Operate Door Lock with wireless Remotes
It can be connected to an Electric Door Lock which can then be operated though a Wireless Remote. One or more Wireless
Remotes can be used with it.
Built-in Supply for Electric Door Locks
It has built-in 18V AC power supply for Electric Door Locks
Only Registered Remotes can Operate
Every Remote unit comes with a unique code and has to be registered in the system.
Upto 50 Remotes can be registered
One system can have up to 50 Wireless Remotes.
Signal Repeater to increase the wireless range
The wireless range from Remote to the base unit can be increased by using optional “Signal Repeater”
.Installation .
This Wireless Switch WRS is supplied with following items:
1. Main Unit - 1 No
2. Wireless Remote - 1 No
-Connect the Main Lead of the Main Unit to a 220V AC Outlet. Make sure that EARTH is connected to the Earth pin of the
main lead. Also ensure that the metal Gate on which Electric Door Lock is installed, is ERTHED.
-Connections
Connect the 2 wires of Electric Door Lock (Operative at 12V/18V AC) to the Terminals marked as “LOCK”.

-Registering the Wireless Remotes
. Open the Top Panel of the Main Unit.
. Press Push Switch marked as “ADD” for 5 secs
. The RED LED will start blinking. This indicates that the system is in SENSING mode.
. Press OPEN button on the Remote unit.
. Now RED LED will stop blinking and GREEN LED will get ON for 2 secs indicating that the Remote unit is registered.
. Now GREEN LED will switch OFF and RED will start blinking.
. Now another Remote can be registered in the same way as above.
If another Remote is not to be registered then Press “DEL” switch in the Main Unit, to bring the system in normal
operation mode.
If DEL switch is not pressed within 30 secs then too the system will shift to normal operation mode.
-Deleting Registered Wireless Remotes
. Open the Top Panel of the Main Unit.
. Press “DEL” Push Switch for 5 secs
. The RED LED will start blinking.
. After few seconds it will stop blinking. That indicates that all the registered Remotes have been deleted.
. Note: One Remote at a time cannot be deleted.
Installation Notes:
-Install the Main Unit in an open & ventilated area.
It should be installed at least 0.5 meters from ground.
It should be ensured that no liquid spills over it.
.Operations .
Operating the Electric Door Lock
Press “OPEN” key on the Remote Unit. The lock will operate for 2 Secs and get opened.
.Precautions .
Make sure that EARTH is connected to the Earth pin of the main lead. Also ensure that the metal Gate on which Electric
Door Lock is installed, is ERTHED.
.Maintenance .
When the LED glow in the Remote unit gets low on pressing “OPEN” Key, it indicates that the Cell has gone week. In this
condition, the operating range will reduce. Then the Cell needs to be replaced.

.Terms of Warranty .
Copper Connections warrants that this product is manufactured under stringent quality standards, making it free from defects in material and workmanship,
as per the following terms and conditions:
1. The limited warranty for the system is valid for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase or fifteen months from the date of manufacture
which ever is earlier.
2. The limited warranty extends only to the original consumer/ purchaser of the product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser/
end user.
3. During the limited warranty period, Copper Connections or its authorised service network will repair or replace, at Copper Connections option, any
defective product or parts thereof with a new or factory rebuild replacement items and return the product to the consumer in working conditions. No
charge will be made to the consumer for either parts or labour in repairing or replacing the product. All replaced parts shall becomes the property of
Copper Connections.
4. Repaired product will be warranted for a balance of original warranty period.
5. Upon request from Copper Connections or its authorised service centre, the consumer must provide purchase receipt or other information to prove the
date and place of purchase.
6. The consumer shall have no benefit or coverage if any of the following conditions are applicable:
a) The product has been subjected to abnormal use, abnormal condition, improper storage, exposure of the Main Unit to excessive temperature, moisture,
dampness or fire etc.
b) Copper Connections was not notified by consumer of the alleged defect or malfunction of the product during the limited warranty period.
c) The product was used with or connected to equipment not fit for use with Copper Connections system or used in other than its intended use.
d) INCASE HIGH VOLTAGES APPEAR ON EARTH.
e) THE DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY LIGHTENING OR DUE TO SPIKES/ SURGES/ HIGH VOLTAGES FROM AC MAIN SUPPLY.
7. The consumer may contact the authorised dealer to call the service personnel for carrying out repairs or maintenance and the same would be attended
within a reasonable response time assigned to the dealer.
8. The consumer will be billed for parts or labour charges not covered by this limited warranty.
9. If the product is brought to Copper Connections for repairs, after the warranty period , Copper Connections normal service policy shall apply and
customer shall be charged accordingly.
10. In no event shall Copper Connections or their authorised dealer be liable for special or consequential damages or any delay in the performance of this
warranty due to causes beyond their control. Copper Connections shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damage or a loss of anticipated
benefits or profits, loss or impairment of privacy of conversation, work stoppage or loss or impairment of data arising out of the use or inability to use the
product. Company’s liability in no event and under no circumstances shall exceed the price paid to the company for goods stated in the invoice.
11. Copper connections neither assumes nor authorises any authorised service centre or any person or entity to assume for it any other obligation or
liability beyond what is expressly provided by this limited warranty. All warranty information, product features and specifications are subject to change
without prior notice.
12. Any dispute arising out of this warranty shall be subjected to jurisdiction of the arbitrator within the city of Delhi.
13. The decision of Copper Connections, on defects, damages etc shall be final and binding on the parties and no dispute regarding this, could be agitated
