflasche einsetzen mit dem
Haltegummi sichern.
Nun können Sie mit der
Inbetriebnahme des Geräts

5. AUFBAUANLEITUNG

Wichtige Info:
Verwenden Sie bitte die Edelstahlschrauben,
die im Karton mitgeliefert sind.
Die Schrauben, die im Brenner mitverpackt
sind, haben keine Verwendung.

1. Entfernen Sie die eventuell vorhandene Wetterschutzhaube.
2. Überprüfen Sie, ob die Gasanschlüsse korrekt auf der Gasflasche an geschlossen wurden und öffnen Sie die Gasflasche.
Die Gasflasche ist mit dem Befestigungsgummi zu sichern.
3. Sie bedienen den Gas-Outdoor kamin mit dem Gasregelblock, den Sie hinter der Kamintür finden.
4. Damit das Gas zum Brenner strömen kann, muss die Kippsicherung (Abb. 3) waagerecht ausgerichtet werden.
6. INBETRIEBNAHME DES GERÄTS

1. Drehen Sie den Zündschalter auf dem Gasregelblock (Abb.4) zunächst ganz nach rechts. Anschließend drücken Sie den
Zündschalter ein und drehen diesen in gedrückter Stellung nach links bis ein „Click“ (Abb. 5) zu hören ist. Dieser „Click“ ist die
Zündung der Zündflamme. Wieder holen Sie diesen Vorgang ggf. 3–5 mal, bis die Zündflamme brennt.
2. Wenn die Zündflamme brennt, halten Sie den Zündschalter noch weitere 10 Sekunden gedrückt.
Danach den Zündschalter loslassen.
3. Falls die Zündflamme erlöschen sollte, wiederholen Sie die Schritte 1 und 2 bis die Zündflamme brennt.
Achtung: Falls eine neue Gasflasche aufgestellt wird oder der Kaminofen eine Weile nicht benutzt wurde, muss zunächst die Luft
aus dem Gasschlauch entweichen. Dadurch kann es ein wenig dauern, bevor die Zündflamme zündet.
Nachdem die Zündflamme brennt, muss der Zündschalter (Abb. 6) nach links gedreht werden.
Nun wird der Hauptbrenner (Abb. 1) mit Gas versorgt.
6.1 EINSCHALTEN
6.2 BRENNERFLAMME
1. Die gewünschte Höhe der Gasflamme kann eingestellt werden, indem der Regler (Abb. 7) für die
Flammenhöhe nach rechts oder links gedreht wird.
2. Für eine kleinere Gasflamme drehen Sie den Knopf nach rechts (Abb. 8), im Uhrzeigersinn.
3. Für eine größere Gasflamme drehen Sie den Knopf nach links, entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn (Abb. 7).
1. Indem Sie den Zündknopf wieder nach rechts drehen (Abb. 4), schließen Sie die Gaszufuhr und der
Kamin geht aus. Danach ist die Gasflasche zu schließen.

Sie dürfen das Gerät niemals anzünden, wenn Sie Gas riechen. Sollte das Gerät eingeschaltet sein, wenn Sie Gas riechen, dann
müssen Sie die Gaszufuhr unterbrechen (Gasflasche oder Gasventil zudrehen).
Anschließend alle Anschlüsse auf undichte Stellen hin überprüfen. Das können Sie tun, indem Sie alle Gasverbindungsstellen
mit Seifenlauge oder einem Gasleckortungsspray benetzen. Es ist die Rede von einem Leck, wenn in der Seifenlauge oder dem
Gasleckortungsspray Luftblasen entstehen.
Sie dürfen das Gerät erst wieder benutzen, nachdem alle undichten Stellen abgedichtet worden sind. Konsultieren Sie dazu, falls
erforderlich, Ihren Fachhändler.
6.5 WARNUNG  WENN SIE GAS RIECHEN

Der Glasaufsatz liegt auf dem Korpus auf und ist mit vier Stahllaschen an den Seiten gesichert. (Abb. 9)
Die Stahllaschen sind durch den beschichteten Korpus gesteckt und werden im Gasflaschenfach mit vier Splinten gesichert (Abb. 10).
Um den Glasaufsatz abnehmen zu können, müssen die vier Splinte aus den Stahllaschen gezogen werden (Abb. 11). Dann kann
das Glas vorsichtig nach oben bewegt werden (Abb. 12)

