Century Fitness warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of 1 year (excludes upholstery), provided the product is
used for its intended purpose, and provided the product has not been subjected
to obvious abuse, misuse or neglect. The upholstery is warranted for a period of
90 days. The extent of Century’s liability under this warranty is to defects or
replacement of any equipment or part defective at the time of purchase. Century
shall not have any liability to repair and/or replace said equipment or part if the

provided by Century, or if damage is caused by the purchaser in any way.

Limited Replacement Warranty
Century warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase, provided they have not
been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Century’s sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned prepaid to Century
within this 90-day period, unless specific product literature specifies otherwise. Due to vendor requirements, books and videos cannot be refunded once the
seal is broken. Century’s warranty as to books and videos is limited to exchange for the same title if the tape or book proves defective. See our Return and
Exchange Policy for more information.

Unterstützung eines umfassenden Dehnungstrainings vorgesehen.
Allgemeine Hinweise zur Dehnung
Jeder kann Dehnungsübungen ausführen, unabhängig von Alter, Beweglichkeit
oder körperlicher Kondition. Dehnungsübungen können zu jeder Tageszeit
ausgeführt werden.
Positive Auswirkungen von Dehnungsübungen
•Verringerte Muskelspannung
•Bessere Beweglichkeit und größerer Bewegungsumfang
•Vorbeugung von Verletzungen
•Verbesserte Durchblutung
Durchführung von Dehnungsübungen
Holen Sie mehrmals tief Luft, um Ihren Körper zu entspannen.
Dehnen Sie sich bis Sie eine leichte Spannung spüren.
Halten Sie diese Position 10 bis 30 Sekunden lang und federn Sie dabei nicht.
Die Spannung sollte nachlassen, während Sie die Dehnung halten.
Dehnen Sie sich etwas weiter, bis Sie wieder eine leichte Spannung spüren.
Halten Sie diese Position wieder 10 bis 30 Sekunden lang.
Entspannen Sie sich.
HINWEIS: Wenn die Spannung während der Dehnung nicht nachlässt,
überdehnen Sie sich wahrscheinlich. Entspannen Sie sich und versuchen Sie es
noch einmal. Atmen Sie während des Dehnens langsam.

•VERWENDUNG DES GERÄTES AUF EIGENE GEFAHR!
1. Ziehen Sie den Handgriff der Ratsche und den Entriegelungshebel in Richtung des
Sitzpolsters, um die Arretierung zu lösen. Die ermöglicht die freie Bewegung der
Beinstützen.
2. Bringen Sie die Beinstützen in die geschlossene Position.
3. Setzen Sie sich auf das Sitzpolster und lehnen Sie sich fest gegen das
Rückenpolster. Legen Sie Ihre Beine auf die Beinstützen, sodass die Innenseiten
der Oberschenkel fest an den Oberschenkelpolstern anliegen.
4. Stellen Sie die Oberschenkelpolster auf eine von drei möglichen Positionen ein,
sodass auch die Knie gestützt werden.
5. Zur Erhöhung der Dehnung drücken Sie den Handgriff der Ratsche so weit Sie
können nach vorn und ziehen diesen dann wieder etwas zurück. Wiederholen Sie
dies, bis die gewünschte Dehnung erreicht ist.
6. Stecken Sie den Handgriff in den Hauptrahmen (1) und verwenden Sie diesen zur
Dehnung nach vorn.
7. Verwenden Sie die Handgriffe an den Seiten der Beinstützen zur Dehnung über die
Beine.
8. Um den Handgriff der Ratsche nach vorn zu schieben, drücken Sie Handgriff und
Entriegelungshebel zusammen und schieben diese von Ihnen weg.
9. Um die Dehnungsspannung zu verringern ziehen Sie den Handgriff der Ratsche
und den Entriegelungshebel zu sich heran bis die Arretierung freigegeben wird.
10. Schließen Sie die Beinstützen, indem Sie mit Ihren Beinen leichten Druck ausüben.

Ziehen Sie nach jedem Schritt alle Schrauben fest an.

