Installation Instructions

Using the spacing chart on page 2,
determine the approximate distance needed
between the two Hull-Hugger Support Arms (A),
then locate the studs where each arm will be
mounted and determine the desired height.

Once the desired height is found, trace the four
Lag Bolt holes on the wall using a pencil.

Using an electric drill, make a pilot hole
through the wall and into the stud at each
of the four marked spots.
Add a Washer (E) to each Lag Bolt (D).

Repeat steps 2 - 5 for securing the second Support Arm.
To ensure the Support Arms will be straight, use the same
height measurement as the first Support Arm.

Feed the Cam Buckle Strap (B) through
the Cam Buckle Cover (C), leaving the
cam buckle exposed at the end.

Loop the Cam Buckle Strap (B) through the top
of the first Support Arm (A) and knot.
Hold the Support Arm (A) in place.
Using an electric drill or socket wrench,
affix the support arm to the wall using four
(4) 13mm Lag Bolts and Washers.
NOTE: Depending on the wall being used,
additional hardware may be required (not
included).

Insert strap end into the cam buckle.
Pull down to tighten completely until watercraft is
secure, then slide the Cam Buckle Cover (C)
over the cam buckle to protect watercraft during
use.
Repeat steps 7-10 for securing the watercraft to
the second Support Arm (A).

With both pivoting Support Arms (A) in the down
position, load the watercraft.
Hang the cam buckle end of the strap up and
over the watercraft as shown.
Feed the end of Cam Buckle Strap (B) up
through the pivoting Support Arm (A).
If you are not going to secure your watercraft when loaded onto the
Hull-Hugger™, the included Cam Buckle Straps (B) can be looped through each of the
Support Arms to hold an additional watercraft (total system weight limit is 125 lbs.)
under the Hull-Hugger™. Follow steps 12-15 to use Cam Buckle Straps (B) for holding
an additional watercraft.

If using the included Cam Buckle Straps
(B) to store an additional kayak
underneath your Hull-Hugger™, prior to
loading the first watercraft onto the
Support Arms (A), feed the Cam Buckle
Strap (B) through the Cam Buckle Cover
(C), leaving the cam buckle exposed at the
end.
Feed the end of Cam Buckle Strap (B) up
through the first strap loop on the Support
Arm (A) and then down through the
second strap loop on the Support Arm (A)
as shown.
Insert the strap end into the cam buckle
and pull to create a loop as shown.
Slide the Cam Buckle Cover over the cam
buckle to protect watercraft during storage.

Repeat steps 12 –14 to install the second
Cam Buckle Strap (B) to the second
Hull-Hugger Support Arm (A) then load
kayak as shown.
CAUTION
Always be sure to check ALL straps and hardware before use and
tighten if needed.

Usando la tabla de espaciamiento de la pág.
2, determine la distancia aproximada necesaria
entre los dos brazos de soporte del Hull-Hugger
(A), luego, localice los montantes donde se
instalará cada brazo y determine la altura

Repita los pasos 2 y 5 para el segundo brazo de soporte.
Para asegurar que los brazos de soporte queden rectos, utilice las mismas

Inserte la correa con hebilla de leva (B) a
través de la cubierta de la hebilla de leva

través de la parte superior del primer brazo de
soporte (A) y amarre.
Sostenga el brazo de soporte (A) en su
lugar. Usando un taladro eléctrico o llave de
tubo, coloque el brazo de soporte en la
pared con cuatro (4) pernos tirafondos de 13
mm y arandelas.
NOTA: Dependiendo de la pared que se
utilice, podrían necesitarse piezas
adicionales (no incluidas).

Inserte el extremo de la correa en la hebi-
lla de leva. Tire hacia abajo para apretar
por completo hasta que la embarcación esté
segura, luego, deslice la cubierta de la hebilla de
leva (C) por encima de la hebilla de leva para
proteger a la embarcación durante el uso. Repita
los pasos 7-10 para asegurar la embarcación al
segundo brazo de soporte (A).

Con ambos brazos de soporte
pivotantes (A) en la posición hacia abajo, cargue
la embarcación.
Cuelgue el extremo con hebilla de leva de la
correa hacia arriba y sobre la embarcación como
se muestra.
Inserte el extremo de la correa de la hebilla de
leva (B) a través del brazo de soporte pivotante
(A).
Si no va a asegurar la embarcación cuando se cargue en el
Hull-Hugger™, las correas con hebilla de leva (B) que se incluyen se pueden conectar
a través de cada uno de los brazos de soporte para sostener una embarcación
adicional (límite de peso total del sistema es de 125 libras) bajo el Hull-Hugger™. Siga
los pasos 12-15 para usar las correas con hebilla de leva (B) para sostener una

Si se usan las correas con hebilla de leva
(B) incluidas para almacenar un kayak
adicional debajo del Hull-Hugger™, antes
de cargar la primera embarcación en los
brazos de soporte (A), inserte la correa
con hebilla de leva (B) a través de la
cubierta de la hebilla de leva ( C), dejando
expuesta la hebilla de leva en el extremo.
Inserte el extremo de la correa con hebilla
de leva (B) a través del primer bucle de la
correa en el brazo de soporte (A) y luego
hacia abajo a través del segundo bucle de
la correa en el brazo de soporte (A) como
se indica.
Inserte el extremo de la correa en la
hebilla de leva y hale para crear un bucle
como se indica.
Deslice la cubierta de la hebilla de leva
sobre la hebilla de leva para proteger la
embarcación durante el almacenamiento.