8.1 ANWENDUNGSBEREICH
Dieses Produkt ist ein nach dem Stand der Technik gefertigtes Qualitätserzeugnis. Die verwendeten Materialien wurden sorgfäl-
tig ausgewählt und stehen, wie unser gesamter Produktionsprozess, unter ständiger Kontrolle. Für das Aufstellen oder Verbauen
dieses Produktes sind besondere Fachkenntnisse erforderlich. Daher dürfen unsere Produkte nur von Fachbetrieben unter
Beachtung der gültigen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen eingebaut und in Betrieb genommen werden.
8.2 GENERELLE INFORMATION

Die Allgemeinen Garantiebedingungen gelten nur innerhalb der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und der Europäischen Union. Die
Garantiezeit und Umfang der Garantie wird im Rahmen dieser Bedingungen außerhalb der gesetzlichen Gewährleistung, die
unberührt bleibt, gewährt. Die Firma CB-tec GmbH gewährt 24 Monate Garantie für die Gehäuse, Bedienelemente wie Stellhebel,
Stoßdämpfer, elektronische und elektrische Bauteile, wie Lüfter, Drehzahlregler, Originalersatzteile, Druckregler, sämtliche Zu-
kaufartikel und sicherheitstechnische Einrichtungen.Die Firma CB-tec GmbH gewährt Garantie von 6 Monaten auf Verschleißteile
im Feuerbereich, wie Schamotte, Vermiculite, Feuerroste, Dichtungen und Glaskeramik.
8.3 GARANTIEZEIT
Die Garantiezeit beginnt mit Auslieferungsdatum an den Händler/Zwischenhändler. Dies ist durch Urkunde, etwa Rechnung
mit Lieferbestätigung des Händlers/Zwischenhändlers nachzuweisen. Das auf das Produkt bezogene Garantiezertifikat ist vom
Anspruchsteller mit Geltendmachung des Garantieanspruchs vorzulegen. Ohne Vorlage dieser Nachweise ist die Firma CB-tec
GmbH zu keiner Garantieleistung verpflichtet.
8.4 WIRKSAMKEITSERFORDERNIS FÜR DIE GARANTIE
Unabhängig von der gesetzlichen Gewährleistung, die innerhalb der gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsfristen Vorrang vor dem
Garantieversprechen hat, werden im Rahmen dieser Garantie alle Mängel kostenfrei behoben, die nachweislich auf einen Mate-
rialfehler oder auf einen Herstellerfehler beruhen und die übrigen Bedingungen dieses Garantieversprechens eingehalten sind.
Im Rahmen dieses Garantieversprechens behält sich die Firma CB-tec GmbH vor, entweder den Mangel zu beseitigen oder das
Gerät kostenfrei auszutauschen. Die Mängelbeseitigung hat Vorrang. Dieses Garantieversprechen umfasst ausdrücklich nicht
weitergehenden Schadensersatz, der über die gesetzliche Gewährleistung hinaus ausgeschlossen ist.
8.6 MÄNGELBESEITIGUNG / INSTANDSETZUNG
Die Garantie umfasst nicht:
• den Verschleiß des Produktes
• Schamott/Vermiculite: Sind ein Naturprodukt, das bei jedem Heizvorgang Ausdehnungen und Schrumpfungen unterliegt.
Hierbei können Risse entstehen. Solange die Auskleidungen die Position im Brennraum beibehalten und nicht zerbrechen, sind
diese voll funktionsfähig.
• die Oberflächen: Verfärbungen im Lack oder auf den galvanischen Oberflächen, die auf thermische
Belastung oder Überlastung zurückzuführen sind.
• die Hochschiebemechanik: Bei Nichteinhaltung der Installationsvorschriften und damit verbundener Überhitzung der
Umlenkrollen und Lager.
• die Dichtungen: Nachlassen der Dichtheit durch thermische Belastung und Verhärtung.
• die Glaskeramik: Verschmutzungen durch Ruß oder eingebrannte Rückstände von verbrannten Materialien,
sowie farbliche oder andere optische Veränderungen aufgrund der thermischen Belastung.
• falscher Transport und/oder falsche Lagerung
• unsachgemäße Handhabung von zerbrechlichen Teilen wie Glas und Keramik
• unsachgemäße Handhabung und/oder der Gebrauch
• fehlende Wartung
• fehlerhafter Einbau oder Anschluss des Gerätes
• Nichtbeachtung der Aufbau- und Betriebsanleitung
• technische Abänderungen an dem Gerät durch firmenfremde Personen
8.5 GARANTIEAUSSCHLUSS
Wird aus dem Garantieversprechen eine Leistung in Anspruch genommen, sei es Mängelbeseitigung oder durch Austausch eines
Gerätes, verlängert sich für dieses ausgetauschte Gerät/die Komponente die Garantiezeit.
8.7 VERLÄNGERUNG DER GARANTIEZEIT
Werden Ersatzteile verwandt, dürfen ausschließlich die vom Hersteller hergestellten oder von diesem empfohlenen Ersatzteile
verwendet werden.
8.8 ERSATZTEILE
Schäden und Schadensersatzansprüche, die nicht die Ursache in einem mangelhaft gelieferten Gerät der Firma CB-tec GmbH
haben, werden ausgeschlossen und sind nicht Bestandteil dieses Garantieversprechens.
Davon ausgenommen sind gesetzliche Gewährleistungsansprüche, wenn diese im Einzelfall bestehen sollten.
8.9 HAFTUNG
Über diese Garantiebedingungen und Garantiezusagen hinaus, steht Ihnen der Fachhändler/Vertragspartner gern mit Rat und Tat zur
Verfügung. Es wird ausdrücklich empfohlen, Kaminanlagen und Kaminöfen regelmäßig durch einen Ofensetzer überprüfen zu lassen.