1. Befestigen Sie die Verbindungsplatte (10) mit 2 Inbusschrauben (27) am Hauptrahmen
an. Ziehen Sie die Schrauben fest. Siehe Abb. 1.
2. Befestigen Sie die zwei Bodenschienen (9 und 33) mit 4 flachen Unterlegscheiben (31)
und 4 Inbusschrauben (25) an der Unterseite der Verbindungsplatte (10) an den 4
Löchern zum Hauptrahmen (1) hin. Ziehen Sie die Schrauben mit der Hand an. Siehe
Abb. 1.
HINWEIS: Falls nicht bereits montiert, stecken Sie einen quadratischen Gummifuß auf
jede der hinteren Bodenschienen (9 und 33) und den Hauptrahmen (1). Siehe
Abb. 1.
3. Falls nicht bereits montiert, bringen Sie an jeder Beinstütze (13 und 14) ein Rad (39) an.
Verwenden Sie dazu pro Beinstütze 1 Inbusschraube (65), 2 flache Unterlegscheiben
(29) und 1 Sechskantmutter (35). Siehe Abb. 5
4. Bringen Sie die Beinstützen (13 und 14) an der Verbindungsplatte (10) an und stellen Sie
sicher, dass die Lager (12) an den Beinstützen (13 und 14) wie in Abb. 2 dargestellt
montiert sind.
5. Bringen Sie die Sitzauflageplatte (11) in Position. Montieren Sie die untere Stahl-
Gewindebuchse (16) unter der Verbindungsplatte (10) und die obere Stahlbuchse (17)
auf der Sitzauflageplatte (11). Befestigen Sie diese mit 2 Inbusschrauben (26). Ziehen
Sie alle Schrauben fest. Keinesfalls überdrehen. Die ermöglicht die freie Bewegung
der Beinstützen. Siehe Abb. 2.

6. Der Führungsblock (43) ist bereits mit einer Kreuzschlitzschraube (28) an der
Sitzauflageplatte (11) montiert.
HINWEIS: Falls nicht bereits montiert, stecken Sie die Plastikhülsen (54) in die linke und
rechte Beinstütze (13 und 14) wie in Abb. 2 dargestellt.
7. Lösen Sie die Arretierung je nach Bedarf (siehe Bedienung Punkt 1) und stecken Sie die
Seilzüge (36) durch die Löcher im Führungsblock (43). Hängen Sie dann die Enden der
Seilzüge in die an den Beinstützen befindlichen Halterungen ein. Siehe Abb. 3.
8. Bringen Sie an jeder Beinstütze (13 und 14) einen Handgriff (19) an. Verwenden Sie pro
Beinstütze 2 Inbusschrauben (65), 4 flache Unterlegscheiben (29) und 2 Plastikmuttern
(35). Siehe Abb. 4.
9. Montieren Sie das Sitzpolster (48) an Hauptrahmen (1) und Sitzauflageplatte (11).
Verwenden Sie dazu 1 Inbusschraube (20), 2 Inbusschrauben (21) und 3 flache
Unterlegscheiben (29). Siehe Abb. 4.
10. Montieren Sie die Beinpolster (45) an den Beinstützen (13 und 14). Verwenden Sie 2
Inbusschrauben (22) und 2 flache Unterlegscheiben (29). Siehe Abb. 4.
11. Montieren Sie das Rückenpolster (47) am Hauptrahmen (1). Verwenden Sie dazu 2
Inbusschrauben (24) und 2 flache Unterlegscheiben (29). Siehe Abb. 4.
12. Montieren Sie die Oberschenkelpolster an den Halterungen (15). Verwenden Sie pro
Polster 2 Inbusschrauben (24) und 2 flache Unterlegscheiben (29). Siehe Abb. 4.
13. Montieren Sie die Halterungen der Beinpolster (15) in der gewünschten Position an den

1. Attach the locating plate (#10) to the main frame (#1) using (2) allen head bolts (#27).
Tighten the bolts securely. See figure 1.

NOTE: If not pre-assembled, place a square rubber foot (#42) on each of the rear base
rails (#9 and #33) and on the main frame (#1) as shown in figure 1.

bolt (#65), (2) flat washers (#29) and (1) hex nut (#35) per leg. See figure 5.

General Stretching Guidelines
Everyone should and can stretch regardless of age, flexibility or fitness level.
Stretching can be done at any time of day.

Take some deep slow breaths to relax your body.

Hold the position for 10 to 30 seconds – Do not bounce.
The tension should decrease as you hold the stretch.