Read the manual through carefully before using the Gas-Outdoor stove (neocube-o), and keep the manual safely to hand.
• It is dangerous and illegal to use this unit in an enclosed space! The unit has been developed for outdoor use.
• This product and, if applicable, the gas cylinder should be installed in accordance with the instructions in this manual, as well
as with all applicable national and/or local regulations.
• The distance from flammable materials to the fireplace should be at least 1.5 metres.
• Never leave the fire unattended.
• Do not move the gas outdoor fireplace when it is hot or in operation.
• Keep children out of reach of the product while it is in use and until it has completely cooled down.
• Caution! Touching the hot parts can cause blisters! A safety device has to be provided to keep children as well as frail or
disabled people from coming too near to the unit.
• Before moving this outdoor stove, close the valve on the compressed gas bottle or the pressure regulator.
• Always shut off the gas valve before moving the product.
• Shut off the gas supply after use.
• Never perform repairs on your own and do not make any changes to the unit.
• Do not block the air flow in the direction of the burner and/or the injector.
• Do not interfere with the air flow in the direction of the gas cylinder housing.
• In the case of strong wind, place the unit in a sheltered location to prevent it from overturning.
• In the event of a gas leak, close the gas cylinder or shut the gas valve connected to the main gas supply.
• If you install a (separate) device in which to place the gas cylinder, be sure that the cylinder is well ventilated. Propane is heavier
than air, and an accumulation of this gas can have dangerous consequences. If you have any questions about the instructions in
this manual, please contact your sales outlet.

Once you have unpacked everything, you should dispose of the packaging appropriately.
Usage:
If your gas fire is set up in commercial areas, use a pressure reducer with a pressure relief valve. This is available for purchase as
an optional component.
External setup:
The gas stove should not be exposed to inclement weather for extended periods. To protect it against rain, snow etc., the weather
protection hood is available as an optional accessory.
Attention: If you need help when connecting up the outdoor stove,
please contact your specialist retailer.

1. Connect the pressure regulator to the gas cylinder (left-handed thread) (the maximum allowable filling amount is 10.5 kg).
To do so, use suitable (adjustable) pliers. It is not enough to tighten it by hand; This could allow a leak to occur. Replace the gas
cylinder only in well-ventilated areas and not near candles, cigarettes or other flammable sources.
2. Caution: Before connecting the pressure regulator, always ensure that the rubber gasket is present and undamaged. If not,
the device must not be used until the gasket is replaced.
3. Make sure that the gas cylinder is always standing upright. The gas hose must not come into contact with sharp objects or
edges which could damage the inner tube. Be sure that the gas hose does not come into contact with hot parts of the burner.
4. Check all of the connections for leaks. To do so, moisten all of the gas connections with soapy water or use a gas leak detection
spray. If bubbles arise in the suds or the gas leak detection spray, there is a leak.
5. Place the supplied lava stones (8-16 mm) in the shape of a small pile (Fig. 1 b) or a bank (Fig. 1 C) on the writer rim well.
Be sure that no small pieces of stone enter the burner. Also be sure that no stones are lying on the thermal element.
The fireplace is now ready for use.
1. Secure the gas stove in such a way that it cannot be moved once the gas pipe has been connected up.
2. The gas pipe must be installed by a recognised specialist installer in accordance with all applicable and/or local standards
and provisions.
3. Spread the lava stones supplied with the stove (approx. 0.9 kg - 8-16 mm) over the fire bed in the form of a small heap.
Ensure that no small stone chips enter the burner. Ensure that there are no stones on the thermocouple.
4. Check all of the connections for leaks. Coat all gas connections with soap lye or use a gas leak detector spray.
If bubbles arise in the suds or the gas leak detection spray, there is a leak.
5. The stove is now ready to use.

Please read these safety instructions carefully before operating the gas fireplace! If the information from the instructions is not
strictly followed, fire or explosion could result, which could lead to property damage, serious bodily injury or even death.
WARNING: Umproper installation, adjustments, changes, care or maintenance can result in injury or damage. Consult the user's
manual which is included in this delivery. If you have questions or would like additional information, please contact an authorised
gas fitter. When igniting the burner, make sure that the valve of the gas cylinder is opened fully.
WARNING: The unit is intended exclusively for outdoor use. It is not suited for installation in buildings, garages or closed structures
or in/on vehicles or boats.
WARNING: This gas fireplace should never be used underneath a combustible structure or combustible materials and should never
be placed in the immediate vicinity of other combustible materials.
WARNING: The installation and maintenance of the unit should be conducted by a recognised gas fitter. Local regulations should be
followed in the process. Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, care or maintenance can result in damage or injury.
WARNING: Follow all the instructions (provided in the manual) regarding gas leak detection before operating the unit. Never try to
loosen the gas fitting when the unit is in use.
WARNING: Do not use or store petrol or other flammable vapours or liquids near this or other units.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO IF YOU SMELL GAS: Close the gas supply, extinguish any fires, and then contact your gas fitter and follow
his instructions. If you cannot reach your gas fitter, you should contact the fire brigade.
WARNING: This unit may not be used on a flammable surface, such as a wood table.
WARNING: Operation and transport may be carried out only with the four secured cotter pins. The cotter pins are included with the
unit and are to be inserted in the gas cylinder compartment in the perforated steel plates of the upper part of the glass (Fig. 2a /b).

5. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Important information:
Please use the stainless steel screws that
are included in the box. The screws that are
packed with the burner are not used.

1. Remove the weather protection hood (if provided).
2. Check that the gas is connected correctly to the gas cylinder
and open the cylinder.
Secure the gas cylinder with the rubber mounting piece.
3. The gas outdoor fireplace is operated with the gas regulator
located behind the fireplace door.
4. In order for the gas to be able to flow to the burner, the
tip-protection (Fig. 3) has to be aligned horizontally.
6. COMMISSIONING THE UNIT

1. Turn the ignition knob on the gas control panel (Fig. 4) as far to the right as possible. Push in the ignition knob. Then, turn it to
the left, keeping it pushed in until you hear a "click" (Fig. 5). This "click" is the ignition of the pilot light. If necessary, repeat this
process 3-5 times until the pilot light is burning.
2. Once the pilot light is lit, continue holding in the ignition knob for another 10 seconds. Then release the ignition knob.
3. If the pilot light goes out, repeat steps 1 and 2 until the pilot light starts burning.
Caution: If a new gas cylinder is installed or the fireplace has not been used for a while, you first have to release the air from the
gas hose. This may take a while before the pilot light ignites.
After the pilot light starts burning, the ignition knob (Fig. 6) has to be turned to the left. Now the main burner (Fig 1) is supplied with gas.
6.1 SWITCHING THE UNIT ON
6.2 BURNER FLAME
1. The desired height of the gas flame can be adjusted by turning the flame height controller (Fig. 7) to the right or left.
2. For a lower gas flame, turn the knob clockwise to the right (Fig. 8).
3. For a higher gas flame, turn the knob clockwise to the left (Fig. 7).
1. By turning the ignition knob to the right again (Fig. 4), you will shut off the gas supply and the fire will go out.
Then, the gas cylinder has to be closed.
6.3 ADJUSTING THE FLAME HEIGHT

Never ignite the unit if you smell gas. If the unit is on when you smell gas, you have to interrupt the gas supply (close the gas
cylinder or the gas valve). Then, check all of the connections for leaks. To do so, moisten all of the gas connections with soapy
water or use a gas leak detection spray. If bubbles arise in the suds or the gas leak detection spray, there is a leak. You can only
use the unit again after all the leaks have been sealed. Please consult your dealer, if necessary.

7.1 ADAPTER FOR THE CONNECTION

These standard warranty terms apply for the contractual relationship between the manufacturer, CB-tec GmbH, and the dealer/
distributor. These warranty conditions are not identical to the contractual and warranty conditions governing relations between
the dealer or distributor and its customers.
8.1 AREA OF APPLICATION
This product has been manufactured in compliance with current standards of quality control. The materials used have been care-
fully selected and – like our entire production process – are subject to on-going quality control. Specialist knowledge is required
when assembling and installing the product. The product must, therefore, only be installed and commissioned into service by
specialist technical staff, in compliance with current statutory provisions.
8.2 GENERAL INFORMATION
The standard warranty terms only apply within Germany and the European Union. The warranty period and scope of the warranty
are ensured within the framework of these conditions outside the statutory warranty, which remains unaffected.
CB-tec GmbH offers a 24-month warranty in respect of the housing, operating components (such as setting levers, shock absor-
bers), electrical and electronic components (such as fans), rotational speed controllers, original spare parts, the pressure regula-
tor, all items purchased as extras, and all safety appliances. CB-tec GmbH offers a 6-month warranty in respect of consumables
mounted in the combustion /firebox area, such as the fire clay, vermiculite, fire grates, seals and glass ceramics.

The glass casing is fitted on the body and is secured on the sides with four steel lugs. (Fig. 9)
The steel lugs are inserted through the coated body and are secured in the gas cylinder compartment with four cotter pins (Fig. 10).
To take off the glass casing, the four cotter pins must be removed from the steel lugs (Fig. 11).
Then the glass can be carefully lifted up (Fig. 12).

The warranty period shall begin on the date when the product is delivered to the dealer/intermediary. This is to be substantiated
by documentation, such as invoices or delivery notes by the dealer/intermediary. The warranty certificate for the product must be
presented by the claimant upon making a warranty claim.
CB-tec GmbH is not obliged to satisfy any claim if such documentation is not presented.
8.4 WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS
Independent of any statutory provisions acknowledged as taking precedence over the terms of this
warranty, all necessary repair work resulting from material or manufacturing defects shall be conducted free-of-charge and shall
not invalidate the remaining provisions of the warranty. Within the scope of this warranty promise, CB-tec GmbH reserves the
right to either remedy the fault or replace the device free of charge. The elimination of defects shall take precedence. The terms
of this warranty shall not extend to any damage or compensation not covered by statutory provisions.
8.6 ELIMINATION OF DEFECTS / REPAIR
These warranty provisions do not cover:
• component wear
• fire clay/vermiculite, i.e. natural products which expand and contract on exposure to cyclical heating and cooling.
This can cause cracks to appear. The combustion chamber linings will remain fully functional, provided they are still in position
and are not broken.
• the upper surfaces: discolouration of the coating or galvanic surfaces, due to excessive thermal loading or over-heating.
•
the push-up mechanism: failure to comply with installation guidelines, resulting in over-heating of the guide rollers and bearings.
• seals: reductions in sealing strength due to seal hardening as a result of thermal loading.
• glass ceramics: soiling, due to soot or other burnt-on combustionmaterials and visual deterioration due to thermal loading.
• careless transportation or incorrect storage
• inappropriate or careless handling of fragile components, such as glass or ceramics
• incorrect operation and/or use
• lack of maintenance
• incorrect installation or equipment connection
• failure to comply with installation guidelines or operating instructions
• technical modifications made to the appliance by persons other than the qualified technical staff
8.5 EXCLUSIONS FROM THE WARRANTY
The warranty period shall automatically be extended when claims made in respect of these guarantee provisions result in the
repair or replacement of defective equipment.
8.7 EXTENSION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD
Only the manufacturer's own components, or replacement parts recommended and approved by him, shall be used for appliance
servicing and repair.
8.8 SPARE PARTS
Damages and claims for compensation which are not the result of delivery of a defective device from
CB-tec GmbH are excluded and are not part of this warranty promise.
The above shall not include claims made in respect of statutory legal requirements.
8.9 LIABILITY
In addition to these warranty conditions and our commitment to them, our dealers and contractual partners are pledged to assist you
in both word and deed. We expressly recommend that our fireplaces and stoves be inspected regularly by a qualified technician.
